Non delivery no refund
Placed order November 2022 said delivery would be Jan 3 2023. They charged my card again in Dec 2022 for same product. Could not provide tracking number where it had been shipped will not answer phone or call you back you email and get a automated response will get back with you. They have no store front just a web page with no intention of sending you what you ordered just taking your money. With no refunds when you cancel order. These guys and a computer are total CROOKS!
Desired outcome: They need to be put in JAIL

Ordered & paid in full on 9/9/2022 some laminate flooring. I was told it would be middle of oct. Before delivery. No flooring. I called about it they said it"ll be here in nov. I called & they again said it would be 1st. Of the year. I finally n=told them to cancel my order. Iwas told ok & I will get the refund in 3 to 5 business days. As of this date 1/6/2023 I have called & called just get a recording with no answer from anyone. I have left many messages about the problem to no avail. I even left my phone no. & the order no. Storm door
On 12-30-21 I purchased a storm door using a gift card I received from my two sons as a Christmas gift. The door cost $254.98. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to buy a door. That's why they got me the gift card.
I received an email shortly after my purchase stating I should receive the door by the middle of March. No problem. By the end of March no door and nothing from the company about a delay.
I sent them an email inquiring about the door. They responded by saying the door was delayed and that I should have it by the middle of April. By the end of April still no door. I sent them another email telling them to cancel my order. I did not get a response back.
After a couple weeks I finally called them. I was told it would be put on their highest priority. Then nothing. I called multiple times requesting my money back and each time the same. I went thru the Better Business Bureau for help in June but to no avail. The companies response was they would give me my money back but they were keeping 20% for restocking fees. I responded with "No. I never received a door for them to restock so why should I pay the 20%? After that I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. That was in August. Today I tried calling but no one answered. It eventually went to voicemail saying they couldn't answer and to leave a message they would get back with me. I did not leave a message as I feel they would not get back with me. So here it is November, almost a year since I ordered the door; and I am still waiting for my money back.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and an apology.
Not received refund of canceled order
Ordered a motor, was told that shipping would be several weeks/canceled order but Super Arbor deducted the funds from my bank account anyway and has failed to refund the money and it has been over a month since cancellation. The item never shipped, and it is unreasonable for me to continue being put off by Super Arbor concerning this matter. Order number is 122937. I have talked with what is supposed to be their customer service number, but it is always the same person that finally after 15 or 20 minutes finally answers the phone and just says he will forward the matter to the team. I called today again, and no one answered. I have emailed several times over this past month, and no one has answered attempted contact even though their automated email response says an agent will contact me in 3 to 5 business days; no contact has been made. I am very frustrated and need these funds for other bills that need to be paid.
Desired outcome: Refund of total amount deducted from my account.
They have falsely advertised flooring on their site. When asking for a refund they offer a refund but do not provide the information to do so. They continually delay through email and calls. They also do not stock the items and drop ship from Home Depot.
Ordered flooring September 2022, did not receive the flooring. They kept pushing back my delivery date. Now they keep making excuses for why I have not received my refund. Super arbor is a scam. Save your self time and keep your money because you will never receive your product.
I reached out to Super Arbor and made an order of flooring. It took them one month to contact me to say they don't have the product. I told them to cancel the order. I wrote 3 emails and never hear from anyone. When you call the customer service number they never answer the phone. This is a very poorly ran company. Don't bother.
