REPORTED TO FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU
We are one of many that they have stolen money from. They will take your money and they will not deliver your order. They fulfill small orders to get positive reviews. Then they scam customers making larger orders, do not fulfill and refuse to refund. Read the reviews on better business bureau. So many victims are owed thousands of dollars.
They are criminals and they will ultimately be held accountable by the federal government.

As with all the other complaints, I too failed to heed warning that this company wasn't legit!
They had us pay in full for order including shipping almost $4000.00. Then send an email stating they need another 532.00 in order to ship us our flooring.
When we questions this and cancel order, they do not allow us to cancel, give us the run around, we leave bad google review, then receive an extortion letter, stating that when we remove bad review, we will get our money back!
We refuse and contacted our credit card company with all the back and forth emails along with the threat! Still waiting to get our money back! Do not buy from them. We contacted bbb, government complaint department, yet these guys are still up and running dba arbor-home, super arbor so look for both and stay away

I had disputed an unauthorized transaction on my credit card after cancelling an order that was not fulfilled by the company but the dispute keeps getting reversed. I have communicated numerous times to the company with 0% resolution. My order was confirmed with an estimated arrival time which was 3-5 weeks from ordered date 6/28/2023 and I received communication from the company that the product is no longer available after 2 months after. I immediately requested to cancel my order and demanded a full refund. Last update I received from the company was on 8/23/2023 stating that they have forwarded the request and will hear back in 7-10 days. I received ZERO communication back - I followed up multiple times and still nothing.

48” vanity
I order a 48” Vqnity and put in my information. They showed $50 for shipping. Three weeks later I received an updated invoice asking for an additional $797 for shipping. When I called the said to pay or cancel. My plumber already plumbed for this vanity. The BBB has rated them an F, hundred of claims against this company/ I can’t believe they are allowed to operate.
Vinyl flooring
I ordered one box of vinyl flooring on Sep 19, 2023, and I haven’t received anything yet; every time I call to ask about my order, they put me on hold for a long time and then hang up,

Another complain for super Arbor , after we agreed to cancel the order, they said that we were not going to charge you and to please remove the review that you put in. I tried to pull my review but didn’t get removed, and I have proved that I accomplished the request to remove the previous review. Then suddenly, I found that they charged me for something I had canceled already after waiting a month from 09-08-2023. I canceled it after the review date I put on 10-11-2023, so they contacted me to remove it and cancel the order. Now, they charged me on 10-16-2023 because the review didn’t remove. I ordered flooring from this company, and tried to cancel it a week later. Willing to pay the restocking fee. Three months later they still haven’t cancelled my order. I am still paying for a product I haven’t received and all I get is an email saying they will get back with me. Not one thing has been resolved. I have called multiple times, emailed multiple times, offered to do what it takes to cancel, and no one can help me. So now I am paying for an order I can’t cancel and they won’t send me product for. Keter outdoor planters
I ordered online 2 sets of Keter Rattan Cylinder 3-Piece Resin Planter Set on June 6th. This is the order # 8819185. I reached out to them by email on June 28th when I hadn’t received them. Did not receive flooring I purchased
I purchased flooring in April, 2022. Was told it would ship in 3 - 4 weeks, I did not hear anything from them, so I contacted them and was told their vendor was out of stock and it would be another 6 weeks. It's now been 15 months. At first, they were quick to respond to the email inquiries, but that has now slowed down and it's taking 2 weeks or longer. I'm getting automated tracking emails that my order is not fulfilled. I know that! I was told they had 4 of my 7 boxes of flooring I wanted in November. I asked them to ship what they had and to cancel the rest of the order and refund the difference. It's mid June and I'm still waiting on the flooring and the money.

Flooring & thieves
If you want to receive flooring that is damaged, missing planks and horrible customer service then by all mean buy from them.
I placed an order LAST YEAR in November, I didn’t get my order until the next year after TWICE THE PRODUCT CAME DAMAGED. The first time UPS reported my order damaged in transit so I had to wait for a replacement that they gave me a run around for until finally resending. The second time I finally got the order while I was at home and I had to use my lunch to rush home and get the order. The order was broken panks, chipped and some of the planks was missing. I reported the issue and was told I would get a refund cause this is the second time this happened. They the request to send the order back so schedule a pick up. I have residency and work so I leave home at 5am and mostly don’t come home will really late. I tried to schedule a pick up and they kept giving me a window. So I left the order outside in my apartment hallway, unfortunately the pick up guy couldn’t get in because the apartment building is locked and they refused entry. So I asked can we set a time because I would have to give it directly but I can’t do a window they told me to leave it outside for pick up before I left in the morning . I did exactly as they ask and later I got a call from a pick up person saying they order wasn’t outside. Which I told them was a horrible idea to leave it outside for pickup and if I did I didn’t want to be responsible for any issues that could possibly happen.I waited for my refund and they told me because they didn’t get the damaged planks I was not getting a refund. So they stole $150 dollars.
A general order for some tile
I placed an order for some tile. At the exit (payment) page it indicated I would receive a confirmation email which never came. 4 days later I called to follow-up and they indicate a lead time which is at least an additional month away. Fortunately I was able to cancel my order and hope this is the end of it.
There is no way to track your order online or find out if/when it is coming. This seems like a site to avoid. If you chose to order from them, you should call within a few days to find out what your order status is.

VERY QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Please trust all the negative reviews you are reading here. I went against my better judgment and ordered some flooring from here. It was discontinued at my local stores so I took a chance. I ordered at the end of Dec 2022. It was promised within a few weeks, I made several calls. Each time I was told there were delays at the warehouse and dates kept being pushed back. Then 4 days prior to the newly promised ETA, on April 4th (four months after I ordered, delaying my project), I got an email asking for more money in order to ship it. When I called to complain, I was told that I needed to either pay it or they would cancel my order, but will not guarantee that they are refunding me any money. When you call, you get the same person each time- super suspicious. There appears to be one woman who answers phones, she transfers to another department and it’s the same guy each time. He refused to let me speak to a manager and told me it’s in the terms and conditions that if you buy discontinued items, they need to “review any requests for cancellation“ and no refund is guaranteed. I assume I’ve been scammed, so I posted some reviews to warn others and got an unprompted call from the same suspicious man telling me they would only refund my money if I took down then negative reviews. I did so with the promise that I’d get my money refunded. The same woman called twice after in April and May asking about my order and if I wanted it fulfilled. I have asked her to stop calling and refund me. She always say she’ll “forward my request.” It is now June, no refund. They stole $300 from me. If this is a legitimate business, the business model is severely lacking, but it appears to be two people from my many interactions. Please, please do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I ended up with different floors from the big box store but at least they didn’t steal my money and harass me, and I actually got the floors to finish my project.

Refund Never Received
In December 2021, I ordered over $1800 of floor tile from Super Arbor. They said it would take between 3 and 10 weeks to be delivered. After 10 months of waiting, and at the suggestion of Super Arbor Customer Service, I canceled my order in October 2022. They said the refund would take 3-5 days. I have sent several emails and called the company and now, in May 2023, I am still waiting for my refund for the undelivered product. This should have been a simple matter to resolve. My order number is #6659 and I would appreciate any help!

We placed an order in November of 2022. Here it is May of 2023. The delivery date would need to be pushed back multiple times as they tried to locate the product they said. Finally, in January, they said they located product and it would be here mid April. At that time, they took the payment out of my account. Now, they say, I was not billed so the order can just be cancelled. Wrong...I was billed, the amount shows going to them and it looks like I will need legal counsel to get my money back. Which, will cost more money to obtain council. Long story short, worst experience ever! I feel like this was fraud from the start. that went unnoticed, by their kind emails, that made it sound like they were working on locating our product desired.

Order placed may 29, 2022 for flooring products. Order #11087. Product never delivered. Payment charged immediately. Emailed back and forth 3+ dozen times and always get same automated response refund team is working on refund. Disputed the charge on my credit card. Super Arbor responded cancellation of membership not completed in timely manner. This order was not for any sort of membership. Do not trust what they say or post on their website about not being charged until order is fulfilled.

On August 1, 2021 an order was placed online at the superarbor.io website for a Delta Linden Venetian Bronze Shower Bar System in the amount of $1293.05. We received email confirmation of the purchase the same day that the order was placed. Since then I have made multiple attempts to discover order status by email and eventually by telephone. The response was always to allow another two weeks for fulfillment. On August 10, 2022 after more than a year had gone by I contacted Super Arbor again by email and instructed them to cancel the order and to process a refund. Their response received the next day was that they would forward my request to their team, and to please allow them 3-5 business days to review and process this request. Time has gone by since then during which I have made several phone calls checking on status of the refund, and in my last phone call on October 3, 2022 I mentioned legal proceedings if a resolution wasn't forthcoming immediately. Their response was that my request would be elevated in their refund processing department and I can expect an email confirming success by the end of the week (October 7, 2022) and a refund processed through our original purchasing arrangement by early the following week. At some point later in October 2022 my online customer account with superarbor.io was no longer accessible, which also deleted evidence of the order. I have a screen grab of that page. I have filed a consumer complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 10/22/2022 and have been in contact with the State of California, Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General on 12/3/2022. My emails go unanswered, dialing in to the customer service telephone answering queue will entertain you with awful elevator music for about seven minutes then prompt you to leave your name and number as a voice mail and then disconnect. This all occurred during COVID lock-downs and various extended interruptions to supply chains which is why I have displayed exceptional patience waiting for things to process.
Desired outcome: Please refund the entire purchase price immediately.
