I ordered bathroom fixtures from Pro Source Wholesale Floor Coverings in February/March. They said everything would arrive by Mid-May. Some items did come in, but they informed me that a few parts were on backorder and would be available by June 14th. I've tried calling, leaving messages, and sending several emails to inquire about the parts and request a refund for materials I returned three weeks ago. I called them multiple times, with the last attempt on June 3rd. The salesman was absent, but someone else promised to check on the order and refund. Unfortunately, they failed to return my call. This has happened before, so on June 13th, I sent an email. After receiving no response to the email on the 13th, I sent another one on June 15th, asking for an update on the refund and the status of my plumbing fixtures.

I want my money back for the bowl that cost $170. The guy who put in the vanity and bowl came on Saturday, December 19. It took so long to get this custom-made vanity and bowl, but it didn't even fit right. The guy had to cut some wood from the vanity to make the bowl fit. And guess what? There aren't any holes in the doors for handles! You gotta bend down to open them. It's a pain. I'll probably have to drill holes myself and hope the wood doesn't split. Please give me a solution. I paid way too much for this custom thing just to have to fix it myself. I can send you pictures if you want or ask the guy who did the work.

After some time, I called to check if they were in, and they were. However, I couldn't pick them up right away because my contractor was busy. Then, both my daughter and I got Covid, so we couldn't have anyone in the house. After I recovered, my contractor had other jobs scheduled, so he didn't have a chance to look at the materials until December 14. When he opened one of the boxes, he realized it was for stairs. My bathroom doesn't have any stairs, so I called Pro Source to find out why they ordered this. They explained that since it had been so long, they couldn't return the item, which cost $126 plus tax. I would like a refund for this amount. Neither my contractor nor I would have requested trim for stairs since my bathroom is not connected to or near any stairs.
