I ordered a shower base on July 30th and shipping dates were inaccurate and the product would not arrive on time. I canceled my order on Aug 2nd when they told me it would be 3-5 weeks to ship.
I was told to wait 3-5 days to let their "team" review it.
On Aug 7th I asked again about the status as Noone had reached out to me yet like I had been told and got another please allow 7-10 days to void the hold of payment.
Aug 15th reached out to them again this time getting no response.
Aug 28th still no response, non-refund, no body has contacted me, nothing!
Guess it's time to take this to the next level and Call my kin that is the Regional director of the BBB!
Desired outcome: Please refund my $300 Immediately for Order #8821130
