On 07/27/23 I ordered backsplash tile. My credit card was charged the same day for $1537.96. I received an email on 08/05/23 stating my order was no longer available. I asked for a refund. Customer service person stated to me that they tried to refund my credit card multiple times but was unsuccessful.By the time I notified my credit card company it was too long for them to assist. We had two Daughters diagnosed with cancer and I failed to follow up before time limit on help from credit card. I talk to someone at Superarbor almost daily for past two weeks. I am told my request for refund has been turned over to refund dept. and I should here from them in 24 to 48 hours. And I have never heard from them. I just want my money refunded.
