I'am a Used Car Dealer and used Superior Protection for one of my customers. It was recommended by the finance company I was using. Our customer purchased a vehicle from us and after driving it for 3 days the transmission started acting up. The mechanic shop said it would be better to replace it. The customer test drove the vehicle before buying it and had no problems or signs the first few days. The mechanic contacted the warranty company to file a claim. They accused us of selling a vehicle with pre existing problems. They refused to send anyone out to look at the vehicle because they had no one available. Instead they wanted pictures. The mechanic sent pictures and showed them that there was no signs of pre existing damages or conditions. They were getting ready to approve the claim until a manager got on the phone named Shawn and refused to approve it because their was under 30 miles. There is nothing in their policy or contract stating their has to be so many miles on a vehicle before its approved. The customer service and manager Shawn are very unprofessional too. I've already contacted a attorney and have some recommendations of where to go from here. From reading previous complaints about this company I will never use them again with any customer and im making sure other businesses know. Apparently they do this alot.
Desired outcome: Reimbursed for replacement of transmission
