Hi,

i tina monteros had worked for swift transportation during training some girl garcia had hit a bridge of my(tina monteros) granmother company c&h sugar. Now for some reason i am not able to get hired. Their was some man that hired the trainee to place bad on my record.

And some guy had thought to steal my file from the office spread rumors of my tina monteros government information white house id . I tina monteros can not give out. The girl that was in training is in my white house. Listen .. Premeditaing for enriches is fraud and entraping me with your stupidity driving skills is very wrong. And a accident is to fall off after 10 years.. And hers did not fall off.. The rest is thieves handing me their problems.

Swift Transportation Services I was told by by swift that I start in 2 days then next day they [censored]ed me

was told by swift that I was hired I trained a new person to take my spot and 2 days before school started for swift they told me to reapply 6 months later and no explanation I told her I wanted to talk to her manager and she said ok that he would call me back. My old job will not hire me back and I have kids bills and no help from anyone swift has ruined my life my job and If I don't get a job my place to live and my car

Swift Transportation Services Driver of your truck for Target

On Monday September 4, at approximately 12:05PM on McKnight Road in

McCandless (Pine Creek). pITTSBURGH pA 15237 I had the green light and was traveling approximately 40 MPH. Your driver with the number 244478 (I believe) on the back of the truck, was at the red light waiting to turn onto McKnight Road. I was the first car traveling past the intersection with the green light. Right before I got to the intersection your truck decided to go on red and make a right hand turn. He took up two lanes because of his size and resulting in me almost hitting him. Fortunately the car on the left of me was further behind and my vehicle helped me slam on the brakes and everything in my car went everywhere. I was so upset I could have been killed. WHY WOULD AN 18 WHEELER PUT OUT ON RED WITH A LINE OF CARS. The car behind me almost hit me too. Two lights up the street he was beside me again and said what did you want me to do?

THIS DRIVER NEED TO BE TAUGHT PROPER DRIVING SKILLS IN HIS TRUCK.

Swift Transportation Services Driver cut me off

I was driving down the highway and the 18 wheeler was on the right side of me. There was a traffic jam and The driver looked out the window and proceeded to come over into my lane License plate (Indiana P263565) was located in Charlotte NC on highway 77 around 1145am. I had to slam on breaks to avoid being hit on the right side of my car by the driver. The driver has also marked out the 1-800 number on the back of the truck.

Desired outcome: Drivers to be more mindful of the other cars on the roads. This could of been a bad accident. Driver need to explain why he has crossed out the complaint number on the truck.

Swift Transportation Services A driver, Christopher Mack

To whom it may concern, you hired a driver, Christopher Mack. Christopher Mack went through the Utah schooling with Swift. Christopher Mack worked with a mentor for three weeks and then got his own track. Christopher Mack has been driving aimlessly and illegally. Christopher Mack has a criminal background, and it concerns us/family that you had hired him and not knowing what he’s doing out on the road.

Christopher has contacted us and told us some of the things that he’s been doing. We are going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. Some of the people that are hired with swift or completely not capable of doing the job that they are asked to do.

Very disappointed in this company

Swift Transportation Services Swift trucking academy

A few months ago I paid for the SWIFT Trucking Academy bundle training. The training was supposed to teach me on how to become a broker. I paid for the class in advance and I wanted to start the training when I went on medical leave from my current employer. I went on leave but was unable to access the class. I emailed them and was told I would receive a new link. I never received the 2nd link. I reached out to the person that said I would receive the link but they would not respond to my email requests. After several attempts through email, I then requested a refund. No one responded. I called several times and attempted the online chat. No response. I'm not understanding why the company just stopped replying. The company knew I did not download within 30 days and agreed to send me a new link. I had no problem with that but they never sent the 2nd link. Yes my error of not downloading is my fault but since the company agreed to send me a new link, I should have received it. This company is worth millions; taking my 249 dollars and not giving me the product is unprofessional. I'm only human and I made a mistake which I thought was understandable. I don't have money to throw away.

Desired outcome: I would like to take the class I paid for or receive a refund.

Swift Transportation Services Hit and run

Driving west on interstate 80. Between Laramie Wyoming and Rawlings Wyoming. Time 10am aprox. Driver of truck 222559 with trailer swf2210677 merged over into my lane. Rt lane. Without looking. His trailer hit my hood mirror, lft front hood as well. Had to slam on breaks and veer to the rite sholder.. Another driver camevto my aide, stopped to help. I told her I was fine. She gave me pics and video showing not only him, swift driver hitting me but leaving the accident.. Ive tried calling swift safety with zero luck. I will now contact Wyoming highway patrol.

Desired outcome: Driver fired and my hood and mirror fixed

Swift Transportation Services David Walter

Hi guys I just want to warn about the guy called David Walter he's from USA he pretend to love you coming with all sob stories about he lost his parents when he was 8 years and he lived at orphanage he have baby girl which is 7years old after that he promise the earth and world to you after a week he tells you that he's going to work somewhere so he will buy you clothes phone laptop etc with asking your size within an hour he comes back sending you the stuff all those things and everything looks legit but let's me tell you he's a scammer that guy is [censored] he scammed vulnerable women to satisfy his need so plz be aware I was about to be scammed today and my mind tells me to google hayboooo I was so shocked to see those so be warned ladies

Swift Transportation Services Your driver going off road through my yard.

Returning home from work on 11/7/2022 I noticed I had dual tire marks all over in and through my lawn. I was shocked to see one of your trucks cutting through my yard back to front. I have this guys information as I knew where he made his delivery of the 2 vans he had on his flatbed trailer. His trip/pickup number was M556037 as I got that from Waldoch custom center at 13821 Lake drive NE. Forest Lake Mn. 55025.

Desired outcome: I'd like a call at to discuss who is going to be paying for my yard.

Swift Transportation Services Employment/Termination Procedures

On Aug 28 after 20yrs w/Swift, I was terminated for supposedly violating policy. While the State I reside in is an At-Will State it should not be for personal feelings. The person by whom I was relived was on site for 24 hrs before i was suspended. Arrived Mon 27 Aug, barely knew his name, Tues., 28 Aug suspended, Wed 29 Aug terminated, No reason given, No write up, just you're terminated, effectively immediately @ 9am, when asked the reason was told to contact HR. Contact HR. First, I was told because I had failed to reply to emails ( a specific email) & that was unacceptable, Later, by HR I'm told it was because I had directly given away a very expensive part in May 2022, never once heard this accusation before, our parts dept does weekly inventory yet this was never made known. requested termination letter have as of today. 20 Oct 22 not received one. It is well within their right to dismiss an employee IF that employee is in violation. But to create stories and scenarios to justify their own misconduct is wrong, Also Swift has repeatedly refused long Term employees (this shop) unemployment benefits always citing policy violations which we are never aware of until the filing process (without the termination letter) I might add. we only find this out after filing. there's an appeal process but what are we appealing we haven't a clue as to why we're terminated, and you have 15 days. Well since we didn't receive a letter & Swift won't send one out the appeals process will be of very little service to the terminated employee. The employee has no recourse, but leadership does, It's a losing situation. Swift is a business that's understood, doesn't make their practices right.

Desired outcome: That employees can work w/out fear of termination of an unsubstantiated claim. That termination is based on real errors/failures, not made-up charges. At a minimal a termination letter. A career employee deserves that courtesy. IMO..

In training and trainer continously scream Im doing what's asked of me im tired of the sarcastic remarks gets worse when on the phone. I'm so trying so hard to finish this but my mental is getting to me. I'm hungry rushed to eat trainers never consistent what there showing me. Tired being hungry and shackt driving what a person to do.

Swift Transportation Services I could have lost my life

I was driving on i-70 in colorado just passed eisenhower tunnel real easy, down geared and everything and all of a sudden I lost controll going down mountain, could not stop, brakes were hot scared for my life, spotted a runaway truck ramp. Was scared to go up that ramp but was more scared not to, so I did to avoid hitting anybody. The traction stopped the truck and it rollod over with me 5 times. I kept anybody else from being involved in that crash. I ended up going to hospital. Other truck drivers on road made no attempt to offer any help. Sorry [censored] swift fired me before I ever got out of hospital. Nobody in that company even asked how hurt I was. All they were concerned about was damage to that truck, the hell with the driver. Stick me on a greyhound bus back to texas. What if I would have had complications? What if truck caught on fire with me in it? What if I was paralized for life? They dont give a crap about their drivers. Swift will burn u.

Swift Transportation Services Driver

July 8,2022 11:04 am west of Rawlings wyo approx mile marker 140 westbound on I80. Truck number 183695. Driver operating with complete disregard for all other vehicles on the road. When we try to get around him, he blocked the way. He was on his phone, or some device in his lap, that’s where his focus was, not on the road. Once finally able to get my, then rolls down the window with obscene gestures and comments. Total lack of professionalism and road courtesy, to the point of being a safety hazard. Have photographs.

Desired outcome: Request supervision counsel the driver’s and rectify the problem so we can resume safe and efficient travel on I 80

Swift Transportation Services There was going to be a collision in Tampa FL if I hadn’t honked.

April 24, 2022 - 3:00PM

US 41 before 54 State Line

Truck Driver passed the Red Light at about 60MPH, almost collided with a pick up truck. He had more than enough time to put the truck into a stop. If it wasn’t for me who honked, there might have been a Head-On collision. The numbers that I could grab from the Truck was 131085 on the front right bumper area and 107601 on the trailer. This would’ve ended very badly because the truck driver would’ve hit the pick up’s left side where the driver was sitting and might’ve killed the guy driving.

Very Unprofessional, please fix this asap.

Desired outcome: We hope that the truck driver will be suspended for a certain time and get fined. That was just crazy. I hope it will never happen to anyone ever again.

Swift Transportation Services Hostile driver should not be on the road! Truck#222151 and trailer#308197 last location price utah at 9pm

On 4/15/2022 at 9:00pm at Walmart in Price Utah, YOUR driver attempted to physically assault, verbally assaulted and attempted to hit my car with his truck.

YOUR driver truck# 222151

YOUR trailer# 308197

He refused to give his name even to Walmart management. I'm a 50 year old 5'2"woman.

Is this the typical drivers you hire to represent you?

I was parked where I have always parked at Walmart since the store opened. I have lived in Price Utah my entire life. Myself and my husband came out and was loading a tv in my car. Not in a red zone not in a yellow zone. YOUR driver came in pulled up next to my car much further than needing and began turning out his window that's not a parking spot. I stated it's not?! He began shouting insults. I told him I'll park where I want. He got out of his truck, put his brown cowboy hat on and began to charge toward me. My husband that was holding the wagon for up looked strong, YOUR driver noticed I wasn't alone and returned to his truck.

You know I supported the truck driver events. I will no longer. You have no idea what health issues I have. I should sue your company.

Is this how you allow your driver's to treat the public. I can just imagine how he treats those on the road with him. The rage has to carry over. He should not be.

Desired outcome: He should be fired before he attacks someone!!! Or worse!

Swift Transportation Services School

Swift is an awful company! Would NEVER recommend anyone go work or utilize their program. They barely pay you and you end up with either no pay check or $200 after being gone from family for months at a time. If you leave they will try and place a collection over your head for thousands of dollars months later. Which is crazy! The only reason why we left is because we couldn't even afford to live! They take so many things out of your paycheck and have no explanation as to why. No repayment contract was signed and at the end of employment they freaked out and wanted one sent for signature and one never came. Then upon requesting info about the debt a signature magically showed up. So fraudulent!

Desired outcome: Remove debt permanently

Swift Transportation Services Truck driver swfz173574 ohio

My coworker and I were driving home from Cincinnati to around the Dayton Area and the guy driving this truck was driving very wreckless putting our lives in danger. He cut us off several times getting right beside us and violently getting in our lane causing us to slam on our breaks and basically running us off the road. The first time I said maybe an accident after 2-3 times we knew it was intentional. We also witnessed him doing the same thing to other drivers. If I was not being a responsible driver and paying attention the driver for your company could have killed us as well as many other innocent people on the road. Swift Transportation Services Parking in an unauthorized area

Your driver has regularly parked In a no trespassing area behind my home. Tonight (3/13/22) I was able to speak with the driver requesting that he park in an authorized area. He had a very negative response and proceeded to leave his cab and trailer parked behind my home. He left briefly, came back and moved the vehicle about a house length away. This is still an unauthorized truck no trespassing parking area. I do not feel it is appropriate for your company’s vehicle to be parked unauthorized in a residential area.

Desired outcome: I would like the cab and trailer never parked behind my home.

Swift Transportation Services Bus pass while walking at door

5:40pm on 02/16/22

I was at the bus stop of swift near Value Village, Everett, WA and the bus driver stop there while I run to the swift bus to catch it. The driver decides to wait and I'm pretty certain that they saw me.

So walking at the back doors still opened, the bus closed doors and drove off. I am very upset about this unprofessional driver.

I have paid ticket too.

Plus there's too many dangerous people nearby in the dark as well if I waited at the bus stop like homeless people and gangs.

Because there are just too many missed busses and waiting a long time. This time I had to wait 10 mins at very cold weather. If the driver didn't drove off and waited I wouldn't complain.

Desired outcome: Please wait for people who are running to the bus instead of driving off in the cold weather.

Swift Transportation Services Driver violating weight restrictions to avoid open weigh station.

At @ 11:10 pm on October 13, driver of a refrigerated SWIFT tractor trailer drove into our cul-de-sac and couldn't get out. Vehicle plates: INDIANA 2555095. I could not read the truck number on the driver's door when after I moved my car for him to get passed. Weigh scales on Route 78 WESTBOUND near Bloomsbury NJ were open. Driver exited highway and attempted to find a route around the scales through our town. My car and three neighbor's cars were parked on BOTH sides of the street. The driver got into the circle but could not get out past our cars to get back out. He was outside his vehicle waiting when I went out to move my vehicle and he told me his GPS sent him down our street. My friends drive truck so I know how truck GPS units work.

Swift Transportation Services Mentor abuse

My husband was on his first week on being mentor by a mentor that abused my spouse by withholding access to facilities for bathroom, showers, doing laundry and not allowing him to eat meals. The mentor slandered his name, mentally abused him and had a female in the truck having sex while my husband Mr. Racz was sleeping in the top bunk. The mentor also was video chatting with a female who was naked while he was driving. The mentor on the first run to Florida from Georgia backed the truck into another trailer then blamed it on Mr. Racz. My Spouse had enough and asked to come home and the mentor lied to Lawerence in Phoenix, Az about this incident that happened on the first run which they did about 6 more loads after this. If the king pin as the mentor said Mr. Racz broke on the first run. The other 5 runs with loads would not be possible. I want reparations for mental abuse, withholding food, bathrooms, showers and laundry facility and this mentor fired for his bad treatment of Mr Racz. This happened and was ongoing from 10/02/2021 till 10/06/2021

Desired outcome: The mentor fired, Reperations to Mr. Racz for the abuse, neglect and damage to personal property.
