Werner School/ Roadmaster
Today I walked in the Roadmaster’s trucking class at 7:30am, Robert was standing in the class and said go to his office. I went to his office, he then walked in his office at 7:31am. He sat down and said that I was tardie, that I came in at 7:31am. I told him that I pulled in the parking lot at 7:28am due to it being a car accident on the fwy and I made it to class at 7:30am. He said No, it was 7:30am and 30 seconds. I said okay then write that time on the tardie slip. He said no I’m putting 7:31 and since you’re refusing to sign the slip I’m kicking you out of the school. I asked him did I miss any classroom instruction? He said no. I asked him why is he making miss 10 hours of instruction over supposedly, according to him, being 30 seconds late. He said Now I’m asking you to leave the school and I’m going to call security. I left. I was faced with discrimination and harassment at this school and I would like to reach out to someone to resolve this issue.
Claimed loss: 180 Classroom Instruction to complete CDL training.
Desired outcome: Please refund $7,850.00

I work for dollar tree in Clinton Iowa we do not have a loading dock so I was trying to help him back up to our door and to our rollers so we don't lose a lot of freight falling off the edge and being damaged. Like we do every week with every driver we have ever had never had any issues until this man. He raised his voice and told me not to tell him how to do his job. I told him that's fine then he could pick up the freight as it fell to the ground he said it wasn't his problem. I will not let any one talk to me that way I sure hope he doesn't talk to everyone that way

Bad driving take away their cdl
I was on 288 South heading to my house and truck 76311 damn near ran me off the road! Not only me but 2 others as well. The guy in the truck behind me was 😡 and I think he may have scared the driver they exited W. Orem a while down the road. Take them off the road they are going to kill someone. I live in Pearland but it’s Houston, TX as a reference. It want Texas plates so I don’t know how to reach out and file a formal complaint.
Driver almost killed me on the highway
Today (roughly 5:00 pm august 18,2023) I was minding my own business driving on the highway i-35w in the dfw area and a werner truck driver drove into my lane and ran me off the road. I almost crashed the car and he almost ran straight into me but I slammed the breaks and swerved out of the way to save myself after they went straight into my lane while I was on the side of them. I held on the horn hoping they would stop but they continued to merge straight into me. I took a picture of the truck after the incident so i’m not sure what information will identify the driver but on the back there were: 1) license plate: (seems like maine) 2592590, 2) numbers at the top: ctlz532953, and 3) numbers in the mid section: 46093.
Desired outcome: suspension or termination of the reckless driver
Driving
August 1st, 2023. I had a run in with Kenyatta borne while on the way to Shreveport. Only know her name because we stopped at a gas station and I asked her. First of all she was going fast blowing horns and switching lane to lane, she almost ran me off the road. She ended up stopping at a gas station I stopped at. I told her you’re intimidating in a big truck already so stop driving angrily. She said [censored] I don’t care I have to get this [censored] to Shreveport I hate this job they won’t let me go so you don’t understand. I told her I understand but don’t take your anger out on every one else. Then she went inside the store then left.
I asked your driver yatta(she didn’t tell me her real name) about your company cause I’m new and upcoming she was very rude. She said y’all give her [censored]ty trucks y’all work her too much sometimes no pay, y’all don’t want to let her quit, she been trying to make y’all fire her but to no avail, y’all keep sending her places she doesn’t want to go, no way to contact y’all.
That was to add on to my last complaint. Cause our convo went longer
Unsafe driver
Date is 21JUL23. Time of incident was 08:50 am. Location was in Indiana: Werner driver was stationary, parked between the split of Exit 25 (865 West to 65 North - Chicago) and 465 South to 65 South. License plate number was 41364W. Another number present on the truck was 389521.
The driver in front of me and I were going 45mph, entering the 465 South to 65 South ramp. The Werner driver, cut their semi truck in front of the driver in front of me and we had to slam on our breaks to avoid collision. I was lucky that there wasn't anyone behind me. It does beg the question of why not merge safely behind me since there was plenty of room to get up to speed and then merge?
Desired outcome: Reevaluate if this driver is safe enough to be handling this type of vehicle. Semi trucks are not something to play around with and expect other drivers to compensate for their mistakes.
Driving
It is 7/12/2023 and I was driving on I-81 South around 5:15 PM. There was a Werner truck who was driving recklessly, swerving in and out of lanes (even when signs said “Stay in Lane”), cutting people off, riding people’s rear ends (including mine) so close that i could barely see their headlights. The truck number I believe was 380771 or 380711. I couldn’t read it exactly because when he raced around me he took off and I had to get off my exit. Either way, this guy/girl should be taken off the roads. They were lucky they didn’t take the front ends off of cars cutting them off.
Desired outcome: I would like to know that something is at least said to this driver about how reckless they were driving.
Million mile driver? Trailer number 370-9 25
Getting on the freeway 15 southbound here in Las Vegas and no more than being on the road 32nd get cut off and headed into the right hand shoulder of the construction zone. Buy a driver with million mile driver on the side of his door. I don't know if this man had road rage or what but he is an older fella and he was throwing his hands and throwing things around in the truck of his cab like a 4-year-old little boy I don't know if this could be considered road rage or not but I am letting you know that if this is the way you have drivers that's been driving for over a million miles in your vehicles that drive like that? Very questionable I would definitely question his driving ability and maybe even give him a fresh and up course as he should understand safety cone zone orange cones mean construction zone slow down not run the cars over that are trying to get on the freeway the freeway has been shut down from two lanes to one lane because of construction please tell your drivers to be more courteous I would hate to see another car get rear-ended and Warner be sued as in the past I think the first little boy was enough damage don't you
Desired outcome: My name is Bobby Bradley my phone number here is [protected] I would like an outcome of this verdict on this driver as I had to pay for a tow truck to get pulled out of the dirt that I was pushed into
Unsafe driver
Just now on 4/21/2023 at 2:00 p.m MST on I40 West in Albuquerque, NM the driver of trailer 367951 almost just hit me from behind because he had to be going at least 80mph through Albuquerque where there is a 65mph speed limit. Because of this excess speed he lost a little control when going on a little turn in the freeway and almost hit me from my driver back side when he was going with the road that turned slightly to the left.
Truck driver for Werner
April 7, 2023 around 1 p.m. my husband was driving our family in our Class A motorhome through Kanab, UT when we had an incident with one of Werner’s semi truck drivers (truck # 378752). While driving, the semi truck driver attempted to pass us on a solid line and was driving so close to our vehicle that I could not see the driver’s plate in the front of his truck. This caused us to feel scared as we were afraid that the driver was jeopardizing the safety of ourselves and other motorists. We had to pull off to the side of the road for a moment out of fear that the truck driver would hit oncoming traffic.
I understand that your drivers may have tight deadlines to meet, but safety should always come first. I request that you train your drivers to drive responsibly and respect the safety of other drivers on the road. I hope that this incident will not happen again in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Desired outcome: Continue to train your drivers to drive responsibly and respect the safety of other drivers on the road. I would also like for the driver to be contacted as a reminder that his actions on the road can be detrimental to others.
Truck Driver
At 4 pm on 06 April 2023, a Werner truck with the number on the back (389193) was driving sporadically and almost hit a small white sedan. As we began to pass this truck, the truck swerved over in our lane and came very close to hitting us. We honked our horn and he corrected back to his lane. As we passed by the driver, it looked like he was on his phone. In summation, he almost hit two cars and was still more concerned with his phone.
Please hire safer drivers and hold this individual accountable for reckless driving with a commercial vehicle.
Desired outcome: Hold the driver accountable and maybe put him back through training
Truck driver cut me off
Hello I would like to submit a complaint about a driver that nearly collided with me today off of exit 76 on I- 95 in Richmond Hill, Ga. On December 27, 2022 at 3:08p , I was exiting I-95 with a Werner truck in front of me. The driver was in the left straight lane and I was in the right lane to enter the traffic circle to veer right onto HWY 144. At the last minute without a turn signal or anything the driver that was pulling trailer 364246 with the license plate number of 20389W decided he wanted to switch lanes and cut me off almost clipping my vehicle, causing me to swerve and stop on my brakes. This was a careless act of driving especially when operating a vehicle that size when I was driving a small car.
Truck driver
Driver of Tractor#80773 Trailer#388856 heading east on 10 interstate in California followed behind me for over a hour with his high beams! I would speed away to get away from him and he would follow, I would slow down for him to pass me and he didn't. When there was no traffic around he would get next to me blinding me even more! Finally he passed me before Arizona State line, I began to speed up to the speed limit passing him in the process and he did not like that. Once again followed me with the high beams til I exited Quartzsite, Az to fuel up.
Very childish and UNprofessional driver!
12-22-22 from 10pm to a little over 11pm.
Driver almost killed a full car (twice)
A werner driver (plate #25150W) attempted to merge while I and a car full of people where in the lane next to him, a few miles away from Hendersonville on I-40. The driver of the vehicle I was in laid on the horn while the driver made no change in trajectory, continuing to merge on top of us. The driver got close enough that the trailed touched the side view mirror of our vehicle until we managed to slow down enough to get behind it. Barely even 2 minutes after, the driver proceeds to attempt to do the same thing, again while we are next to him. The video posted is after the driver completed his first merge and right before he attempts to do it for a second time.
Desired outcome: This driver needs to be off the road. We got lucky but we're inches away from a massive pileup that would've killed a lot of people. His license should be revoked and he should be drug tested.
Experience with a werner truck
Date/Time: Monday Nov 7, 2022 from about 6 to 6:24 pm
Location: I 59 northbound I 59 near Fort Payne, GA
Details: I am driving a passenger truck towing a trailer. I am driving in the right hand lane, going a constant 63 to 65 mph originating in Mississippi heading to Georgia.
There is an 18 wheeler behind me. There is another one in the left hand lane. No vehicles in front.
For at least 10 minutes an 18 wheeler in the left lane is driving a constant speed just far enough back where the bright headlights are shining in my side mirror. This truck finally passes me at 6:24 pm and I see it is a Werner truck.
I don’t understand why this truck was traveling in the left hand lane and not trying to pass my truck. On this stretch of interstate the right hand lane actually has a lot of rough repairs which makes for a bumpy ride whereas the left-hand lane does not.
What I want: I want everyone to be safe on the highway. I would like to know that Werner instructs their drivers not to travel with their brights on when the lights are directly shining into another vehicle‘s side mirror. If they can travel in the right-hand lane then that’s where they should travel.
Effect on me: This occurrence was very distressing. I didn’t know if I should try to exit highway to let driver ahead of me. I did not want to go any slower as there was an 18 wheeler behind me. I did not want to go any faster as I am towing a large trailer. I did not know why driver did not pass me sooner and why driver kept lights on brights where I was being blinded. There’s a lot of unanswered thoughts here.
Thank you for your time in reading this.
Desired outcome: I don’t need an apology. Just instruct drivers on road courtesy
Photo of truck
Warner trainer driver cut me off and almost made me wreck.
I was driving down highways 55 outside of Festus, MO. The truck pulled into the lane coming off the ramp. Instead of staying in that lane, he whipped in front of me and I had to slam my breaks to prevent from running into him. The lane he was in was not ending or turning, he just choose to have my lane. I will attach picture of the truck and trailer. He kept speeding up and slowing down to mess with me after that.
Desired outcome: I would like his driving to be evaluated and he may not need to drive a large truck that can cause an accident and kill a family.
Careless Driving
On wednesday, October 12th around 9:50 P.M a werner I was driving on the turnpike heading North in Florida, when a werner truck sped up next to me. It was raining very hard so I had on my 4-way flashers and bright lights to be sure other vehicles seen. This truck, license plate #38633IZ pulled up next to me very fast and tried to cut me off as the lane merged, I am beeping my horn but he/she is not slowing down whatsoever, causing me to be stuck driving in between his/her truck and another vehicle next to me which was very nerve wrecking for me and it could’ve ended very badly all because he wanted to try to get in front of me before the lane merges. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE/ SHE NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY.
Desired outcome: Any type of disciplinary action, that is not okay nor should be looked over.
Incorrect information reported on MVR
To Whom it may concern.
Driver #599934
On 04-21-2022 it is reported on my MVR that I had an accident hitting parked trailers at the Home Depot in Lancaster TX. I had called in and stated as making a U-turn in the parking lot the tractor/trailer got stuck and was able to get it turned around and no trailers or damages were reported to any trailers or property. Please pull necessary phone conversations as to the outcome of that call.
Desired outcome: I would like this reporting removed from my MVR
Driver unsafe
I want to file a complaint about the driver pulling trailer 368941. On 9/3/22 he ran me onto the shoulder of I-40 at exit 241 west bound. I was getting onto the interstate and he wouldn't get into the left lane even though it was open. Then he ran me into the right shoulder. Not a safe courteous driver at all. I had my wife and 3 grandchildren with me. And the signs on your trucks say we only hire safe and courteous drivers. Really?
