Pick up of shipment
I use ARCB and selected Roadrunner as my service provider. On Monday I put the collection hours as 1:30 to 4:30 and the shipment was not collected as scheduled. On Tuesday I called ARCB at about 1:30 and they called Roadrunner. They said Roadrunner had two stops to make and would pick up before 4:30. I am writing this so you know they did not make that...

Roadrunner was hired to deliver a lawn tractor to me
Roadrunner was hired to deliver a lawn tractor to me. They claim to have repeatedly spoken to me and scheduled appointments to deliver but never did so. They claim to have come to my home repeatedly to deliver but have not done so. They are now demanding more money to deliver the shipment even though they have never actually attempted to deliver.

In the beginning of October , I commissioned the shipper to deliver 4 pallets of Air Filters from North Carolina to our offices here in New York. From the beginning it was the worst decision ever and wrought with problems and issues. Twice, we were told it would be picked up, and both told times told the driver CANNOT GET THERE TODAY AFTER WE WAITED ALL DAY FOR A PICK-UP. It is then finally finally picked up, and when it is delivered here only 3 pallets arrive not 4 pallets. That has been the beginning of our RoadRunner Freight Nightmare at least for me. I had to spend countless hours out of my day in the beginning emailing and calling them asking where can the pallet not delivered be always told oh we are looking for it. It is a large skid of Air Filters weighing over 350 pounds at least - to me kind of hard to lose, but whatever. After about two weeks of them "searching" for this, I get told I have to file a claim which I did sent all documentation needed. You are told right off the bat we need 90 days to do an internal investigation no if no and no buts that is it. I give them it still have to hunt them down and they never found our skid so who knows where that is. After the 90 days of the claim I filed in October, I get told last month when I went after them - we mailed a letter we rejected we need more information. The way this claim has been handled with no customer service and no caring to customer is beyond unacceptable. This cost my company $10,000 - we lost countless money in revenue and had to turn away from countless jobs because of Roadrunner lack of caring and not being able to do their job. The other 3 pallets are useless without the 4th one they are all needed together so our whole entire purchase of $10,000 is useless and I am still not getting any response or caring from the company. Anyone at all reading this please take heed, and do yourselves a large favor - DO NOT EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEARTACHE.

On 05/27 I purchased online a motor scooter from Bobcat's Motors, who are based in California
On 05/27 I purchased online a motor scooter from Bobcat's Motors, who are based in California. On 05/27, my product was picked up at their location by Roadrunner Freight and was assigned a PRO number: [protected] for tracking purposes. The Roadrunner website tracking tool shows an estimated delivery date to my Pennsylvania location as 06/04 and it states that someone from Roadrunner would call me to a few days prior to confirm delivery. The shipping status never updated on the site so on 06/03 I called RR customer service to inquire on the status. I was told that my item is on a trailer but it is still in California waiting for the trailer to be full before it ventures onto Pennsylvania. With still no update on 06/05, I emailed RR customer service from their website email form and never received a response. Also on 06/05 I called RR customer service again and was told that the system does not show where my product is. The woman attempted to call the original terminal but didn't get an answer. She then said she will notify her manager as she has no idea where my item is and why it has not been delivered. This is a 500 pound, large crated motorscooter that I paid for along with trusting Roadrunner for safe, prompt delivery and I have no resolution.

SHIPPING DAMAGE On June 4th, I purchased a Vehicle Transmission from a seller on **** in Washington State
SHIPPING DAMAGE On June 4th, I purchased a Vehicle Transmission from a seller on *** in Washington State. The cost of the transmission plus shipping came to $1,224.95, an additional $90 was required for liftgate service totaling $1,314.95. The tracking site states the Trans was picked up on 6/10 and was ready for dispatch 6/12 with an estimated delivery date 6/18 to Temple hills, MD. The transmission arrived on its estimated date to my mechanics shop. As the driver arrived my mechanic phoned me of its arrival stating the driver stated he will not unload the shipment without a signature and would not wait for the pallet to be unwrapped, opened and inspected. The driver stated he had other deliveries all over to make. I arrived at the shop less then 10mins after the driver departed to open the pallet and found SERIOUS DAMAGE to the external of the transmission deeming it UNUSABLE and UN REPAIRABLE. There are big chunks of the transmission broken off where it would bolt to the engine as well as MASSIVE CRACKS. Its believed something heavy fell on it or was placed on it during shipping I immediately took pictures and sent them to the seller via *** messaging. The seller stated he was in contact with Roadrunner claims and had sent the damaged pictures as well as the *** purchase invoice. As of this writing my vehicle is sitting in a mechanic's shop gathering storage fees due to this unfortunate shipping mistake. fees are mounting on a daily basis and we need to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Please advise. Claim is pending.

A wooden log bed frame was delivered to a client in Brainerd, MN for Roadrunner shipping.
A wooden log bed frame was delivered to a client in Brainerd, MN for shipping by Roadrunner Transportation Systems on September 12. The sender carefully packaged the bedframe in cardboard and plastic. The Bill of Lading specified that the package should not be stacked. The package was misplaced by Roadrunner for about a week as its location was untraceable. After a month, on October 9, the damaged package arrived at our home. I accepted it pending inspection. Upon opening, we found a cracked side post and several gouges in the wood. We photographed the damage and immediately informed Roadrunner's claims department. We filed a claim for expenses on November 3, but Roadrunner denied liability on December 30. I detailed the packaging care and damage on January 16. Roadrunner denied responsibility again on February 1, stating no damages were recorded at delivery. We documented the damages with photos sent to Roadrunner. We paid $300.24 for shipping and $60.98 for insurance against loss or damage, plus a $25.00 fuel charge.

I set a shipment for car rims and tires sent from my sisters address in Old Hickory, TN to be picked up on Mar 9, 2020 and delivered to My Holly
I set a shipment for car rims and tires sent from my sisters address in Old Hickory, TN to be picked up on Mar 9, 2020 and delivered to My Holly, N.J on Mar 13, 2020. The driver picking up the shipment got held up and didnt pick up until mar 10, 2020 which isnt a big issue because it happens. My issue is on mar 11, 2020 received a call saying they wanted to set up for delivery and I was kinda surprised until she said she was in Charlotte, nc and was set to deliver to Mt Holly, NC which was wrong and I corrected her and she seemed to fix issue. I then knew it wasnt gonna be set up and was told it would be the on mar 16, 2020. I didnt have issue with that and started tracking to get an idea when to expect it. When I tracked on the 12th I noticed the package going back towards Tennessee and then it arrived in Lenoir city, Tn, then Kodak, TN and back to Charlotte, NC after leaving that same terminal the day before. I decided to call and ask why it's just going on what seems to be a joy ride and was told that it just arrived that day and wasnt unloaded yet. I knew this wasnt the case because the day of mar 11, 2020 I was contacted by someone from Charlotte NC terminal to set up delivery and it was the wrong state. My problem is I was lied to and then was told expected delivery would be Mar 19, 2020. I however paid 425 us dollars to have it set for mar 13, 2020 and I expected it to be delayed till mon the 16 due to being picked up a day late but it seems the problem was they sent it in wrong direction and instead of correcting the issue immediately decided to wait untiil the run they had set up originally was completed and waste 2 to 3 dsys basically driving my package on a site seeing tour. Would like an explanation for the issues and why to this minute my pallett is still in Charlotte, NC. I'm concerned I will recieve my product damaged at this point. Tracking is *** and again it's still sitting. Unacceptable I work in logistics and know the game.
