We are traveling through santa fe with our family for the 4th of july. Its late at night and we were hungry and our two sons, ages 12 and 13 needed to use the restroom. I'm assuming by the way the manager alfredo reacted that the front doors were suppose to be locked. The manager alfredo told my 13 year old son, "what the [censor] are you coming in here so [censor]ing late for?" my 13 year old was kinda thrown off guard by it as just shrugged his shoulders. Meanwhile my 12 year old is trying to use the restroom. We are watching from outside in our cars. So we see they are having a conversation of some sort. Alfredo then proceeded to tell my son the he's paranoid as [censor] and that if they don't get out he's going to call the [censor]ing cops. My 13 year old told him ok, i'll get my brother and apologized. My 12 year old didn't get to use the restroom because his older brother was freaked out by alfredos insane behavior and just wanted to get out.
We went through the drive through and confronted alfredo, who denied the whole thing. Alfredo proceeded to tell us they stormed through the doors that apparently were locked, but weren't obviously... Because he hadn't done his job correctly. None the less the way he handled the situation was uncalled for and very unprofessional. When my husband tried to talk to alfredo at the window alfredo shut the window on him mid sentence. Once again proving he has no people skills and shouldn't be in management in the first place. My name is Adam Jacob, I eat at this taco Bell about 2-3 times a week. I am so fed up with the service that they give. My order through the drive thru is always wrong and I end up what the wrong order, I go in and tell them that my order is wrong and the employees in the Santee, CA branch get nasty and tell me that it's my fault. I am a big fan of your food and almost never get what I ordered, I hope that something can be fixed and me made happy. lack of supplies
On July 3rd, 2017 at 7:35 pm my husband ordered a Chalupa meal beef supreme with no tomatoes and a few other things. At the end of the order, he was told that they didn't have any lettuce. Not a huge deal, but it's definitely preferred. He asked for mild and hot sauce and again was told they were out of both. Luckily we had some at home. Once I opened my meal, my first Chalupa had tomatoes and very little everything else. The second one didn't have tomatoes, but also didn't have sour cream and again very little meat and cheese. I felt like I was eating a deep friend shell with nothing inside. I'm a loyal customer (almost once a week), but am extremely disappointed in the lack of service and supplies tonight.
I don't want a refund, but a gift card for the $8.00 I spent on eating an almost empty deep friend shell would be fantastic. At the least, please make sure you have the basic supplies necessary to be open for business.

I ordered 3 Chalupas got all the way home and there was no meat on them. Then when I took them back the manager on duty wanted to argue about it and the cook in front on line was laughing about it. It was 6 PM 7-3-17.
This will be the last time I go to Taco Bell. I have never seen a manger that wanted to argue with a customer. And cooks that thought everything was funny.
out of items on your menu
Today i stopped and asked for their Strawberry frozen drink and was informed that they are no longer able to get this product but it is still on the menu. So i asked for Dr. Pepper instead and was informed that they are out of Dr. Pepper until the truck comes tomorrow. Last week when i asked for salt i was told they no longer have salt. They asked if i wanted hot sauce and i said yes but didn't get any. Also had a Mexican Pizza and was not given any silverware to eat it with. A while back i got taco's and when i opened them their was no lettuce on them. So i went back and was told they were out of Lettuce. By the way i almost always go through the drive-thru.
the double chalupa
I purchased two double Chalupas from a franchise the taco bell on north Monroe at in Tallahassee FL. 32303 on Saturday 7/1/2017 and was totally disappointed. They did not have have double anything except the chalupa shell. If it was compared to the commercial double chalupa I would have too say it is false advertisement. I work late nights and this location is the only place open when I get off so naturally I frequent it often. Plus, who doesn't love taco bell so it is a win win. Anyhoo, June 30th 2017 I went at 3:42am with my boyfriend. We pulled up to the menu and the first thing they said was they did not have beef. I chopped that up to they ran out on the court there was a food truck in the parking lot. So we ordered and were upcharged for everything we got because they replaced it with chicken or beef. That totalled to about $8 more than I planned to spend. While I was upset, I set agreed because like I stated before it is the only place in the area open. Anyways, so fast forward to last night July 2nd 2017 and me and my boyfriend find ourselves at taco bell, again. Pull up, and they greet us. I tried ordering a Grande meal and was told they did not have enough beef to make that for me... So, I ask if I got it a different why how much would the upcharge be and it was close to $10. I declined and I asked to have a 2 Chalupa boxes instead. They out and out told me that they close in 10 minutes and did not want to turn the fryers back on. Wait what? There was a line of people in front and behind me. I ended up getting my roommate the burrito they asked for and me and my boyfriend did not eat. I hate to be that person but I can't imagine how much money yall are losing from the denying people service to convenience themselves. Sorry for the essay!

I ordered double chalupa box and a spicy tostada on the tostada I ask for no beans I received a tostada with ONLY lettuce and tomatoes. Second I asked for extra cheese and sour cream on the tacos in the double chalupa box I did not receive that. I tried calling back the number that was provided on the receipt [protected] you get a ring to a fax machine I am very upset and dissatisfied with my order I had to drive all the way home to find out that my order was not done I didn't even want to eat so now I just paid $7.42 for a meal that I can't even enjoy

I just went to taco bell on grand calliou rd in Houma la to pick up a mobile order we revived no straws napkins or SAUCE they were out of Doritos nacho shells. The cashier never even asked if we wanted SAUCE I ordered 12 tacos. We also never received a copy of our receipt. It would have been ok if only one thing would not have been done but to not even recognise that with an order such as mine SAUCE may be needed I had to say something.

The employee that served the people in front of us and behind us in the drive thru, refused to hand us our food or take our money. My husband and I could tell that she was arguing with other employees to hand us our food because they were tossing our bag around. After sitting for at least 10 minutes, a lady finally handed us our food. The employee used to be a coworker of mine, named Tammie Watkins. And because of her termination she is upset with me and my husband. There is still no reason for her to refuse to do her job and not serve my family.
cheese fiesta potatoes
I was going threw the dice threw when given my food. Very polite serive. I was give a cheese fiesta potties and when I got home. I started to eat them and then I one one bite and didn't realize that one had mold on it but I could taste it. So I spit it out a divorced some part of it were green and smell of mold. I would appreciate it if my food didn't not come with mold on it.
why did you take the naked chicken chips out of the menu?
I would like to know why Taco Bell took out the naked chicken chips from the menu it's very heartbreaking because those are one of the best items you ever came out with in the menu And now I don't know what to eat from Taco Bell because that was the only thing that I will eat from there.. there delicious and u should consider Of keeping them in them menu permanently...
nacho bell grande x2
I ordered two nacho bell grande on 1 July 2017 and after returning home and opening the dishes the both have a small amount of beer and literally drizzles of cheese. There are more chips than anything and they are all broken into crimps and slightly stale. I have photos if needed. The store would not answer when I called twice. I don't think it was intentional though.
double chalupa
At Taco Bell in Marianne Fl, Lafayette St, I ordered a Double Chalupa. I ordered it based on the picture and "double meat" description . There was probably less than 1 Oz of meat. I also ordered a Dorito Taco. There was 2-3 times more meat on the Dorito taco than there was the Double Chalupa. Either this taco bell isn't properly preparing the Double Chalupa or the Taco Bell advertisement and pictures are extremely deceiving. The picture shows meat almost running out the side but on the one I got I had to ask the cashier "Where's the Beef?" I was given a new taco but hardly had any meat on it early.
taco bell not giving 2 free meals as told by supervisor
Taco Bell in Taylor mi on Eureka telegraph we been going to for a while but every time we order it's always wrong or they never give us all our food so our last straw was back in April this year we called and spoke with Renea the supervisor she said whenever we can just come up there and get 2 free meals and cage apologize. June 30 2017 at 10:20 pm I called and they said they can't give me meals unless I have receipts she doesn't work there anymore she transferred. Well that's not my fault and Renea said I can get 2 free meals.I've had a terrible experience and all I wanted was to be accommodated for they're numerous mistakes and them inconvenience my time and money.

I received a Taco Bell gift card. I made a paper copy, plus downloaded it to my phone. I have been to the taco bell on Limonite Ave in Eastvale Ca twice. They said they couldn't take the paper copy and said they couldn't take it off of my phone. I couldn't reach the manager. A refund is due to me!

My brother-in-law and I were inside Taco Bell at 4808 Holly Springs Parkway Holly Springs Georgia 30115. store #032577.
We spent $45 on tacos and burritos for our wives and children. After we placed our order we sat down at the front table and waited for a name to be called. They called my brother-in-law's name first. He stood up started walking towards the counter to pick up his food when the young man at the counter holding it calling his name became extremely agitated and started yelling and cussing at both of us. After my brother-in-law picked up his food I was standing there waiting on mine and the same young man kept staring at me, I smiled at him and said... "are you okay"? He then began to scream and cuss at me. He started punching his fists together implying that he wanted to fight. This went on for about 5 minutes until the manager told him to clock out and take a break. He clocked out and then went and sat in the table directly behind me and just stared. After about 1 minute the manager demanded that he go outside. He went outside, let the door close, turned around with his face in the window punching his fists again as if he was waiting for me to exit the building. We never said or did anything to provoke him, it turns out he was irritated that we did not Sprint to the counter to pick up our food when he called my brother-in-law's name. Several other customers waited for us to exit, they approached us and said... "that guy is crazy! I don't know what his problem is? we were waiting around just in case you needed help" the restaurant was crowded and everybody was uncomfortable with this young man's behavior.
My family and I love Taco Bell, but we probably will not go back.

Date of incident is 6/29/17 at 7:44pm my wife ordered a loaded potato griller, a spicy tostada, and a bean burrito with no onions, extra cheese and extra red sauce, also asked for Diablo sauce but got fire instead! Didn't give us a spork to eat tostada with. The tostada was like made by a sloppy homeless person, totally unacceptable service! The Cashier named Geana H was freaking rude as hell to my wife! I called and got no answer! Employees that don't wanna do their job with respect to the customers should be fired! This is at the Pekin, IL branch. We want something done! poor workmanship - sloppy service
Visited local hometown taco bell (New castle, indiana) of which I patron quite frequently. The time of visit was shortly after 3:00pm, the drive thru line had a fairly lengthy line (Typically does) so to save time I went inside to place my order. I placed my order with a very friendly cashier, of which I have no complaints (She was very friendly & kept a smile on her face). My order total came to $13.26 and consisted of gordito, chalupa box with a blue drink and a steak quesadilla. I had a few requests - no tomatoes, no nacho cheese and all tacos on order to be regular. The cashier read back my order & she had it spot on! Being as mine was the only order placed in house as I was the only patron in the restaurant I had hoped my order would be pretty quick. That was not the case, as I stood waiting I watched the staff (With the exception of the cashier who apologized all over herself) mess with their cell phones, one actually left the prep line and stood near the wall browsing her phone. Then she took her place back on the prep line looked up at the order monitor - looked over at me and she rolled her eyes and took off to the back of the kitchen came back 5 minutes later with two stacks of taco shells (Regular/dorito) and was holding them right against her chest using her chin to keep them steady (All the while holding her cell phone in the other hand.. Seriously! She piled the shells on the counter stuck her phone in her pocked and again looked up at the order monitor and then at me. Finally, she begins to assemble the order and the pace of a snail & just as sloppy as possible. She tossed this and that out of the heater/oven with some force actually and basically made quite the mess. I received my order totally wrong, I had tomatoes on everything, even things that don't normally get tomatoes - I received a dorito shell taco that I asked to be a regular taco and of course it had tomatoes too, everything did even the steak quesidilla! The tacos were flipped upside down and placed in the box along with the chalupa, all of the wrappers were wadded and not even close to being around the items. The cashier kept looking back at the employee and looking to me smiling and apologizing that the order was taking so long. She even shook her head at the employee preparing my order. I was in complete disbelief of what I was witnessing and quite frankly was ticked off. I took my order thanked the cashier and asked to speak to a manager and I was told that I would have to wait because they were to busy! Because, I was on limited time and much of that was taken up by waiting on my order to be prepared. I took my order and placed it in the garbage can while in the restaurant and left with my blue raspberry drink. Once inside my vehicle my husband asked me where our food was I told him that it was in the garbage can in the restaurant and that it was not fit to eat and we would just eat at home. He could clearly see that I was very upset & on our drive home I explained to him what occurred and his reply was that we work hard for our money for it to be thrown away. I agreed with him. It was obvious to me that the gal preparing my order today clearly did not want to be working and she was totally annoyed by the placement of my order. Had that been my employee on my line I would have gone ahead and sent her home!

I stop through this Taco Bell located on 28th street near Madison, in Grand Rapids MI about 2 times a weak after late night work . I've submitted several somplaints via their website and nothing has changed . It takes 20-25 minutes to get through their drive thru anytime after 11pm. It's Always a lack of employees . Several cars always exit the line too ! They need to increase their payroll to help the employees out inside, every visit it's the same "sorry there's only 2 of us" . I'd go elsewhere but it's the only business fast food open late after my work shifts ... like I said, I've submitted complaints and information to their website and never get contacted and this issue has never been resolved . It's been over a year .
