What you order isn't what you get.
Using the configurator was great. Really detailed and easy to use. I felt quite excited selecting exactly what I wanted. I spent time pouring over materials and designs. I had a clear vision of what to expect.
Immediately upon delivery I realised they had sent me the wrong suit. The material and colour a long way off that I had ordered. The jacket fit, the trousers didn't and the quality was really poor, so I knew they had just sent me the wrong suit. A quick call to Hockerty and they would resolve - no chance.
They only want to find a way that I accept the suit I didn't order - no refunds. My point is, I ordered an apple and they have sent an orange. So trying to make something I didn't order acceptable was ridiculous.
Messages to their team Christian and Jesus were typically replied to 24hrs later and I assume by bots and the answers and the questions didn't match. They have a policy of no refunds, I get this if a change of mind. That is not my issue.
My review is to advise the risk - what you think you order and what you get are not even close. They hide behind distance selling rules and effectively give you a problem.
Avoid, its too risky. Great concept, dreadfully executed.
Recommendation: High risk to order, looks great but isn’t
Sounds like Hockerty managed to turn your excitement into frustration with a wrong suit and poor customer service. You expected an apple and got an orange, but they’re acting like it’s the same fruit. Could’ve been worse—at least they didn’t send you a lemon. Hopefully, others take your advice and steer clear of this tailor-made trouble.
