Tameron Honda charged me more than $200 and took an hour and 20 minutes to make two copies of my car keys. It's crazy that such small things can cost so much! I wouldn't recommend going to them because they seem to overcharge for everything.

11/24, I went to Tameron Honda to buy a car and Erich M was my salesman. He helped me with my USAA car purchase and now I am so happy with my Honda. I filled out a survey and asked for Erich to get a presidential letter of recognition. I really hope he gets it because he deserves it.

We got a 2022 Pilot from Tameron Honda. Our contract said one thing, but they ended up financing us for *** dollars more. They said it was for warranty coverage that we didn't want. We signed papers saying we didn't want it, but they still added it. We talked to Honda and Honda Finance, but they haven't done anything yet. This has happened to us before with Tameron Honda. We won't be going back.

I buyed a NEW Honda from Tameron and found out it was in the shop twice before I bought it with transmission or electrical problems. Nobody told me about the problems until I ran a Carfax 1 year after I bought it because of continuing problem. Even after a couple of years I still have problems with the car. It has been in the shop 8 times for repairs. Not just transmission but also electrical and other stuff. Every time I take it to the shop I have to drop it off at 8am and pick it up at 6pm. They say they don't offer rentals even on a new car purchase but if you schedule a service it gives you the choice to retain a rental. I will NEVER buy from here again.

I went to Tameron Honda on August 30 to get my 04 Accord's new key fob and steering column synced to the car. They told me there was a $*** fee for diagnostics to find out what was wrong with the car. After waiting for about 6 weeks, they told me my car would be ready the following Friday. They had to replace the ECM, battery cables, and battery. I don't know if they ordered parts by bike, but my car sat there from Aug. 30-Nov. 10th, going on 3 months, only to get fixed in the last week, probably on the last day after I filed a complaint to the corporate office. Then they sent me a text saying to pay $*** online. After I finally sent the invoice, it didn't show the $*** diagnostics fee and charged me for other parts and labor I didn't authorize. I lost my job of 7 years because I had no transportation. I ubered and hitched as long as I could until it wasn't worth it. Thanks for nothing. I swear I would have done better letting it rot in the backyard. I don't have enough space to mention the customer courtesy. Thanks TAMERON for nothing!

I called the service department because my undercarriage fell down while driving. I spoke to the service manager and told him I live in Moundville. I bought my car from Tameron and paid cash for it. I traveled in the rain to get my car serviced by them. The manager explained to me that he will have to see if I ran over a pothole in the road. I said I cannot get the car towed to them from Moundville. I explained to him that I know if I ran over something. I said I will take the car to Townsend. Can you at least call and get names of someone I can talk to? He gave me the name of the manager there. I took the car in and they returned the call asking me to pick up the car. They explained to me that they sent pictures of the car and called Tameron. He was not going to keep going back and forth with them. This was not your fault Ms. Griffin, it was put on backward. The time before this incident, I took the car to get the tires rotated, and they let me drive home with a hole in the tire. Then before this incident, they did not put my computer back online. I read the book and changed it myself. Keep in mind, I paid cash for the car and services. I will never go back to Tameron Honda in Hoover, AL. Townsend Honda is very nice and helpful.

I bought a 2008 Ford Taurus from Tameron Honda on 10/09 at 9pm. They said everything was inspected and nothing was wrong. But after only 6 business days, on 10/17, the transmission went out. We haven't even driven 100 miles yet. I called them at 1pm on 10/17, but they didn't want to fix it. I left a message for the owner at 4pm today. We just want them to keep their word and make it right.

I went to Tameron Honda in February '21 for a recall on my 2019 Honda Accord. They told me to come in for a software update and I asked for a tire rotation too. They did the update and charged me for the rotation. But last week I saw that my front right tire still had a chunk missing from when I hit a curb months ago. I realized they didn't rotate my tires like I asked and paid for. I called Tameron on 3/18 and talked to *** who said to bring the car back. I did and waited for *** for 15 minutes but he never came. I called the service department and asked for *** but got ***'s voicemail instead. I left a message saying I was there and *** never came out to talk to me.

I asked for a manager, and the used car manager said they don't accept outside financing. I couldn't find another vehicle with mileage and price after hours of searching. I had to return the rental provided because my SUV was stolen. On Jan 6, 2022, I submitted their business loan application to *** to buy the Sorrento. On Jan 7, 2022, he said I was approved with ***, and I could pick up the Sorrento. He showed me a 10% rate and higher payment than my bank. He said the rate was high because it was my first purchase using my business portfolio. He could get the interest rate and payments lowered if I used my personal credit. I declined.
