BUYERS BEWARE!
BUYERS BEWARE! Make sure ya double-check yer credit score after they run it. They ran mine over 30 times. NOW MY CREDIT IS RUINED. I had a real good credit score...now it's poor! They tacked on a buncha extra costs, sneaky buggers.
Unacceptable business practice!
Unacceptable business practice! I ordered a custom built truck and waited 2 months and 10 days for delivery. The salesman at Gary Yeoman's Ford called to tell me it had been delivered. I went the next day to pick it up only to find out my truck had been sold to someone else.. Totally unethical business practice! 0 stars!
Bought a used 2017 Ford Explorer yesterday 6/9/2022 from Tyler G****
Bought a used 2017 Ford Explorer yesterday 6/9/2022 from Tyler G. He did a fantastic job sellin' us this SUV.
Nello F, the Business Manager that did the financin' for us was totally awesome.
Both Tyler G and Nello F made goin' to Gary Yeoman's Ford the best part of our day and should be recognized for doin' such a great job.
Thank you both very much

I been goin' to Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona since 2009
I been goin' to Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona since 2009. I always get my car serviced there since I bought it. In March 2023, I spent $2500 on maintenance. But now, they tellin' me that my car is all messed up and they want me to buy a new one. Can you believe it? Just one month after takin' my $2500, my car is done for? That's some shady stuff goin' on! I ain't never goin' back there again!
Very disappointed experience in the end
Very disappointed experience in the end. The start went well but put down a deposit on 7/10 for a vehicle that was supposed to come in September. Here we are in December and still no vehicle. Not returning phone calls to refund my deposit and no delivery date in sight. Be careful of deceiving people when dealing with Jacob *** (Sales Manager) as $1K seems more important to him than earning people's business.
My first experience with this place was with a good guy named Gabe
My first experience with this place was with a good guy named Gabe. He was honest and really tried to get me financed. Today, 8/20/2022, I was bothered by another person who wanted to sell me a car worse than the one I already have. She asked if leather seats matter to me. I told her I need the safety of blind spot monitoring and lane keeping. She finally stopped calling me. But my problem with this business is they just don't do their homework before calling people out of the blue. As a result, Gary *** shows he's not very honest and excellent. Don't go to this dealership unless you deal with Gabe.
The service was great
The service was great. Our water pump broke while we were heading north. Since we didn't know the area, we called Yeomans Ford and they quickly sent a shuttle to us. Shane, the tow truck driver, got in touch with us right away and kept us updated on the delivery to the dealership. Jessica was really helpful in getting our situation sorted out. Tommy ***, our service rep, was also very helpful and kept me informed about the repair progress. Steve, our technician, was really helpful too and explained everything to us. I can't thank everyone enough. The shuttle drivers were really nice to talk to while we waited for the repair. I chatted with another customer who drives 90 miles just to get their vehicle serviced here. I now understand why this dealership is so great. I feel really lucky to have found them. Thanks again to everyone. Regards, John
My name is Earika and I am a VERY UNHAPPY customer of Gary Yeoman Lincoln in Daytona Beach
My name is Earika and I am a VERY UNHAPPY customer of Gary Yeoman Lincoln in Daytona Beach. My experience has been pretty unbelievable, to be honest! I got my 2021 Nautilus in October , and guess what? It was full of rodents! I don't think the problem started while the car was with me, but rather before I even drove it off the lot. After 100 days and a whopping $12,769.49 later, I finally got my car back. But guess what? It came with some issues: - There was damage to the right rear quarter panel, like someone had hit it. There was a paint chip and the paint was pulled towards the tire well cover. The driver said, "I didn't do it!" - There was a flimsy bumper part that you could literally push in with just one finger. It was either installed poorly or just plain cheap. - The windshield wiper chamber was completely empty. The windshield wiper light was on the dashboard, and when I tried to clean my windshield while taking my daughter to summer camp, nothing happened! How did they even test the replaced windshield wiper hose then? - There were scratches on the black exterior part between the driver side door and the rear passenger door. Lincoln offered some solutions, but they were not good enough. I feel insulted! My advice to you is: DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.
So, I went to Gary Yeomans Ford to trade in my Fusion for a new one
So, I went to Gary Yeomans Ford to trade in my Fusion for a new one. The salesman convinced me that if I didn't like it within three days, I could exchange it for a car of equal or higher value. They called it their three-day guarantee! Since my wife was away for one more day, I agreed to buy it with the three-day guarantee. Well, that was a lie! The salesman told me they no longer offered the three-day trade-in, which was another lie. He also promised free window tint with every new car purchase, but that was a lie too. On top of that, my new car didn't even come with floor mats. They said they would give them to me once they arrived, but they put in cheap mats that weren't even made for the Fusion. One of the owners called me and set up an appointment with another salesman because the one I had was fired for similar shady behavior with other customers. Well, the new salesman was clueless. That's it, once you sign for the car, you're on your own. I went down there three times, and no one bothered to look into it. My wife didn't like the car, and I was stuck with a car she didn't like because no one at Gary Yeomans cared. Customer satisfaction? I give it a big fat zero because no one cared!
Gary Yeomans Ford, where do I start?!
Gary Yeomans Ford, where do I start?! I had an appointment made back on April 2nd to check out a Ford Expedition Limited with 32,000 miles listed on their website for $46,000. On Saturday, April 8th at 2pm, I arrived to inspect the vehicle for purchase. The salesman I had set up the appointment with was very nice and polite. However, when the vehicle arrived, the interior looked like it had been through a hay field - not a good sign. Their excuse was that they were busy in the back and knew we were waiting. After the test drive, we went to discuss the numbers, but the salesman disappeared for about 20 minutes. Eventually, the sales manager approached me and informed me that the vehicle had already been sold before my arrival - another red flag. He promised to take care of me and find another vehicle. However, the vehicle he brought out had double the mileage for the same price as the one I was originally interested in. I told him that wouldn't work. Three days later, I found an Expedition at another Yeomans location and received a call from the manager at Gary Yeomans Daytona. He quoted me a price of $54,000, but then told me it was actually $59,000 - $5,000 over the internet price. So, if you're reading all the reviews, please avoid doing business with this dealership.
Buyers beware!
Buyers beware! I thought I would be treated right by this place, but boy was I wrong. I feel stupid for even trying. I've tried reaching out to the salesman and the finance guy multiple times, but they've completely ignored me. Can you believe it? Ignored! They haven't returned any of my calls. I thought this whole buying experience would be great, but it's been weeks and I still don't have my key. And to make matters worse, they added extra charges to my bill that are even more than what I owe for the car. It's just not fair. I definitely don't want their service contract. Who knows what kind of trouble I'll have to go through if I need service on my vehicle. They even added a ridiculous $2,500 fee for shopping online. Can you believe that? It's like they're trying to squeeze every penny out of me. I see their true colors now. They've got my money, so they don't care about me anymore. I want all those extra charges taken off my bill. I'll find an aftermarket warranty somewhere else. They're just after their commission. I've wasted so much time and energy on this, and now I'm done with their empty promises. I guess I'll have to buy a spare key on my own too. So, be afraid, be very afraid, and watch out for their smooth talking. It's all a bunch of BS.
Gary Yeomans Ford ain't no good dealership, I bought a new Ford Mustang and they played games with me
Gary Yeomans Ford ain't no good dealership, I bought a new Ford Mustang and they played games with me. They added fees that they don't even tell you about. I found out about them after I got home with my new ride and looked through all the paperwork. Can you believe that? And if you want to add an option that ain't included, good luck getting it in a reasonable amount of time or even knowing when you'll get it. When you call them, they don't steer you in the right direction or even bother returning your call. Let me tell you about my experience. I bought a spoiler for my Mustang to be installed later, and guess what? It still ain't been installed to this day. I waited almost three weeks and then called to find out what's going on because they never bother to call me. Finally, when they got the spoiler, I had to make several calls for three days just to find out that it was the wrong one and didn't fit right. Can you believe that? I asked for a factory spoiler and paid for it, but they need to order a different one. So, I went to the dealership to pick one that they claimed would fit. It's been over two weeks now and I'm still waiting for them to install the spoiler. I called the guy who was handling this and he never bothered to return my calls. I even called the store manager, but he didn't call me back either. They promised me a free gas card worth $1,000.00, but I'm still waiting for that too. They had it advertised on TV and everything, but they need to be reminded about it. So, let me tell you, I strongly recommend that you don't buy a vehicle from Gary Yeomans. And don't even think about getting any repairs or services done there. Their customer service is terrible, they don't follow up with you, and they play all sorts of tricks. Just don't go to Yeomans, go somewhere else.
Re: Dealership Gary Yeoman Ford, Daytona Beach, Florida
Re: Dealership Gary Yeoman Ford, Daytona Beach, Florida. Sales/Service. I had the serious misfortune of buying a new Bronco from GYF in Daytona Beach, Florida. The sales department is dishonest and deceptive, just like the service department. Let me tell you about both experiences. Ford Motor Company, you decide? I won't recommend or use them, and others should think twice before dealing with any dealership. There are plenty of other dealers out there, so why put up with unethical and dishonest people who only care about making money? Unfortunately, this problem is not unique to GYF; many other dealerships in the United States are doing the same thing.
I was coerced into signing a new sales agreement for my Bronco, even though I had already signed an agreement to buy it. At the last minute, while I was at the table signing paperwork, they told me that if I didn't pay an extra $2950 and sign a new agreement, I couldn't get my Bronco. They said they could easily sell it to someone else for more money. Some might say I could have walked away, but really... After waiting for a year with constant delays and issues, including problems with the roof and chip shortages, my old car's transmission blew up. I had owned that car for twelve years. I had to rent a car for months, which cost me thousands of dollars, only to end up buying a clunker because Ford kept pushing back my pickup date and GYF was useless. Even worse, my salesman knew about all the troubles I had faced, but they still took advantage of me.
I was beyond excited when I received a text saying my Bronco had arrived. I was over the moon. But when I got there to sign the paperwork, they dropped the bombshell of a $2950 charge on me. They could have told me weeks or even months in advance, but no, they waited until I was already there, an hour away from home. What a gut punch! They had plenty of time to let me know about these bogus charges. See my full complaint for more details...
Most incompetent unprofessional management I have ever encountered
Most incompetent unprofessional management I have ever encountered. The sales staff are great and the reception staff are great. You can just flush the rest of the stealership.

This dealership wrote the ugliest most usurious car deal and took advantage of my elderly parents
This dealership wrote the ugliest most usurious car deal and took advantage of my elderly parents. They purchased a 2018 Ford Focus new and by the time my parents walked out the door they had nailed them to the tune of $31,000 for a 2018 3 cylinder Ford Focus. Whatever fee or additional warranty coverage they could tack on to the deal they added on top of having the extended warranty start concurrent with the vehicle drive train warranty. June at 83K the serpentine belt comes off and this vehicles oil pump is run by the belt, belt comes off and they need a new engine. My mother calls the dealership and they tell her $7,000, nothing is under warranty and call Ford because they can't and or won't do anything to help them. Left a voice mail for the General Manager to discuss the car deal and still have not received a return phone. There are too many reputable Ford dealers in the area and in Florida, simply stay away from this outfit is my advice.

July 4th, I bought a 2021 Chevy Trail Boss
July 4th, I bought a 2021 Chevy Trail Boss. I had it for about 75 days but had to deal with some recalls that couldn't get fixed. The car was a total "Lemon," so we decided to switch to a 2021 Ford F150. Now, the F150 has a recall too, and the transmission is acting up. I took it to the service center, and they said they'll call me when the recall parts are ready. They also said they'll check the transmission again because they couldn't find any problems. I sent them a letter about this yesterday, and you can find it attached.
I saw an ad from Gary Yeomans Ford for a vehicle at a certain price, but when I spoke to the salesman, Waleid E***, he refused to sell it
I saw an ad from Gary Yeomans Ford for a vehicle at a certain price, but when I spoke to the salesman, Waleid E, he refused to sell it for that price. I kept asking for the final price, but it took about 4 days for me to get a response. Finally, I reached out to Frank Rollins from Gary Yeomans Ford Daytona Beach (6208) and he emailed me back. The next day, Waleid asked me what price I saw it listed for, so I showed him a print screen of the autotrader ad. He then told me that the delay in providing a quote was because he couldn't sell the truck for that price.
I bought a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport on 6/14/2022 from Gary Yeomans Ford in Belleview, FL
I bought a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport on 6/14/2022 from Gary Yeomans Ford in Belleview, FL. It was a used truck with 550 miles on it. I paid $43,514.00 for it. After a few weeks, I discovered a packet in the glove box. Inside, I found the original window sticker, which showed a price of $34,790.00, and the original contract in the previous owner's name, dated 4/30/2022, which was also purchased from the same dealership. When I confronted the dealership about this, they refused to take any action regarding the inflated price. They simply said that they can charge whatever they want. This is clearly price gouging and it should be stopped.

I bought a car from Gary Yeomans and they did 14 hard inquiries on my credit
I bought a car from Gary Yeomans and they did 14 hard inquiries on my credit. The usual is 4. They said they'd fix it with the credit bureau, but they haven't. Then, 5 weeks ago, I got a new car from them and they didn't pay off my old one. They blamed it on changes in the accounting department. They did send the payment overnight, but their mistake made me late and it showed up as a missed payment on my credit report. They said sorry and sent me a fruit basket. They asked how they could make it right and make me a happy customer. So, I told them what I thought was a fair solution for all the stress they caused me. That was over a month ago and I haven't heard anything back. I'm really disappointed with the service I got for both car purchases and how they treated me both times.
My complaint is bout tryin' to sell a car at a jacked-up price
My complaint is bout tryin' to sell a car at a jacked-up price. The car is one of them basic models that everyone wants. The car maker's offerin' a pre-paid purchase plan based on the MSRP, so the price is set. But this dealership tried to sell me the car for more money. They hadn't even paid for it through the pre-purchase plan yet, but they still wanted to sell it. The folks runnin' the place didn't even show me the MSRP sticker on the car, they just called it the "Market Adjusted Value." I didn't even know what features the car had. They wanted me to agree to the price before I could even take it for a test drive. And to top it off, they did a credit check on me before we even agreed on the price, which messed up my credit score for no reason. This just ain't right in my book. Respectfully, Harold
Car dealership keeps calling me on my phone, trying to sell me a car
Car dealership keeps calling me on my phone, trying to sell me a car. I wrote a letter to the CEO of Ford, asking them to make the calls stop. I also sent the dealership three personal checks: $625 to the salesperson who keeps calling me, $125 to the general manager who probably encourages these annoying calls, and $100 to Gary Yeomans. I hope that by sending them this money, they will leave me alone. I think these amounts are fair commissions for them, considering the potential profit from a $37,000 car sale and a $2,500 profit for the dealership. It's sad that I have to pay them just to get them to stop bothering me. It's like they want the money without actually selling me a car or dealing with all the paperwork. It's really frustrating to feel pressured like this by a car dealership.
On 11/11, I bought a 2014 Santa Fe from Gary Yeomans Used car dealership
On 11/11, I bought a 2014 Santa Fe from Gary Yeomans Used car dealership. Throughout the whole buying process, I emphasized how important the navigation system was to me, but it didn't seem to be working right. They told me it was fine. The next day, when I went to pick up the car and finish the paperwork, I brought up the navigation system again, and they assured me it was working fine. However, when I drove the car home and checked the navigation system, it was definitely not working.
I decided to call another dealership and explain the situation to them. They advised me to return the car until the navigation system was fixed properly, as per the sale agreement. So, I brought it back to Gary Yeomans used cars and expressed my dissatisfaction. They said they would fix the screen and provided me with a courtesy car. It's been 40 days now, and I still don't have my car. My brother and I frequently call to inquire about the status, but it's always the same response – they're waiting for "a part." Waiting 40 days for a car part is completely unacceptable. And as of today, they're still waiting for that part.
I bought a 2017 Ford Edge Sport from Gary Yeomans Ford on March 7th
I bought a 2017 Ford Edge Sport from Gary Yeomans Ford on March 7th. The finance department said they would contact me the next day if they needed more information. But they never did, and I noticed they kept making inquiries on my credit. I thought maybe these were leftover from the previous day, not that they were actively searching for a bank. After our honeymoon, I received a call a week later saying that the bank didn't work out for us. They asked for my most recent pay stubs, which we submitted. Eventually, we were approved for Ford Motor Credit with a high interest rate of 6.49%. It's not great, but I'll pay it off early to keep my wife happy. However, it took a week for the new account to show up on my credit report. I also had to call and inquire about the missing title, which is necessary for opening the new account. Today, I've been trying to reach the finance and tag departments, but no one is returning my calls. I'm running out of options and might have to turn to the ComplaintsBoard.com. Having 7 hard inquiries at 22 years old is not good for my credit, but I just want to make sure my wife's car is secure.

I was tryin to help my friend get a car loan as a co signer and she came to my house and drove to the dealership and the salesmen knew her and they walked away from the desk and were talkin. I saw her give him a hug which I thought was unusual. He said she already filled out her papers and just need me to sign. So after that and lookin at the vehicle which was changed, it was white and now was gray, then went into finance and said to him I am here as a cosigner and he said its the same thing. So both salesmen and finance lied and committed fraud. Soon after I got a payment book in the mail and the car was in my name. I called the bank to verify, and then called the dealership and asked to speak to the general manager and left messages with my number and he never called. I called 3 days in a row. On the third day, I called back again and they put me on with a sales manager, not the general manager, and explained all. He said I would have to pay for the car to be towed back and have to buy it back, and I would be responsible for any amount due. The first payment on this vehicle is on May 20th and I am not payin it. They committed fraud and they should be responsible to get the car and get it out of my name. I have a new car and don't need this on my back. And besides that, they destroyed my credit. I went from 732 down to 684. So I need this resolved as soon as possible.
I took my 1993 Mustang 5.0 car, which had no mechanical issues, to Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona Beach
I took my 1993 Mustang 5.0 car, which had no mechanical issues, to Gary Yeomans Ford in Daytona Beach. I was tricked into thinking it had problems it didn't, but I still agreed to the repairs, hoping they might find something. Now my car doesn't run at all, and they refuse to take responsibility or fix the problem. They towed my car back to my house (yes, they towed it, even though it only had 108K original miles and I drove it to them for interior repairs like door handles and locks). Now I have oil pressure issues and leaks everywhere. The radiator is leaking, and there are three transmission leaks. None of the interior work was done, and actually, the interior is worse now than before. The mechanic, Roger, lowered the car from the lift but forgot to close the door, causing so much damage that the door is stuck and doesn't work at all. In the end, they admitted they broke it, but said it would cost them too much to fix, so they just towed it back to me and didn't charge me. They said we were "squared up," but they didn't do anything I asked and actually caused over $8,000.00 worth of damage to the car. I feel like they took responsibility when they promised to fix something they couldn't, and when they caused more damage, they tried to hide it. I don't understand why a big company like this wouldn't stand behind their promise and at least pay for the damage they caused. It's sad that they think they can bully customers, especially those with disabilities. They thought a blind guy buying a car for his son wouldn't notice, but I definitely did.
So, let me tell you about my experience with those clowns at Gary Yeomans Ford
So, let me tell you about my experience with those clowns at Gary Yeomans Ford. First, I bought my truck from them, thinking it was a steal because of the price they posted. Boy, was I wrong! I ended up paying almost 15k more than what they advertised. And to make matters worse, just three weeks after owning the truck, the transmission went out. I had to wait a whopping three months for them to fix it, all while still making payments on a truck I couldn't even drive.
Then, I was scheduled to have a ccv filter service, but this guy named Tommy C never bothered to order the parts or reach out to me. No phone call, text, or email. When I called to find out what was going on, he straight up lied to me, saying they had tried to contact me through calls, texts, and even sent a postcard to my house. But guess what? I never received any of that. And just when I thought things couldn't get worse, I went on vacation and the oil pressure sending unit failed in California. On top of that, the air compressor for the airbags and the radio started acting up too. They had to come and tow my truck back to their lot, and the waiting game began again.
Fast forward three months, and out of the blue, I get a random text message from New Smyrna Chrysler asking about my satisfaction with their service. Little did I know, they had sent my truck to another dealership for service without even telling me. I called Gary Yeomans Ford three days in a row this week (from August 14th to the 20th, 2022), but no one bothered to call me back or give me any information about where my truck is. All they did was put me on hold and transfer me to another representative. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and I would never waste my time stepping foot into another dealership owned by Gary Yeomans. They did offer me a rental, but that never happened. Even after two weeks, when they told me I was next on the list, I've been paying for rides to work every single day.
On 2/16/22, I traded in my 2020 Toyota Avalon for a 2021 Ford Expedition with 5200 miles
On 2/16/22, I traded in my 2020 Toyota Avalon for a 2021 Ford Expedition with 5200 miles. But dang, I had to wait until 2/18/22 to get my hands on that truck because of some electrical issue. Then, by 3/1/22, my truck was back in the shop for a bunch of warnings, like the front collision camera not working and a power train warning. The lady at the service desk said the issue fixed itself. But guess what? On 4/2/22, when I drove up to NJ, the truck started shaking like crazy as soon as I crossed the state line, and the check engine light came on. It kept happening on and off for about 1.5 hours. The NJ Ford service department was super backed up, like three weeks behind. The service advisor in NJ told me that based on what I explained, I shouldn't risk driving the vehicle in case it decides to catch fire. She even said that if the problem was serious, Ford could have my truck shipped back, 'cause she's seen it happen before. I stayed in touch with GY Ford throughout the week. Since I couldn't get seen by NJ Ford, GY sent me to another service shop. But those guys couldn't help me either, although one of the mechanics made a call to get NJ Ford to take me in. True to their word, the next day, 4/5/22, I was able to drop off the vehicle at NJ Ford. Then, on 4/6/22, I got a call from NJ Ford saying that there's water in the engine and they need to investigate further. If they can fix it, they will, but if not, GY needs to have it shipped back and send me home. This is the second time the store mentioned that I wouldn't be left stranded. But guess what? I was totally stranded! GY Ford didn't do squat except tell me to find my own way home. They claim they made calls, but who did they call? 'Cause I ended up driving back to FL with the engine light flashing and the car shaking. My legs and hands were tingling every time I got out of the car. I even had to sleep in the vehicle with my daughter so we wouldn't break down in the dark. And man, my chest was hurting too. GY left me high and dry with a lemon of a vehicle. I missed work and went through so much stress. If they had been upfront about how they handle emergencies, I would've never bought a Ford from GY.
I went to Gary Yeomans Ford on March 25, 2022
I went to Gary Yeomans Ford on March 25, 2022. They sent us an email suggesting we trade in our 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. We also had a leased 2020 Lincoln Corsair. We wanted to trade in the Nautilus because my husband has CHF and had some strokes. We only needed one car. We spent 7 hours at the dealership, and everything went wrong. We ended up with a stripped-down 2022 Nautilus. They gave us around $36500 for the 2019 Nautilus, which had a balance of about $22000. They said if we turned in the leased Corsair, there would be no penalty, and it would help them because used cars were hard to find. We ended up with the stripped-down Nautilus and a loan for $53,279.59. They said we owed Ford Financial around $25000 for the leased car, not an early release penalty. They also said there would be no penalty if we did everything that day. The loan was written by some unknown issuer, not Ford Credit, which we always use. They said it was because they got us a better interest rate. The paper looks like a printed copy of a generic retail installment sales contract with a simple finance charge. My payment goes to the Huntington National Bank in Columbus, Ohio. Last week, I took the Nautilus in for service. I had bought the maintenance service contract from Ford, but the maintenance department told me I didn't have the Ford contract. The salesmen had given me a contract from an unknown provider called TWS for service (which cost $2729) and TWS for maintenance (which cost $1066). These contracts cost more than a Ford Contract. Plus, I'm supposed to get points for Ford products. This dealership is unethical. Before Yeomans bought it, we were completely satisfied. Can you help with this?
I bought a 2021 Ford EcoSport from Gary Yeomans Ford last year and had problems right away
I bought a 2021 Ford EcoSport from Gary Yeomans Ford last year and had problems right away. The sales ticket and what the sales and service representatives told me were misleading. My sales associate, Carlis V, told me about inaccurate gas mileage problems and other concerns, but he never replaced the vehicle like he said he would. Two weeks after the purchase, I met with the sales manager, Gary B, which required me to drive over 100 miles round trip. He treated me disrespectfully and dismissed the gas consumption and electronic/dashboard problems I brought up by saying, "Because it's a new car." He also rudely talked to a sales manager named John F, who discounted my concerns and blamed the problems on the manufacturer, not the dealer. When I tried to discuss the car's malfunctioning with John, he hung up on me. Later on, the electronic/dashboard issues became even worse. The automatic lights would blink, there was a loud repetitive noise coming from the left part of the dashboard, and the dashboard would go from flashing lights to completely dark. Other electronic problems also occurred. I moved to New Mexico, where a service manager refused to work on the problem. The same issue happened again in Nacogdoches, Texas, where I currently live. On September 23, 2022, without any warning, my vehicle was repossessed from my residence. I wasn't informed about where the vehicle was or what happened to my personal belongings, including my work products, cash, laundry, and other personal items worth millions of dollars. It's now October 18, twenty-five days later, and I still haven't been told how I can retrieve my belongings or where the car with all its malfunctioning parts is. Nothing has been returned to me.
