TapJoy covet fashion diamonds

I have the Covet Fashion app installed on my Android phone. In order to earn game diamonds, I was required to complete an offer on TapJoy. The said offer required me to download a certain app on my phone and run it.On 17, August 2018, I completed the said offer in exchange of about 120 Covet Fashion diamonds. But, despite completing the said offer, I wasn't credited the diamonds and I demand that they be credited immediately.

TapJoy not received the eligible reward coin

Dear Team,

As per the Tapjoy if we completed the certain task in the game then we will receive a tokens.Please find the reference no (Tapjoy Request Case: [protected] - Collect 10 4-star Heroes in EPIC S : ref:_00D30pf03._5001B1BhlrE:ref) which I completed. I have followed up with them many time but no response. Its been 1 monthe I'm waiting for the coins. Please help me to get the token which I eligible for.

TapJoy rewards not received

I have done numerous surveys and have not received the rewards. When i contact you, you all say you have given me a one time reward. I still don not receive that reward. At this point i am not receiving any rewards for any surveys completed. I have attempted to contact you numerous times on numerous occasions. I love this game but if i cant use it to its fullest why have it. I just dont understand why i get these automated responses and no actual person is willing to help me fix this so i can start to enjoy the game again.

TapJoy the rewards program

You have about a 50/50 chance using Tapjoy that you will be rewarded. I got tired of getting screwed and summitted 3 tickets in 24 hours. Didn't know that was breaking the rules. So my third ticket was a big one, and was immediately denied because I had turned in too many tickets. I did everything right. Case #[protected] I actually did it twice! In hopes I'd actually get rewarded. You make it impossible to get a hold of you. Just make this right. I have all the screenshots I need. Which I attached to my reply on the email I received denying me for no reason. It's over 200, 000 diamonds I got coming on Design Home. I have completed a lot of offers. Went through a lot of aggravation. Got screwed out of my reward too many times to count. I ordered from Gillette TWICE! And subscribed to there on demand mailing list. If Tapjoy is an honest business I should get that reward twice actually! Or at least the once for my first order and signing up. I know it went through because I already received the razors. TapJoy not receiving promised reward for completed offer

I am playing Cooking dash and within it there is TapJoy offerwall which constatly stops giving offers or gives the same 2 or 3 offers al the time. Recently I finished an offer of installing a game Final Fantasy XV and reaching 100k power which ought to give me 430 in game coins (it was a limited time double the gold offer) and, since I didn't receive anything, I have send a ticket request. After receiving their answer to send a screenshot of app running on my device and sending it, I received an email saying that the game is not installed on my device although it clearly still is and I have registered it. For all of this I have proofs such as screenshoots and registration emails, etc.
I even contacted Cooking Dash customer support, but they can't help because they have no say in Tapjoy offers. I have waisted my time and almost spent real money on this offer just to receive nothing. I also read on many other forums that a large number of people have this same problem and Tapjoy is doing nothing in correcting it. This is false advertising and it can be legally prosecuted, so I am just thinking do I wanna waste more time on this or not.

TapJoy not paying out completed offers

I've downloaded Lords Mobile link thru Tapjoy on Design Home to earn diamonds. After completing required offers, Tapjoy refuse to pay out saying I didn't use their links( 14May 2018). I have only a Samsung s5 smartphone and used the given links on the Design Home /Tapjoy page. I've gone to Design Home when tapjoy refused and was told it's tapjoy that needs to sort it. I found a screenshot on 4/7/2018 that proofs I used their link cause it's shows on the reward wall. I first checked to make sure that you have to use their link as to then appear on the reward wall. And YES, you must use their link for it to register on the reward wall. Please help! I played many hours and used a lot of mobile data to be able to complete these 2 offers. Lord Mobile lvl11 castle and lord mobile attack lvl 2 monster. These offers come to over 60k diamonds. Please please help. Thank you.

TapJoy case ref [protected]

I am STILL awaiting a response despite numerous weeks and emails.
I clicked an offer to complete level 3 in coin master; instead I have been told it was level 2 and only been awarded the level 2 diamonds. This is NOT correct, I chose the level 3 option as demonstrated on the balance of probabilities by the fact I have completed level 3 in coin master and invested my own money to ensure I did. Please reward me the difference in diamonds in covet fashion or I will plaster this on EVERY social media platform, where I note there are already many disgruntled and I will take it to the media themselves to highlight your shady business practices.

TapJoy diamonds for design home never received..

I completed an offer where I installed the app and played to use there services but after I finished I did not receive my diamonds for design home. I submitted the ticket and got an email from customer support to send some proof. I did that to. He contacted me back asking for more info. I sent that to and since then he is not responding to my emails. I hope somebody's reading this and will do something about this. I never had an issue before but the offer were always small amounts. This offer included 116000 diamonds and I am not about to quit. Thank you!

TapJoy did not receive reward

I purchased an offer from Dollar Shave Club via Tapjoy with the promise of 504 game gold. After the purchase, my Tapjoy status showed "Rewarded" but the gold never appeared in my game. I contacted Tapjoy and they sent an auto response saying the gold had been awarded. I explained the issue, with screenshots showing the gold wasn't there. This was on August 4th and I have not received any response from Tapjoy since despite multiple emails. They are running their business as a scam and deserve to be called out and shamed.

That's what they do to everyone. Ignore emails. File a complaint with the FTC..and make sure you tell everyone you know, not to use Tapjoy for any in game app rewards. If we can get ppl to stop using them, then they cant scam and defraud users, and eventually they wont have a business.

TapJoy rewards never granted

Offerpal/Tapjoy : same issues.
Ten years after being brought to justice because of their incapacity to provide a real content, these guys do it again and claim that it is your fault because you didnt screenshot the proof ...
I am currently sitting on more than 10k currency in my game because I didnt took a screenshot to prove I completed the offer.
Therefore I should do all the offers again, from scratch, and submit a new ticket with visual proofs ...

1. I shouldnt have to provide any proof because Tapjoy should be able to find a digital proof all alone, by themselves. It is their sole responsibility.
If they cant find that and provide the promised reward, then it is A SCAM !

2. If I take an offer again, in order to take a screenshot, I wont be elligible to any reward because most of these offers are rewarding only on the 1st download/completion.
So basically, I did all these offers for nothing because Tapjoy didnt include in the offer conditions, the NEED to provide a proof after completion.
Had it been written in plain capital letters as the other requirements, I would have been able to provide multiple screenshots to prove my cases.
But no, of course not : no mention anywhere of any "need to prove completion after its done" ...
This is, therefore, A SCAM !

3. We are thousands, only in 1 game and considering only people I know thru this game, to encounter same issues with this joke of a company.
This, itself, proves how unable the company is to provide a serious service.
Nobody needs such a useless company.
Any offer they may provide is a pure time loss.
This company should be convicted for polluting, on a high level, the whole mobile game industry. All this, in the name of money ... because of course they get a retribution for every click we, the players, make in their offer-wall !

TapJoy diamonds not rewarded for completed offer in design home app

I completed an offer to sign up for Home Chef for 77, 412 diamonds in the offerwall on 7/25/2018. I was billed for the item and received it 7/31/2018. I have not received the diamonds. The offer for Home Chef no longer appears in the offerwall nor does it appear as rewarded or not rewarded in my status in the app. So I was not able to submit a request as instructed on your customer support site. I have documentation to
Support the offer details and my completion of it.
I would appreciate another way to correspond with someone regarding this issue.

TapJoy mass denials, and ignored emails

I did not know that you could only send four reports in a day. I had only been sending them as the time limit expired. I sent four and I had a mass denial, I tried contacting customer support and it doesn't seem to exist. 3 days of email has yielding nothing. Their Facebook and Twitter have been deactivated, going to the website for support leads you to only 3 articles in English and still does not allow you to contact anybody. I tried calling their number to reach customer support and was told to check the website. I have no idea how to get a hold of them about my missing items.

TapJoy reward not received

I already finished my offer with the Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire Upgrade Citadel 10 and Reach 100k Power but until now i still didn't receive the rewards. I hope that this will be fixed asap because i'm going to buy a Limited Edition card in Superstar SMTown but i dont have the diamonds to buy it and it will end in 4 days. I have the screenshot of my Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire both 100k power and Citadel 10.

So I submit a ticket for four offers I completed and tapjoy sends me this messag
"Hello,

It has come to our attention that you have submitted a concerning amount of tickets. Please note this new ticket and any others within the next 24 hours will be flagged for denial review. After this period, if you continue to have an issue, you can reply back to this ticket with detailed proof for a Reward Specialist to review your case. If we see behavior on your account that is in violation of our Terms of Service, Tapjoy's services and support may no longer be available to you.

TapJoy knowingly defrauding customers with download app scams

I, like many users have played various apps and have used their in app provider to earn currency to play the game. Tapjoy is one provider that consistantly fails to honor it's contract with players once they follow their promotions to earn in app currency. I have noticed when it comes to doing various things to earn this currency, if the payout is a small amount, you are more then likely to get the reward, but if the amount is large, your chances of receiving the reward is pretty slim. I have had 2 open tickets with this company, and if they don't ignore your ticket and close it, then they give you various excuses as to why it will not be honored. One of my tickets, I was told the app was not installed on my device. I then provided shots of the device with the app clearly installed and listed in the application manager. I was then told I did not download the app via THE LINK THEY PROVIDE. I then provided screenshots from the app that clearly shows there is NO LINK provided by them in which I can click and download the app. The next followup email told me my device ID had changed. This is what their email said.

"Downloading the application from other than the promotional link will not associate the Device ID with the application. Also using different devices (phone/tablet) may interfere with the association of the correct device ID, or even if you are using only one device, this ID can be reset different times for different reasons initiated by the user or device. (Including but not limited to software/firmware updates accepted in the middle of completing the offer)."

Now, if Tapjoy KNOWS, there is a possibility that my device ID can be reset by no fault of mine, but for whatever reason including the software on the device, then really, any offer they promote, in reality, can be denied, by them just saying your device ID has changed. They give no proof. You have to take their word for it. and as far as I'm concerned, I would trust their word, about as far as I could spit. So, they are admitting, that yes, we know about these issues, and we will exploit them, and YOU the end user as we see fit. And if we don't want to make a payout, we'll just used the old excuse "the device ID doesn't match" Sorry about your luck.

I think it's about time, this company was taken to court, and shut down so they can't use and defraud anyone else.

TapJoy shadow fight 3

I've completed the Final Fantasy 15 offers for 10000 power level Citadel level 6 and Citadel level 10 I filed a complaint with the Tapjoy website and also on their customer service phone number and now they're telling me that the app was installed for a different device or different game but they refused to tell me which game that it was for they owe me over 3, 000 rubies and they refuse to pay it even though I provided proof more pictures of my game and my power levels and my soda there levels also the offers for the Shadow Fight 3 game and the Tapjoy Reward Center.

TapJoy covet fashion

Covet Fashion just had a 2xreward weekend on diamond offers.
To win as much as possible, i did every offer that i possibly could.
However, some of them didn't pay rewards, after I had finished the offer. I submitted the tickets as usual, but then you send me an e-mail denying me the diamonds, because I had submitted "a suspicious amount of tickets". I have proof of all the tickets I have submitted, but you never answer me! Please reply, so I can continue playing the game - and not be frustrated about it.

TapJoy rewards from tap sports

Greetings. TapJoy denied me of a gold reward which I paid for. I issued all the proof from my bank account, login and password to my accounting created and more. All the proof I have. What step can I take next? Once it was denied I am not able to reach out again.

I have attached the instructions along with the image of Tapjoy denying my request. Please help me out with getting this solved because I wasn't issued the reward to my Tap sports baseball app by Glu mobile. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you

TapJoy design home

I did a couple offers on Design Home, which took a couple weeks to finish. When I go to my offerwall, and do the ‘not rewarded' tab, it doesnt show the offer anymore. There was absolutely NOT any time limits to finish the offer. I've spent hours completing these offers, and now nothing? I'm just out almost 75, 000 diamonds? Please help me and give me my diamonds that I've spend soooo much time trying to get!

TapJoy never receiving promised coins

On Oct 27, 2017 I responded to a TapJoy offer on the Quidd Coin Wall. It was a six-times multiplier day, and the posted promise was 1.2 million coins for making any Gillette purchase by following the TapJoy link. I held up my emd of the deal. I bought razors I absolutely didn't need. The razors arrived in a few days, but here it is TEN MONTHS LATER and I have nothing to show for it but a stupid email from TapJoy stating TapJoy offers on the Quidd Coin Wall are not a promise of coins but simply a way to introduce potential customers to businesses and advertisers. It's out and out FRAUD is what it is!
