TapJoy absolutely no offers working

For the last week or so literally NONE of the offers are working for me. Not even the offers to watch a short video for 3-6 diamonds! I am having problems through both apps I play (covet fashion and taps to riches). No matter what I try none of the offers are being rewarded. I've done offers for downloading and running, downloading and starting a free trial and videos. All offers that don't require buying something because at this point I do not feel comfortable paying real money on an offer when I'm about 99% positive I will not be rewarded for it. What can I do at this point? I've done so many offers at this point hoping at some point it would start working again that it would take forever to send a ticket for every one of them!

TapJoy not rewarding virtual currency

Tapjoy yet again has denied high value currencies via offers on their walls for completion of apps. This has got to be the 6th time an offer over 3000 virtual gold has not been rewarded to me. They must owe me at least 15000 gold via apps scammed. Saying i did not have them installed amd this not rewarding me. After countless emails and proof these people need to be taken to court.. thieves liars and cheaters.

I'm having a big problem with this case I have submitted all my screenshots to prove I did this offer but no one will listen, I don't care what the advertiser said I completed offer on the only tablet I own . I sent the proof again and again, I'm disabled and really need the 5000 credits I legitimately earned. Please note my settings screenshot tht shows the Matt app on my tablet/ iPad.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me but with an offer worth about 70, 000. It is complete negligence and irresponsible customer service. I don’t know how this company is still running.

Yeah I provided proof on mine and they wont even respond to it. It has been pending for 4 days now. I left my case number and I also completed other smaller offers and they awarded me immediately but they wont award me for the larger one

TapJoy tapjoy currency

It has been 2 days and I still haven't received my reward from tapjoy. I completed the level 22 within 7 days on "myVegas slots" and I provided proof and still have not been rewarded the 3360 Dino bucks for Jurrasic World. I believe this company is a scam and I have written numerous replys which Tapjoy refuses to reply. So I will be taking further actions.

So my case has been pending for 3 days now so I decided to complete another game with a small a reward and sent an email to Tapjoy and they rewarded me instantly but on this case the wont respond because it's worth more than the other game I completed. They rewarded me for 50 dino bucks on Jurrassic World but when it came to rewarding me for the 3360 dino bucks they wont respond. I will be filing a lawsuit for false advertisment against the company immediately and I have all the proof I need.

The offer I also completed was for level 22 myvegas and the advertiser claimed it wasn’t on my device. I looked at tapjoys terms of service (legal responsibility) and they claim to hold none in connection with unrewarded rewards. Again, I don’t know how this company is still running yet I have also contacted my lawyer due to the principle of the matter. A company’s whose lack of service and responsibility towards their lacking should be held accountable.

I contacted the better business bureau and they finally responded but Tapjoy stated the offer was invalid because all terms werent complete which I clearly sent screenshots of completed it within six days and they declined to reward me. So I'm going to get my lawyer to address the situation and file a lawsuit due to false advertisement which the BBB suggested from looking at all of the info I provided.

I agree that you should follow through with a lawyer. It is the principle of the matter that a company that is fraudulent and holds no responsibility for their service (or lack there of) is still running today.

TapJoy false advertising - fanduel promotion

Tapjoy is a scam - pure and simple. I have been playing Jurassic World Alive for the last few months. To get free money in the game, you can take advantage of Tapjoy's offers for free money. This usually involves taking a survey, downloading a new app and playing to a certain level, etc.

About 75% of the time, Tapjoy did honor some of the completed offers - especially if it was automated or triggered based on reaching a level in an app. There were a few that I emailed about (with screenshots) that did not get rewarded on, but the amounts were so low I didn't bother following up.

But the recent Tapjoy / FanDuel promotion was a bridge to far for me. As part of the promotion, you were to sign-up for a new FanDuel account, deposit $10 and play your first game for the equivalent of 8, 000 JWA dollars (e.g. $50 USD). Did everything outlined in the offer - started new account, deposited $10 and played 5 games (not just 1). Lo and behold, I did not get rewarded and emailed Tapjoy customer service. Even with screenshots showing I completed every step of the offer, they refused to payout claiming I somehow did not have a new account (when I've never used FanDuel before). Despite multiple emails back and forth with a rep, they simply did not want to honor the deal. This is a scam pure and simple. As a result, I'm posting here (for others to be aware of) and also filing FTC and Better Business Bureau complaint.

TapJoy tapjoy scammed my time so lords mobile can keep high rank in playstore

I have completed two offer of Tapjoy provided by Lords Mobile.My game, Dead Trigger 2, still did not receive any reward even though i completed both offer for about 7 days.And the worse, both offers have disappeared from my reward status in Dead Trigger 2, which most likely they tried to scam me that i have conpleted my offer without giving me my rewards.Many people have fell into this type of scam, meanwhile i dont know why Tapjoy hasnt being banned in Android, because IOS already banned Tapjoy a long time ago.I hope any worker from Tapjoy will take the resposibilities.

TapJoy is one of the worst company that lured many players to play a certain game, like Lords Mobile for a certain reward.Unfortunately, TapJoy scammed players without respect.We wasted our time so we can complete the offer, and they let the completed offer disappeared from our reward status in game, trying to fool us that we already finished our offer.The same thing happened to me as well.Two Lords Mobile offer to get gold in Dead Trigger 2, guess what?Wasted three days to completed both offers, no reward given until today.And the worse once more, both offers disappeared from my in game reward status(Dead Trigger 2)without reason, which meant they tried to destroy the proof without giving the reward i deserved.

I have completed two offers for Dead Trigger 2, two Lords Mobile offer so I can earn gold in DT2. Meanwhile, I have reached castle level 11 and character level 27, still until today I did not get my reward. And the worse, my pending offers in DT2's reward status have disappeared without reason. Is this actually a scam so Tapjoy can help Lords Mobile hit one of the best game in Playstore? Please treat yor customers with respect and trust.The company's name is Tapjoy.

The same thing happened to me. I completed the task for lords mobile and never recieved the reward. Lords mobile isn't posted on my not rewarded anymore.

TapJoy publisher payments

I'm a publisher.
Tapjoy owns me 2200 USD.

I'm trying to reach them... but they don't answer my emails. I never had any response from them.
I was trying to call them, but they customer phone is kind of fake... it's hanging out automatically after giving information to contact them by email...
I'm not sure what I can do at this point. But this company seems to be shady.

I also use IronSoruce and AdGate media and have no problem with them.
Same time Tapjoy is not answering a single email.

Can someone know any officials so I could address this claims and possible fraud?

TapJoy tap sports baseball rewards

I've been playing this game and completing your offers for months now. I recently accidentally sent in a request for the same app twice. After doing that you guys have denied every request I have sent in even though they are all legit and this whole ting was caused by a mistake. I have sent proof for every offer I sent in but you guys will not respond to emails with the proof. It's really frustrating that you say everything is denied when you haven't even asked for proof like you normally do. I usually have no problem getting rewarded. Please help me resolve this as I am owed thousands of bars of gold from the game I'm playing and I've spent hours and money on the offers I've legitimately completed.

TapJoy design home/ township diamonds

I completed a task and never received my rewards. I submitted a complaint and was denied. I completed level 10 in township as instructed. I made a few other requests, and was denied my rewards for making to many requests. I made 4 requests that day. I should not be punished because you can not hold up your end of the deal. I did everything I was supposed to do. I downloaded the game and reached level 10. I was supposed to be rewarded 14575 within 36 hours. I was not. My cas number is [protected]. TapJoy covet rewards

I completed an offer. The tapjoy app said I didn't. I have the email to prove it. My email is [protected]@gmail.com I have tried to contact support through the app but it is conveniently down right now and the reward will probably be removed from the app before it's up. I took screen shots of it though. I have tried everything Tapjoy sites tell me to do but nothing has worked. I also see that there are a bunch of complaints about this site on social media and the internet.

TapJoy rewards on design home

Hello,
I have been having trouble receiving rewards from the design home app. Multiple times I have contacted tapjoy, provided proof that I DID NOT receive the rewards, and had a response from them saying that I have been provided with the rewards when i HAVE NOT. I am getting very frustrated. Usually I have no issues, but lately no matter what offer I complete I don't get the rewards, and the tapjoy customer service assistants are denying me of those rewards unfairly. I am completing everything correctly, sending proof as requested in the form of screenshots from the app open on my device, and still am not being given what I am due. The last correspondence spanned over the last 2 days - I downloaded and completed the offer to reach level 3 on 'who wants to be a millionaire' - reaching level 4, so playing the game longer than necessary - and after a few hours had not received the rewards. I contacted tapjoy by going to reward status, not rewarded, and clicking on the offer (case [protected]) to submit a report. I was told i HAD been given the rewards which was incorrect. I sent more proof that i HAD NOT been given the rewards and got the same response. I should have received 1169 diamonds for this offer - and I would like to be given those diamonds. Another issue I have has is with the offer to download and play 'legendary game of heroes' until i reached level 20 on the main campaign. I completed this offer and should have received 14620 diamonds for this, but the status says reward attempt failed. I again contacted tapjoy customer support (case [protected]) and provided ample proof that i completed the offer, but my request was denied. I did everything I was meant to do and would like to be given my 14620 diamonds! I am very, very frustrated!

TapJoy missing rewards

I made a purchase under false pretenses of receiving rewards from this company. I haven't received reward and can't get refund for unrewarded purchase. I got an email stating they didn't want "unwanted behavior"? I simply replied with the fact they haven't fulfilled their agreement and once that was done it would be the end of it. I'm not wanting anything for free, just for them to be held accountable

TapJoy not receiving gold for offers completed

Tap sports baseball 18 app. Completed offers for gold. Submitted tickets and was told my account would be credited. Never received my gold. Now offers say reviewed:denied. They are now failing all offers upon completion since i told them i was gonna report them to BBB. How can i get them to quit playing games and get credited for offers I legitimately completed. Such a dishonest company. Will no longer respond to any of my tickets or emails. This company should be forced to reward you as they have promised! Then be put out of business for there dishonest business practices!

TapJoy tapjoy rewards for tap sports baseball 18

I play a game, tap sports baseball 18. You guys advertise on their app, offers to complete for gold on Glu's game. I recently completed one, worth over 26k gold, I spent money on this the app to complete the offer. I have already went through the steps to try and get the reward and was given a [censored] excuse saying I'm not eligible for the reward. I'm taking this as far as I can until I receive my reward. I was scammed out of money. This better be taken care of !

TapJoy free offers on the design home app

I have received several emails in regards to being already rewarded diamonds for completed offers. I'm fact I haven't been rewarded on 5 separate occations and are searching for answers. Supposedly I was given 10234 diamonds for completing a vanity fair 12 week subscription but I have no record of it in my inbox mail in the design home app. I have screen shots showing my app mail and the confermation email from vanity fair along with the offer instructions.

This is the same one I'm having issues with. Still haven't received my diamonds for the Vanity Fair offer. And it's like no other way to get in contact with someone to help just dead ends. It's frustrating.

TapJoy 8ballpool cash rewards

I have completed over 5 8 ball pool cash reward offers, to get free cash, I have completed these offers down to the very letter and evidence has been sent to tapjoy along with screen shots of the confirmation email and still got no where. I have even been charged for some offers and got no rewards.
I have sent countless emails to the customer service and they have yet to actually make any progress with my issues.
Also just recently all of my emails replying back and sending my evidence are now being redirected back to me saying that I have emailed an unmonitored email address and have now left helpless and out of pocket.
The outstanding pool cash rewards roughly add up to around 350-400 pool cash.
If you were to purchase the amount it would cost a estimate of £125-150.
This is why I need to take the matter further.

I bought subway card for $20.00 exchange a $20.00 subway gift card for offer of 27132 Avacoins I did not get my coins tapjoy has not been working... I do tons of free advertising from tapjoy and nothing I get nothing no tapjoy coins I need this issue fixed please my email [protected]@gmail.com I called up my subway card acct and it was charged by your company tapjoy so you did get the money in full however I did not get my coins at all. TapJoy offer status

Google found You to be in gross violation of the deceptive monetization act and that severe misuse and mishandling/tampering of userdata either knowing or unknowingly to be in violation of the Digital Transparency Act. Google Play has marked your products across google as inappropriate and possibly dangerous to consumers! Scopley verified all my data along with Epic. Can you guess whos data had been altered? Hmm well Google themselves reimbursed me every dime ive ever soent on your rewards. Can you guess the rammifications of this! Chapter 11 Tapjoy! Now no could remove my little consumer flag from your google portfolio. But Google's flag will require my authorization for removal. I want everyone to pick up their phones and tell them Tapjoy violated the deceptive monetization act and that you would all like to be reimbursed. Google will in turn file so many injuctions on Tapjoy ok look in lovinf this l! Got yourselves covered by class action lawsuits huh Tapjoy? Rhats just stop numerous entities from suing you at the same time. You think Google's gonna go broke for you Tap joy no way. Heres my case number get ir straight or prove here again of your deceptive monetization practices.

I still have more do you need more I can start breaking out my classified emails with epic and then show you the log between myself my Lawyer and the Google rep whom listened very diligently before his team found what they where looking for. Thats when they themselves flagged you.. You can still just honor you word or you can just not. Either way Tapjoy I dont work I dont have to I just play all day what about you all? Do you guys even work or just steal digital currency Oo thats the thing she said that is was a scam /scheme to appropriate digital currency with the clear and blatant intentions of never honoring your end.

TapJoy free credits in game for finishing task in another game

So 3 weeks ago I found very good offer
All I had to do was to download game - final fantasy 15 - and level up my city to lvl10.
I had 2 days for it .
It took me about 2h ? I used 4.99 £ pack in game to make it quick as it was still way cheaper then credits I was suppose to get for finishing task .
After 72h without receiving my reward I sent email and screen shot via app.
No answer for 48h. Then suddenly my case was closed? Still no reward .
Over past 3 weeks I send around 15 emails which only one came with answer . Rest was ignored.

I am still waiting (since june!) for design home to sort out these complaints

I have lodged numerous complaints since may 2018 regarding tapjoy offers that have been completed by me. The total amount of diamonds owed to me since may 2018, is 51 123. These are some of the offers that I have completed (to the letter and supplied proof!), but still waiting to be compensated for:
