I replied to the email I received with proof, however i t was returned to me stating it was an unattended email box and would not be processed. How do I fix this? Where do I send proof. Am pretty disappointed since my first TapJoy customer Service experience was actually quite positive (responded within a week, for a 10, 000+ gem reward for FFXANE to reach 100K Power) and I was hoping it wouldn't live up to the internet rumors. From the looks of it though it seems a LOT of people are getting scammed out of their time (and even money, if IAP is included) by completing these offers for no rewards.

Was contacted by TapJoy for both cases, and again told them that even though the status was showing as Rewarded, that I hadn't actually gotten ANY gems in-game. Received a generic "We've checked, and it looks like you were already rewarded!" email despite telling them I did not. : Calling this a lost cause for now.
I got contacted by customer service sayimg they'd awarded me my 3570 gems. My gem amount had remained exactly the same (400+), status Pending in Offerwall. Sent in a follow up ticket, and they told me it'd been awarded a few days prior. I check Offerwall again and it now says Rewarded... But STILL no gems. Don't ever bother with TayJoy's "rewards", you'll just waste your time and effort.

missing coins
hello, i have been trying to get my reward for an offer i have completed for over a month now! It would not bother me so much if i did not spend real $$ in order to complete this offer. I have tried to go through the proper channels through the offerwall. They asked for 'proof', so i sent them a copy of my google receipt (included below) which shows the order date, order number, game name, and last 4 digits of the card that was used to make the purchase. What other 'proof' could they need? I got an email several days later stating that they recieved no proof, so i replied to that e-mail again providing the proof. I then received another email several days later stating they did not hear from me and were closing my case? I have since e mailed scopely and a few email addresses i found for tapjoy, scopely rsponded saying to go through the offerwall (UGH!), and no response from tapjoy. I was told to create my free twinspires betting account. Deposit money and recurve reward.. well I created an account deposited $10 ...nothing no reward...so I bet $2. Still nothing, I submitted a request for missing diamonds, I got other ones I submitted on the same day worth less but this one is worth 13600, I feel like they try to scam me out of the ones worth more diamonds, unless I make a stink it's ridiculous, I use this company everyday and generate them lots of business. I've completed their offer for final fantasy xv which was to register of a new account and upgrade the Citadel to level 10 within 7 days of registration. I did as they said but they didn't reward me. I tried to contact them via email but they didn't answer, I also sent them the proof of accomplishment but they never replied. It's been a week at least and still never heard of them answering my emails. It's very unfortunate that they play this game to not reward you, at first they promise something and then when they are done with you they forget about everything and even don't answer your emails.

This happened to me too. They are attracting new players by promising rewards and they don't respect their engagements when you fulfill your. This looks like false advertising. That is quite a bad way to make business. I'm looking forward to report this way of doing business.
I have not received mines either. I myself do not think it's fair for us to follow the directions and meet the requirements as stated. They say file a request of ticket we do that, they respond with an email, we follow with the proof that's requested and still absolutely nothing. They should be able to accommodate us better especially with most of us like myself being committed to this particular game.

I did an offer through tapjoy for the game covet fashion, I ordered a bottle of 24 karat golden hero facial serum through a free trial where all I would pay was the $5 shipping and handling fee and I would get this first complementary bottle of facial serum free, but i would be signed up to receive a bottle once a month at the price of $119. Unless of course I didn't like the product and cancelled. But after the initial purchase I never received my diamonds, I submitted a ticket with all proof.. and they have played out all low offers that I didn't receive my diamonds for but not this one.. it's like they either don't want to pay me or they want me to be stuck in this membership while waiting for them to respond to my ticket either way it's unfair buissness practices. They owe me 5440 Again must be my lucky number.. now it's double diamonds so it should be 10880!
If i don't hear back from them I will be contacting the better buissness bureau for this is ridiculous, putting my credit card information on God knows how many websites for this company and in return they can't even pay you a magical figure of game currency. It's hurting more then it's helping.

In the game I am playing I have not received any of the several rewards I am owed for multiple offers. Currently, Tapjoy owes me 3000 stars (the in game currency) and I am almost certain they are refusing to pay on purpose.
Whenever I attempt to submit a request for support it causes the game to crash. Though their offer Wall will say they have sent me an email, I will never receive that email. After a couple of days they will then have the gall to say that, because I did not respond to the nonexistent email, my case has been "resolved". What a bunch of [censor]!
Honestly, stay away from anything Tapjoy. They are liars and scammers and a massive fraud of s company. The fact the BBB has not shut them down and that there is no pending class action lawsuit against them is amazing. In fact, I'll be filing as many BBB complaints through as many of my own emails (and emails of friends and family) as possible!

As soon as I posted this complaint I was rewarded my missing diamonds. So I take my words back about tapjoy, they may be hard to get in contact with but they've made right on everything thus far for me. Thanks for the help of this website I was able to reach out to them.

I had completed two offers through the in game tapjoy section with the promise of game currency otherwise known as diamonds. Both products are legit and had been delivered although Covet fashion did not come through with my rewards and are laying the responsiblity at tapjoy. I had submitted a ticket request that as of now still sitting idle "waiting for tapjoy action". I did email both rewardhelp and Covet help and getting authenticity generated responses that someone will get back to me as soon as possible.
I will attach some screen shots and please let me know what is my next step in order to resolve this issue.
