TapJoy customer service dealing with tapjoy rewards

I've been waiting weeks for offers regarding this email [protected]@gmail.com I've submitted ticket requests and waited and waited and nothing is happening and I've put money into these offers and right now it seems a bit of a con. So is it possible for someone to be able to look at these for me. As also some of the offers aren't even available anymore cause I've been waiting that long

TapJoy offer not received

Hello

Case [protected]

This offer says completed however this was not received! i made the purchase necessary and i can see this in my offers and it says rewarded, however this was not received?

I am not sure how i can screenshot offers not received that you say is received but you already proven the purchase needed was completed.

I have emailed multiple times but no replies as normal.

I will be charging back my purchase if this is not resolved asap.

TapJoy tapjoy offers

I play the game Avakin life and I used tapjoy to earn coin, however to keep in mind.. I've used tapjoy for years and it seems like it used to be easy no issues always got what you earned sometimes u don't but if u report it u always get help. Not so much anymore . Thru out the years there had been times I didn't receive but I never reported because it was only sometimes but I'm reporting this time because not only did I try 3 times to get the same reward and got nothing but talking to the tapjoy specialist is a joke! His name is Luis Amador (so it says on email) and like I said I've been using it for years so if I report it I know what info is needed to prove it I send all screenshots everything askednof me and so I reported he emailed back saying to send information so I sent all the info. Then weeks go by and I get nothing and so I sent emails and then days later he got back to me saying that's sorry u had issues with (some old one I did long ago that I didn't receive but never said anything) and that they went ahead and rewarded me for that one so I check and I didn't even get what he just said he sent me . so I I replied and told him that thanks but no thanks, that's was wrong offer and I still received nothing even for that one. So I sent another email wthat proved the 3 times I signed up for subscription the 3 welcome emails I got from the offer and even I pic of the payment processing . It had been more days and I heard nothing then he finally emailed saying he was going to have to contact the people who run the offer I did. I was upset and after all the hassle he should have gave me coins and some. If I hear nothing I will never use tapjoy again

TapJoy missing coins/ lack of support

I purchased tickets for Shen Yun 2017 last year while you (Tapjoy) were offering 2.2 million coins for it and I have still not received them.

I cannot go through the suggested "appropriate" tapjoy support because they no longer show this offer (either on the free coins offers page or on the support page as completed offers or pending offers).

Several times I have tried to write about this and several times been written back saying I have not provided proof of conversion (despite sending anemail attached below numerous times).

This whole affair is damaging my trust in your product/app. There are likely few who are taking advantage of the tapjoy rewards with as much real currency as I have and this treatment is rather shoddy.

I would appreciate this email being forwarded to the appropriate people but it will not help with the number of collectible offers I've had to miss out on because I didn't have the coins to buy them.

TapJoy reward not received

I play the game Avakin life with the username sexybabe1324. I downloaded poker heat, leveling up to level 7 - which was one of the Tapjoy offers. It has been 6 days since I have sent an email with evidence (photo) to Tapjoy support but haven't received the reward of 11760 coins or a response at all. I sent evidence of the task completed on the 25th January 2018. I would like to get the coins ASAP.

TapJoy completed the offer but didn't receive pool cash reward

I have completed the some offers in 8 baal pool for cash reward and then submitted the request and then I have received an email from your end that you have rewarded me for the offer but I didn't get any cash as the reward has not been added to my account...

I request you to please recheck my cases and reward my offer cash... I hope my request will be resolved soon...

TapJoy not getting reward

Completed an offer by the name of lords mobile in a game called dead trigger, where to obtain the reward was to defeat a lvl 2 monster, after the instllation of the app, i had done what the objective was. But did not receive my reward after a long time and major effort i had placed in to the game. I am extremely annoyed by this situation and would like this problem fixed as soon as possible. I would also would like to point out that this isnt the only offer that has still not been received, many others have been completed but havent been recieved. So it would be a pleasure for you as a company to fix this and help me receive the rewards, as i deserve it the most. Thank you so much.

Done an offer by the name of lords mobile, where the requirments were to defeat a lvl 2 monster. After the installation of the app i had bypassed this requirement and returned to the game with no gold received.

TapJoy tapjoy no reward

I made a purchase on 1/18 cooking dash 2499 purchase to get 169, 000 avacions I got 000000 avacions nothin no reward I paid with a credit card nothing I complained about it nobody knows nothing no support its almost two weeks no help I need my avacions please I've been very patient people on avakin life complain about getting jerked around from tapjoy all the time ur getting a bad rap I used it once before I got 107, 000 avacions thank u tapjoy for that but this time nothing I have 123, 000 in a game I'm never goin to play thanks tapjoy I wanted 169, 000 avacions so someone made a mistake I don't care make it rite we all make mistakes I did my part and paid u ur money so can I get my avacion money I don't want the real money back I want my avacions please thank you and have a wonderful bless day beloved

TapJoy customer service

I submitted a couple of tickets from the Covet Fashion game a couple of weeks ago that have yet to be addressed. They are high value tickets, so it seems like those don't matter. I've submitted several smaller ones that have already been resolved. The customer service for Tapjoy is beyond appalling. I would like for these to be looked at and my account credited for them.

More generally, I wanted to call your attention to a redesign we did to check your Reward Status and CS ticket status. So just go to the offerwall in the app you are running, and click upper left, then tap Reward Status. You can see offers Rewarded, Not Rewarded and how to get help. We also provide some details on the timestamps. Please let me know how best to connect with you offline and I'll have someone look into your two issues. -Jeff Drobick

Hi There, I'm checking back in here after 5 days and didn't see a reply from you. So I wanted to make sure you got your case resolved fully. You can just open up the app you were in, and then go to Tapjoy's Offerwall. Then in the upper left you'll see the menu symbol and go to see your reward status and file a case. I hope this helps and know the team will be happy to assist.

TapJoy not getting rewards

Hi, I'd to complain about not getting rewards even though I completed the task as instructed. Attached are the screenshots of completing the goal. This includes
1. Completing Level 5 in King of Avalon (1600 pt)
2. Reaching Level 3 board in Board King (1200 pts)
3. Reaching character level 15 in Lords Mobile (1836 pts)
4. Completing the tutorial in Cooking Fever (400 pts)
5. Creating 10 elements in Doodle God (80 pts)

TapJoy 8 ball pool rewards

Completed 2 offers recently for 8 ball pool cash but recieved nothing, if Tapjoy cant give rewards then it should not give fake offers to us, we use our resources to complete its offers and they never give the reward they promise, and they sent an auto service reply in response to coomplains, not responding to email.
Please give us our rewards we shall never waste our resources again for that fake so called TapJOY.

TapJoy final fantasy xv citadel level 6 reward not given

I got to level 6 and I didnt get my reward my citadel was level 6! I am playing rivals at war fire fight and I need cash so I did that but then I didnt get my reward! I demand compensation for my troubles. And I want a repsonse fast. I don't get it. You have to give me my reward. If you don't it will just be a big waste of my time. Why tap joy why are you so bad at your job. Help me please I beg you

TapJoy 8 ball pool cash scam

I have completed their two quests of leveling up citadel to level 6 and level 10 in final fantasy xv game, they didn't reward me for reaching level 6 in the name of my bad connection and I emailed them, after that I reached level 10 citadel and emailed them after two days they ignore it for two weeks and then they say the advertiser didn't accept it cause the install was for the level 6, however I registered for both quests.

TapJoy dream girlfriend - tapjoy not responding to two open cases

I completed two offers:

Konami Slots for 134 NP on 12/31/17
Summoners War for 280 NP on 1/1/18

When I didn't receive my NP within 24 hours I submitted tickets.

I received boiler plate responses asking questions not related to the offers. I responded to the questions and sent screen shots confirming I had completed the offers.

I have not heard back since - I have sent follow up emails ever two days with no response at all.

TapJoy getting gold by playing epic summoners for gordon ramsay diner dash

In about mid December I clicked on an offer forgetting 10 five star summoners and that would give me gold for my game Gordon Ramsay diner Dash. I worked Hard and as fast as I could. I just finished the offer a couple days ago and when I went to look back on the reward Boardand wasn't there anymore, then I look back on the search board it wasn't offered anymore.

Same thing happened to me with VIP xp. I have completed a quest that claimed it will award me 525VIPxp for reaching castle level 11 on Lords mobile. It's been a month and a half and I didn't get any rewards or at least an answer to the ticket I opened right after the 3 days period they claim should take a reward to be sent.

TapJoy since 5 jan 2018-no case id created after submitted via tap joy customer support.

Good day!
This is regarding Tapjoy offer for Wizardess Heart apps.
I have missing coins for Konami Slots offer and reach Level 15 on 5 Jan 2018.
I tried to submit a case in the apps but it forever showed case submitted but no case id created or reply from Tapjoy. I have email tapjoy everyday since 7 Jan until 9 Jan 2017 however Tapjoy need a case ID which I wont have when the apps dont auto created one. : (

Would you able to help or refresh the customer support in apps so I can resubmit case in the apps?

If possible could you please go ahead rewards my missing points? I have proof. As it took me long time to level up to Level 15

I looked at all the tapjoy offers and the offer for summoners war stood out so I downloaded it and did exactly what it said I would need to do, I spent 2 days completing the action but once I completed it no coins it has been about 24hours already, the quick action was to complete the tutorial and beat level 9 Faimon Volcano which is exactly what I did

I had completed a reward request for free credit score thru credit karma and receive 16 free cash dollars for archery king, have not gotten my reward or other rewards I've done from other requests, can't submit customer support ticket or hit missing reward, they've changed the way you contact when you try takes you to a page where it has articles about support but no support,

Mailing the adress help@support.tapjoy.com does not work, i got an automated reply from them thats an un-monitored inbox and theres no other way to email them, it would be nice if there was a working email adress.

TapJoy i'll sue.

You must be making enough to improve your services. If this doesn't take drastic action in a positive direction, I'm getting my highly qualified lawyer after you. This is fraud and has caused people as young as 13 unnecessary discomfort and distress. At that age, even the smallest thing hits hard. Gone on far enough. If I have to sue you for all you fraudulent [censor] are worth, then so be it.

TapJoy avakin life/ earn avacoins

I have completed (upgrade your citadel to level 10 in final fantasy XV. I have not been rewarded. I sent a request from the website and received an email asking me to provide proof. I went back to tap joy and there's no link or anything to provide pictures. I finally looked you guys up and found this site. I have provided proof pictures and I have more if you need them.
