TapJoy world books offer from design home

On July 24 I completed the world books offer. I did not receive the promised diamonds. I had to wait 24 hours to even submit a missing diamonds claim, which I did. I received an email asking for a receipt and proof of purchase, which I provided. On saturday july 39 I recieved my order from world books. Several days later, I sent a complaint to Design Home about tapjoy. Their response was to wait 7 days and if I hadn't heard anything from taptoy, to submit the ticket number to them ans they (design home) would escalate the claim. That was this past Monday. Yesterday I finally received an email from tapjoy requesting the exact date of purchase. I replied with the date and attached a screenshot of the original order confirmation as well as photos of the packing slip from the books. Today I got a message saying I would have to wait another 3-5 days. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I have more than supplied proof of purchase. Why am I having to wait so long when tapjoy says it only takes 24 hours after you supply proof? I PAID FOR THE OFFER, it wasn't a survey or something I did for free. I paid for something that I probably would not have purchased otherwise. This is a joke. And dont even get me started about the Tap research surveys. Each time you do one they send you less than 1/3 of the diamonds the survey completion page says you've earned. At this point I want the diamonds I was supposed to be rewarded and then some just for the ridiculousness of it all.

TapJoy covert diamonds

Still awaiting diamonds from Costa coffee survey. (1000 diamonds) been waiting over a month and you've stopped replying to emails. Now let's get started on survey's. I have 4 surveys this week with a promise of 252 diamonds yet a third of these diamonds go missing I actually only received 184. Slideshows. I have entered 5 today and only been paid for 1. You are very much starting to get on my nerves you are scamming me like no tomorrow. I've had enough now. I expect this matter to be resolved asap.

TapJoy this is a scam to obtain people's personal information.

I have tried over and over again to obtain "free" points through tapjoy. In over 50 attempts through different apps, i may have received the points no more than three times. I'm sick of it. They want you to do never ending surveys, that never reward you. They want you to contact ly download apps that want you to let them have access to all of the information on your phone. There is no reason that these apps need access to photos, videos, ect. Then you click on the missing points, a whole list of apps that you have tried and never got the points for either are in the drop box, they don't even include the one you had. It's nothing but a scam and buyers should beware.

Watch ads, no payout, win games & tokens get deducted!😤 answer emails & address issues? Never! Get them off their rootin-tootin booty-bangin butts & fix the [censor] problem tha thieving sacks'o'💩! Their advertisers may be getting tired of hearing from me! Oh... Stole my original screen name too pendejo cabrones!😤😱💩👽 you folks aren't much better in the response arena either!

TapJoy not receiving reward after completing required element

Completed gardenscapes to level 25 as offer said. I did not receive my diamonds. I made the complaint through Tapjoy as the game Design Home says to do. Tapjoy sent as n email saying the situation was resolved. I still did not receive the reward diamonds. I responded to their email informing them that the diamonds were still not received. I tried to make the complaint again thru Tapjoy and it won't let me do it. This has been about 2 months. It's ridiculous.

TapJoy I didn't receive reward

I completed the raise character to level 10 on Deck Heroes and didn't get the coins from the offer. I can't even file a report that it wasn't done as the list is broken and I can't select it. There isn't even any other way to contact this company at all. I've searched all over the internet for it to no avail. It was a fairly large pay out too and other offers are few and far between.

TapJoy completed battle camp request did not receive diamonds

So to receive the free diamonds offer from design home you were to complete level 11 go to level 12 and I have I screen shot the offer with the directions on them and have screen shot the 11th level and 12th level and I get the same old message from tap joy and also now I can not log into my tap joy account. Bow I do understand these games are about $ and I do spend a little $ in these games and time to get free offers but you put them in there so apparently you are no good so I guess so will find another way to waite my money. No more games for me

TapJoy case [protected] and case [protected] - rewards for twd road to survival

I have not received my rewards for completing an offer from my Road to Survival game through Tapjoy. I sent screen shots and have been waiting for over 4 weeks with one case and over 2 weeks for another case without a response. There was an offer from Tapjoy to download apps for coins toward the game The Walking Dead: Road to Survival. The offer was to download another game app (Final Fantasy XV mobile game) and to level my Citadel to level 10 for something like 3642 coins in my The Walking Dead: Road to Survival game and the other offer was to download the game Township and complete level 10 for 576 coins in my The Walking Dead: Road to Survival game. I completed both offers and have not received my coins. I emailed support, got a canned response with a case number (both of which I placed in the subject above). I have not heard anything from them since. I received the canned response from one case (Case [protected]) on July 6, 2017. The other case (Case [protected]), I received the canned response on July 14, 2017 and have not heard anything beyond the auto canned response from each. I just want my coins for both offers that I completed.

TapJoy game; 8-ball pool specifically

I have played referenced game daily for several years now, and have come to expect the small regular rip-off. They stole over 12m tokens that I've earned in one fell swoop now, and their contact #'s/addy are non-responsive. Naturally they'll accept pymt for more tokens. It's absolutely infuriating, and I consider it an ongoing bIt-and-switch scam. Help! M.Holleran [protected].

You folks eradicated my original screen names, stole over 18, 000, 000 in tokens/credits I earned through watching ads and winning games, and have yet to EVEN bother with a response. Pathetic. Infuriating. Unprofessional, unethical, and borderline bait & switch tactics. My name is Mark M. Holleran, my number is [protected], and if you could find time to formulate an excuse for your absolute and complete indifference to customer experience, opinion, and general humanity I'd appreciate a response. TapJoy design home diamonds not rewarded

I have sent these people everything they have asked for and they are still giving me the run around. I became a disney movie club members to receive a little over 54, 000 diamonds. Guess what I have... My membership... Guess what I dont have... Diamonds! They asked me to send them proof... Did it... Asked me to confirm the email... Did it. Their response... I havent sent them an email in 72 hours... Ok... Still waiting for your response for the email I sent with the pictures confirming everything. I just have to say to all the companies that are thinking about using them... They are a scam to the consumers... Please think long and hard before you put your name with theirs!

I have responded additional 3 times since questions have been asked of me regarding 4k free coins on the given game (see case number). I am getting very fustrated now as I have spent a lot of time getting to the required level 10. Its been a good few weeks and still nothing Can someone get back to me asap please. TapJoy rewards never received. multiple offers completed

I have completed several offers for tapjoy claiming to offer credits for Textnow and Diamonds for My Singing M9nsters. The offers list as "awarded" after completion but upon checking in the related apps the "reward" has never actually been credited. Emails to support generate the same prewritten auto reply saying that I was indeed rewarded. Replies to that email result in absolutely no response whatsoever and im getting the impression that after these months they will not look into this further and reply or honor their "reward". Crooked dishonest company with no customer service. Dont waste your time putting money in their pocket. Youll never be compensated.

TapJoy rewards not given after completing battle camp requirements / tapjoy ignores my emails.

I too have completed level 11 on Battle Camp and to date I still have recieved my diamonds. I have sent the pictures and proof that was requested and still no replies from tapjoy. I am starting to feel scammed and pissed off because I completed other offers and received the same thing no rewards from tapjoy. I'm shocked to see so many others are having the same problems with tapjoy.

Tapjoy Request [Case [protected]]- Upgrade your Citadel to Level 10 in: ref:_00D30pf03._5001311PdWE:ref

Downloaded, installed, ran and played until as stated for 2898 road to survival coins the citadel has been upgraded to level 10. I received a response that was neither helpful nor informative in terms that I would understand. Machine zone decision. It's now been near 2 weeks and not one of your staff have replied or even acknowledged me with my requests for help or even a digestible explanation for why I haven't received my rewards. I have sent picture proof of my citadel upgraded to your team. Nothing
For the love of whomever or whatever you belive in or pray to can I get some help please

TapJoy tapjoy threw alice and wonderland not giving me my hearts after 48 hrs

I touched tapjoy inside of my Alice and wonderland app, then installed a app named inbox dollars to receive 350 hearts.
... I am very upset because it said 24hr wait for update, I believe it's been three or four days. I feel let down that's wrong.
The first time it worked I did a second installation.. The first was town ship game, I received my hearts. The next inbox dollars.
I had to complain about township also then I got hearts really?

Got ripped off another 15k this time I didn't even get to post after winning! It's absolutely infuriating what you [censor] do!
I'll never buy tokens, and have discouraged half a dozen folks from playing your [censor]. You don't respond either, you gutless [censor]!
Seriously, i've already discouraged 4 folks in the complex from dealing with you. The only reason I continue is to see if you grow spines and do the right thing!

I did the "gillette on demand" offer. Completed my purchase, didn't get diamonds. Tried to complain. The wrong offer was put in my case file! My purchase number for gillette is gil00662594od! I want my diamonds! This shouldn't keep happening! I'm contacting tapjoy directly so they can't say they can't respond if I write a reply to the electronic case confirmation they sent me, which would be [protected].

TapJoy not honoring compensation offer for completing advertisement

Back in June, I completed an offer to download and register Twitter for virtual game cash. I did everything I was supposed to do. Waited a few days and nothing. I filed a "ticket" with Tapjoy and received a generic response from them asking for information and screenshots. I sent them both. Three weeks later and 10 different follow up emails from me... I am still waiting to get a response from Tapjoy or the credit for the offer.

Lousy customer service.

The first offers I done I didn't get nothing do I send a reply until this day I haven't got a freaking thing I don't want to here that bull [censor] about you are a little bit behind you wouldn't be if you did your [censor] right. I'll just keep sending emails until I get my [censor] rewards.all my emails I will use just because you don't respond and you wouldn't be going through this if the company just did it job and then you wouldn't be getting nasty emails from me

I won another game & posted afterwards. Nothing vulgar or obscene. I got reamed for yet another 8.5k for no reason whatsoever. You [censor] have done this to me over half a dozen times now. I will not buy tokens, ever! I will start telling your advertisers that I associate them with cheating, lying sacks of manure. Cut the [censor]!😤 i've sent similar complaints before and not heard jack [censor] from you [censored]-bags. Fix the crap, or state publicly that you periodically feel compelled to be bottom-feeding [censor].
