I have only started playing the walking dead road to survival for the last 2 months. Since then the only offers i get in the game are from watching videos. I rarely encounter an offer than ask you to download apps and when i do i get one, its the ones that doesn't work on me. The offers from watching videos can only be done 35 or so times every 24 hours or so thats roughly 100+ tokens. I just find it frustratingly unfair how other people can get thousands in a couple of hours while i am stuck waiting for videos that i can only watch for a limited period of time for days.

I'm missing rune I should have gotten by now! I WANT MY RUNES! I would write this on the apps tapjoy missing runes but since the offers that I complete do not show up it won't let me submit anything.

Hi I have been trying to find somebody to deal with my problem for a long while now.
I completed a tapjoy offer on "portal quest" which offered 6076 diamonds for me to register on "gala bingo" and deposit £10.
After doing so I received no diamonds and the offer also remained on the list as If it were not completed, therefore leaving me unable to complete a complaint form as the offer wasn't showing in the completed section.

For almost a week now the tapjoy simply doesn't open. If I try entering the offers in a game nothing happens, it doesn't even open. I thought maybe it was my mobile but it happened in a different mobile.

The same happens with MyTapjoy App, if I open it it just shows a white screen and doesn't load anything else, I can't even click the support button because it doesn't appear at all.

I did a offer for 504 coins for my walking dead game using the free offers thru tapjoy. I did everything I was suppose to do an have wrote several times with no response back except from a automated reply. its been almost a month an still nothing. all I want is what is due me. the offer was for a twitter account. I completed an offer on a mobile game to earn rewards through Tapjoy. I have proof this offer is completed but no way to submit a complaint to Tapjoy because the offer is not listed on their ticket link and app. I have tried contacting Tapjoy via telephone with no answer and no other means to resolve this issue. This company has an obligation to ensure it's advertisers make good on their offers and does not do so.

I download a game through tapjoy via wwe champions rpg I completed the offer but never revived my reward, I created a ticket and was then told that I hadn't done it through tapjoy

How could I create a ticket with there on screen options if I didn't download final fantasy through them ...

I'm now being ignored and had no reply I'd like my 3335 cash reward

I now have a running total of over 500k of tokens that you folks have ripped off. Last was 2 munutes ago, where 9500 disappeared after a win! 😤😤 why don't you post that you [censor] people periodically for no apparent reason? I'm not going to buy any, and i'll start contacting the advertisers to tell them that I extend my displeasure toward them as well.

I took the free coin (2464) awards for The walking dead road to survival for installing and completing Final Fantasy XV tutorial and building the citadel to level 10. I completed the task and have not received my free coins for the waking dead road to survival. I competed it within the time frame and followed all instructions, please resolve this issue.

I completed an offer to upgrade my citadel in the new final fantasy game in order to recieve coins for TWD RTS game i completed this offer within 10 hours and advised that the coins had been rewarded. I contacted your customer support who advised that i had been rewarded which i hadnt and to contact scopley. I contacted scopley who confirmed that i had not recieved any coins for yourselfs and to contact tapjoy again. I responded to your email as it would not allow me to submit another request and i also attached the correspondence in the form of screenshots. It has been 3 days now and i still have not recieved a responce and still have not recieved my coins. This is completely dissatissfactory customer service all i would like is this problem rectified.

I completed the 2x 7340Greenbucks offer on July 2nd for Final Fantasy XV (Build a level 10 citadel), well before the event even ended. Still says INCOMPLETE on the tapjoy reward system.. I have sent numerous emails to Japjoy along with photographic evidence of completion. I have received zero response from tapjoy and no reward. I spent real money to complete this offer and over a dozen hours invested... I will be filing a formal complaint on every social site available and will never used tapjoy again after thus of notice fixed.. Totally in have over 15000 greenbucks that have nothing been paid, which is hundreds off dollars worth.. This seems too be a common thing this company does.

I have not received any response from you regarding the ticket I filed regarding the 193 gems I have yet to receive. I play the Game Age of Kingdom and the offer was to download final fantasy and upgrade the Citadel to level 10. It took me over 3 days of hard work to accomplish this and I feel that I've been ripped off. I'm attaching screen shots to prove my claims.

I as well completed the final fantasy offer n have not received my coins n they have given me nothing but the run around to responded to 1 email out of atleast 10 saying I emailed An un monitored email but no redirect on customer service. This is the 2nd time tapjoy has screwed me in offers. It even sent an email saying there was no such offer even though I've got ss of offer n completion. I even made an in game small purchase to hurry the process.

Hello I send this massage in order to claim for my reward NS-point 2000++ of completed event "Final Fantasy XV Cutadel level 10". I complete mission around 9:15p.m. on 6 July, 2017. I download final fantasy on 4 July, 2017 and complete the event within 2 days. I want to convert NS-point for jewels in game Ninja Shadow. Please give me reward from completed event.

I have recently completed 2 offers for in game rewards, and received nothing for my troubles. These games have taken 4 days to complete the offers on each and I get nothing in return for investing my time into this.
I have emailed about this both times. The first time the offer got refused. This time I haven't even had a reply to my messages.
The thing is, if they advertise something it should be advertised properly. If they have no intention of paying out the rewards for bigger ones. It should say ' you have a [protected] chance of actually receiveing this reward' As it is it doesn't state only certain people will receive it upon completing the offer. Therefore it is FALSE ADVERTISING!

I completed the offer on tap joy and still haven't received my reward. The offer said to reach level 10 citadel on final fantasy for 2060 cash credits on wwe champion free puzzle RPG
I completed the offer 3 days ago and still haven't received my credits or even heard from anyone about the complaint I already sent. My tap joy shows that it has been completed and awarded but I checked my game and its not on there. I've provided a picture of what my tap joy says.

I have completed multiple offers with tap joy for various subscriptions most recently the live tv trial with orango for 4 euro on the 2nd of July but have yet to receive the coins for walking dead road to survival they have no complaints procedure and fail to respond to any emails despite sending the proof they asked for! I would like a refund seen as when I email your customer support it tells me I have emailed a unmonitored email address and my complaint will not be dealt with
