I ordered a bug deflector for my Dads truck, first one was for a z71 not ltz. Shipped it back my cost they confirmed with fitment on a second order it came took some time to get it to my Dad he lives 1200 km away and keep in mind this was a xmas gift went to put it on... didnt fit.
They tell me it fits.. no it doesnt now they say no refund been over 30 days ya no [censored]. Now I bought one from the dealer. Dont deal with these people they take your cash and dont stand behind the product. Last thing I buy from these a holes. Hope you go broke. YOU deserve it. Shame on this Canadian business you deserve what you dish out.

They took my money, said 3-5 days delivery, then that night I got an email stating it would be 45 days plus due to high demand. The truck is a 2014, there is no high demand! Had to fight with a customer rep for 20 mins on the phone in order to get them to reverse the charges on my credit card. This place is a drop ship business, they have no warehouse and no stock. They take your order, take your money, then order it from wherever it needs to come from. This is the worst kind of business. I cannot believe that Michell Romanow from Dragon's Den invested in this scam! She gave them a million dollars so they could con people.

I ordered some parts from this company because it said it was Canadian and it said free delivery. They listed the parts as in stock, then after I ordered they said it was special order and would be delayed, it started to take to long So I canceled this order before they had the product or printed the label to ship. The morning after my cancellation they made sure to print the shipping label and say that it could not be canceled do to shipping label being Printed. Then days later when they actually get the parts and ship it regardless of me canceling it. Then they said I have to wait for the product and do a return, so I wait and go through all the steps and delays of there return process and they said they wanted their shipping fees even though it was their fault for shipping it after cancellation and final they tacked on a supposed supplier restocking fee. Want a joke. Don’t ever use this company. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered 4 315/30/R20 tires. Then I thought ‘wait aren’t my tires 285/35/R20?’ and canceled the order. Checked my rear tires and saw 315/30/R20s. Cancelation didn’t happen but what did happen is that I was told this was a special order that would ship in 25-30 days and that I needed to confirm it, so I clicked the link thinking it would send me to a page where I could either confirm or cancel the order, I would have then went and checked my tire size again to verify while on that page but it just straight up confirmed it. What I actually needed was 2 285/35/R20 on the front and 2 315/30/R20 on the rear. Reached out to them the very next day the order was confirmed begging to cancel it and instead they deliberately shipped the order on that day, when they were supposedly closed. Then I went and ordered the 2 285/35/R20 I was missing only to get told that they were out of stock after accepting the checkout. Still waiting on the order cancellation and refund on that one. None of that would have happened if they just canceled the order when I first told them to and if more information was given prior to checkout.
Recommendation: Avoid ordering unless you’re really sure of your shot, contact them ASAP if something goes wrong

Very poor online experience, ***. I placed an order 12 days ago and it shows as processing in the dashboard. There is no indication when it will be shipped. They have stopped taking calls and an email to them gets an automatic response saying it may take two weeks to respond. Of course there is no way to cancel the order from my dashboard so I am stuck for a $600 piece of gear with them. I understand that due to COVID-19 things are slow but selling goods and then going radio silent is not good business practice, whether there is a crisis or not.
They advertise product not in stock and can't fulfill your order. You then have to request for a refund as they already charge your credit card.
Just a terrible place to deal with , it went from a week shipping to over 2 months and they give you a run around for a refund because they can't do what there own website says.

After repeated unanswered emails I contacted *** who stepped in and the Resolution team found in my favor and I received a full refund.

Lists items on website but do not stock items. When you order you are told this is special order and non cancellable. Then comes the waiting time. They basically take your money for months and pay someone to reply lame excuses about why it's taking so long. Very bad business practice.

There was a communication error and I ended up buying the products locally rather than online. But the products were shipped via 2 different couriers. Meanwhile I had installed the purchased product.

Trying to contact TDOT directly resulted in being told on the phone that in order to protect their employees from COVID the company was not answering phone calls! (who knew COVID could be transferred via telephone!) SO everything was to be done by email.
Two different employees responded to my queries to return the product. One RMA was given to return the product to 2 different locations with no preference given by the company as to which delivery service they preferred. AND then I was informed I would be reimbursed for the product but NOT for their shipping costs. (shipping is not free!) Return emails from the company were slow and I was left with a dilemma as to whether to return the items and suffer the loss or to suck it up and suffer the complete loss. I shipped the product back on Monday September 28th through *** with TDOT requested insurance. The Cost $96.00! Plus the cost for "FREE SHIPPING of approximately $40.00. TDOT advertises free shipping and NO HASTLE returns!

I ordered a part for my engine rebuild on May 9th. It is now June 10th and I emailed 3 times and called 4 times. No answers or replies. I bought the part locally as I was waiting over a month and it still haven't shipped. I told them in 2 separate emails to cancel my order and issue me a full refund and then the next day they shipped the parts and ignored my request. ***. Be better t dot. Placed an order for a *** catback exhaust on February 3rd. Order shipped out next day, although shipping on the *** label was sent to somewhere in Canmore Alberta. I called them asking why it went there and they found a mistake with the shipping on their end. They told me they would resolve it and get back to me. A few weeks of emailing them asking where the progress on this is or what is happening, I only received messages saying they "Would get back to me". After the 3rd week they sent me a new shipping label, although it has not moved for 10 business and no estimated time to ship. Not entirely sure whats going on but I believe there is something I am not being told. When I contacted them to tell them they don't fit, they responded with an email that told me that is why they want confirmation, an "I told you so attitude response". Even after the multiple emails confirming the model etc, they still got it wrong and blamed me. Then I would have to pay their shipping costs plus arrange my return which was over $100. Over a 50% loss to me. That is just the floor mats...the *** bars are a 45 business day wait. I told them I want that cancelled, especially after the floor mat fiasco. Customer service did apologize and we started the return process right away and I got a confirmation email saying "This is a confirmation email of your request to refund/exchange your order. It takes 2-3 business days to generate your return instructions, in rare occasions, it may go beyond 3 days." It has now been over A MONTH and still nothing... Emailed Tdot Performance again and they said they're still waiting for the manufacturer to get back to them with an RMA # and they sent a request again. Honestly, I wish I knew what this company was before ordering from them. one of the worst company's to order from. Ordered a part for my SCT tuner (OBD cable). Their return policy is very shady. I ordered the part thinking my cable was the reason it wasn't working. After I got my cable, it turned out that my device was actually the problem. I had no need for my cable and as a result applied for a return. this is the email I have received:
We can set up the return for you, but you would be responsible for shipping the product back to us plus be deducted the original shipping fees that we were charged to get this out which is $32.30. The original shipping will not be deducted if you are going to place a new order or process the exchange once the product comes back
why am I responsible for paying the shipping fee that they had paid, when It clearly said free shipping. Not to mention, me coving the shipping back to them. that would leave me with a 10$ refund. one of the worst companies I have dealt with. steer clear of this company. Then I received an email telling me it would take 10-15 business days. I received the pulley and gasket after a couple of weeks. This site has nothing in stock and orders when customer place an order. Customer service does not respond accordingly. After many emails they responded to me on June 25th. They told me the pump would ship June 27th, which it didn't. They won't give me straight answers and I requested my money be refunded for the pump which I have not received as there is no eta and my car has been on jack stands for 6 weeks. I also filled out request forms for refunding the pulley and gaskets which are useless to me. Still no response. They have a money back guarantee and return policy and are not responding to my requests. The water pump is an ***, they pulley is an ***, and the gaskets are ***. My order number is ***. I payed $908.11 through ***.

November 8/21' - Purchased item November 9 Item left the shipper on according to shipping info by carrier. Nov 15 - Dec 2. Sat at carrier. I contacted Tdot 2x during this trying to get it cleared up because it was being shipped to wrong address (theirs instead of mine). Dec.2 - it was shipped back to supplier, supplier recieved on Dec. 8 (according to carrier shipping status). Dec.16 - email Tdot asking about refund status. Got reply next day saying they waiting in supplier for confirmation of shipment received. Over 2 months no product and now they taking their sweet time providing refund.

In June, I ordered a *** Transporter on line from this company. They took payment from my *** on June 19th in the amount of $1016.94. I have still not received my product. I have had to contact the company on several occasions for a status update and each time I am told there is a delay from their manufacturer and there is nothing they can do for me. Order # XXXXXXXXX Ordered a front bumper for my *** on Aug 27, 2021. The bumper was listed on their website. Got a call from from *** on Aug 30 informing me the bumper ordered was unavailable. So *** provided me with an email with options of available bumpers. I replied to email on the same day, selecting a bumper from the options provided. I have received no confirmation if any bumper is on order. it is now Sept 12, my credit card has been charged full amount for the bumper they cannot provide. I have tried numerous emails and left voicemail with *** and have not had a reply. I would like to cancel this order and have my credit card refunded.
On June 2, I ordered an expensive item from this auto parts company totalling $1000. Order Number XXXXXXXXX As of June 7 my order status says "processing" despite payment being accepted Attempted contact with business through all available methods Shipping promise is 2-5 days and order has not yet shipped. I want two things. 1: to know exactly where my order is, and 2: for it to be delivered to my address in a timely matter as the shipping promise has already been exceeded. I have only gotten one response saying that "my order has been processed" and it evidently has not. At the latest attempted contact I was deflected and told to contact yet another email address which has resulted in no response Deliver my product within a timely matter and inform me of this delivery timeline otherwise *** and *** prevention will be involved.
On may 2 I ordered brake and rotor kits for the front and rear of my 2014 *** The rear set was labelled correctly on the website and the front set was labelled wrong after the fact which is why I am here .I asked them to confirm That this product would fit my vehicle before proceeding with order. Product arrived and I go to install on may 18th and front set is wrong . After 3 weeks of going back and forth they tried to make me pay for return shipping. After mentioning how the mistake is theirs due to mislabelling a product on the website and *** confirmation process , they agreed to cover the return expenses and send me prepaid labels . On June 3rd , I received an email from them saying the rma# is ready and to ship the product to hodgkins Illinois but no mentions of prepaid labels . It's June 7th now and after more emails still haven't received a response from them .I find this unacceptable , I just want my part exchanged free of charge to me . Not my fault
On September 28th I placed an order for a set of 4 *** tires for 1197.80. On October 4th I was told that the tires were out of stick and was asked how I would like to proceed. I immediately asked for a refund. I finally had a reply on Oct. 7th after prompting the company severel times. I was told they would be looking for an alternative part number. After prompting the company several times again I finally was offered an alternative part that did ot fit y criteria on Oct. 11th. I declined the offer and asked for a refund once again. I have yet to hear back from the company, and they are currently not using a phone customer service line. I just want my money back and the transaction canceled.

I booked my installation appt but when I opened the box, it was missing the shocks which are an absolute requirement for installation. There was a section in the box for the shocks but they were not there, nor the installation instructions I called the company Sep 23/20, but they had a message saying they were not answering phones due to Covid and I couldn't leave a message so I emailed them, I was polite. I got a response on Sep 26/20 apologies that they would contact the ware house and get back to me, they did on Sep 30/20 stating the shocks would be delivered in a week to 10 day, I also received the installation manual on the day. Shocks never came,, I emailed them Oct 22/20 (22 days later) telling them I have not received and asked them for a tracking #, I got the same form email back from them, just noticed as I was writing this, the email from them, the emails are all the same. I had also booked another appt for install, that I had to cancel. I did send them another email Oct 25/20, I was not as polite, but I did not swear, I was frustrated and made clear

I ordered brake rotors and pads in June 4 from Tdot performance. a confirmation was sent on June 5 a little while later saying that the order would take 10-15 business days and to confirm if I still wanted to proceed. I confirmed that I wanted to. It is August 30, I have not received my order and when I directly asked for a refund I did not get cooperation just a statement that they would "speak with the manufacturer".
I ordered a suspension kit from TDot performance.. They accepted my payment (roughly 800$can) this is supposed to have free shipping to Canada and is supposed to be in stock. I received an email informing me the kit I had ordered wasn't available and I had the option to change to a similar one at slightly more cost to me. (Roughly 70$can)Accepting these terms expecting to have this item shipped, I'm informed again they don't have the item and I have to wait for the manufacturer to ship it directly to me. Now, they are asking for another 120$can... also they have a no cancelations on special orders policy. My order falls under "special order" all of a sudden since they had to substitute a different product for the original. This business cannot be worked with I would like my suspension kit above all else. But recovering my money is acceptable aswell... I've tried contacting then in every way I can find.. no phone answers, slow spotty emails. Thankyou
I ordered based on stated available stock on the website, and they took my payment. They do not in fact have any stock and take money from people knowing that. I then set up financing through *** to pay for my order. It's over thirty days with no confirmation on shipment of my order and I'm now getting money withdrawn from my account from *** financing services . I want a full refund, and for this financing services through *** squared away and taken care of.

They said it appeared to be in stock and didn't know why it hadn't shipped and say they would find out and get back to me. Days past. I emailed again at day 25 asking what they found out. They said it would ship within the week and they'd send a tracking number, a week passed, nothing. I emailed again, after emailing the manufacturer who told me they've had this part in stock the entire time. They once again told me they would look into it. Days passed. Finally after 42 days passed since I ordered. I had enough and asked for a refund if it wasn't shipping that day. They said they would look into it. No response. I emailed asking for a refund period, and they told me that if the item has shipped they couldn't issue a refund, but didn't tell me if it had shipped or not. I said I wanted a refund, to which they responded, they would take 3-5 business days to approve my refund request (why?)

The 12VDC locking solenoid was used (bolt marks on mounting tab. TDot informed immediately via email complete with photos. TDot didn't respond until 29 Jun 2020 after two more emails and using the site "Request a Return" option twice. Their response indicated up to a max of 10 working days for a Return Authorization and Instructions to be sent. As of the date of this complaint it has been 22 working days and an additional email to them today which garnered only an automated email response. I am out $155.59 plus the $25 TDot Gift Certificate I used when the order was placed for a total of $180.59. For reasons unknown to me TDot engaged with an entity other than the OEM Pop&Lock U.S.A. to fill my order. The return address on the *** Shipping label with Tracking number *** is ***, Action Car and Truck *** The "Return" activity has been on the go now for 31 Business Days. ***Document Attached*** Original email from 16 Jun 2020 with photos. Ordered a set of taillights for my truck on April 28/20 (my *** card was charged April 28). First issue was that I was to receive a 10% discount which was not credited prior to the charge to my ***. Their phone lines were not operational due to COVID so I started an email exchange. The last email from TDOT was on May 6 confirming this was a valid discount and a credit memo would be issued within 24-48 hours. I followed by email on May 19 and still nothing. The second issue is I received the order on May 11 and the one taillight was damaged when I opened the package and right away I emailed along with a picture of the damaged part. Tdot promptly asked for more pictures which I also provided promptly. On May 12 Tdot emailed that they were setting up a warranty claim and advised it could take "8-10 business days for return instructions (manufacturer approval is required to process the return)". 10 business was on May 27 so I sent a follow up email and have receive no reply and of course their phone lines are still off. What I want is a replacement pair of taillights in perfect condition, and no shipping costs to me if I have to return the damaged ones and a credit to my *** account for the 10% original discount. A cheque from Tdot would also be acceptable.

On October 22, I ordered 4 tires from TDOTperformance.ca. The site advertises free shipping in Canada but warned that some items might not include free shipping to remote destinations. For this reason, I entered the shipping area on the quote, where you enter your postal code to determine if free shipping is included. I entered my Postal Code and the quote completed and stated free shipping. I purchased the tires online. I received an order confirmation as Order number XXXXXXXXX. I received a receipt of payment and my bank showed the transaction against my *** This company refused to supply the tires I ordered and paid for back on October 22 ,as per our sales agreement and wanted to charge extra freight weeks after they took my money. They used many excuses about carriers, suppliers, etc. and wanted extra money for freight. I told them I wanted my tires and a deal was a deal. They cannot renegotiate weeks after they sold me the tires and took my money. On October 22, I priced out 4 tires on TDOT.Performance.Ca 4 x *** winter tires for $816.31 . I have attached the email trail between TDOT and myself. I repeatedly ask for my ties to be delivered, free of charge and TDOT comes up with many excuses for refusing to do so, resulting in refunding my money. I didn't want a refund. I want the tires I paid for . Since this has also dragged on for 3 weeks, I also believe it appropriate that I be compensated for my time.

I placed an order for brake rotors on October 11th from tdotperformance.ca. Order #XXXXXXXXX, in the amount of $604.38. I received confirmation of the order immediately and payment was taken from my mastercard. Almost a week had past and I had no update on the status of my order. I emailed them on October 15th for an update on the status. They replied on October 18th saying that they will find out from the manufacturer and let me know. It was exactly a week and they had no clue where my order was. I immediately replied to that email on October 18th and received an email on the 20th saying that the manufacturer has advised this item will take 4-5weeks. It was only after the repeated emails I received an answer on when I will receive. I was appalled by the service and lack of communication and wanted to cancel the order and a refund issued. I received an email on October 21st that they "cancelled" the order and are awaiting the manufacturer to cancel the order in order for me to receive a refund. This is inexcusable! payment was collected from me on October 11th when I placed the order! The refund must also be instant as most companies charge payment upon the shipment of the item. I have been sending emails to them but have not received a reply or a refund!

I ordered a sport rack (***) for our 2015 *** in early June. On June 18th, we received a sport rack but it was the wrong model (*** instead of ***). The product received was not usable and seems to be an out of date item (eg: usable for 2004 cars). I immediately reached out to Tdot using the contact form on their website (their phone lines are not operational due to Covid). After more than a week, I received an email asking for pictures of the product received which I sent immediately. After two more weeks, I received an email from Jay (no last name) on July 4, indicating that an exchange had been set up with *** and that I would receive instructions on how to return the wrong rack and then receive the correct one. He said that the correct product could not be sent until the other was returned but that I could order a new one in the meantime if I wished (as if!). Since July 4, I have heard nothing from *** and Jay/Tdot is not replying to any of my messages. I have emailed back to the message received from Jay and again tried the contact form on the website. I have also tried to connect with them via their *** page. I am also wondering why the *** company would be involved with a refund since the manufacturer of the rack that I ordered is SportRack. The amount we paid for the rack is $249.95 plus tax for a total of $282.44. We are frustrated because the rack if for transporting our 2 new kayaks. Summer is slipping away and we would like a refund or the proper rack so that we can transport our kayaks.

I ordered a bull bar and relocation bracket for my pickup truck off of tdotperformance on Aug 3rd 2020. Their website stated that this bar and bracket will fit my truck. Their website also states that they have a 30 day no hassle guarantee. I received the items in a reasonable amount of time and was satisfied. I tried to install the bar onto my truck and it will not fit my make and model as stated on their website. The only way to make the mounting brackets fit is to cut through my METAL bumper which is not acceptable and which I will not do. This is not considered proper fitment and should have never been stated as it was. I sent tdotperformance an email to return my items on Aug 21st. I received an email a couple of days later stating that they need to contact the manufacturer to get a return label and that it can take some time to get. I asked why I needed to wait as tdotperformance has a 30 day NO HASSLE guarantee. Nothing but run around since. Tdotperformance's website was wrong when it specified that this bull bar fit my make, year and model of bull bar. I fully understand that they received this fitment guide from the manufacturer however this issue is between them and the manufacturer. Why I need to wait to get my monies returned is beyond understanding. Another issue is that tdotperformance would expect me to pay the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost when this is truly their issue. I was mislead by their website and now am sitting in limbo waiting for them and *** to figure things out? 30 day no hassle guarantee...I think not.

Had to order new parts from *** as the brake lights are already on for almost a month that actually costed more - submit a return and refund request right away and after a few days I receive an form tdot for additional information regarding the reason for return. - 10 emails back and forth with person 1 and sending different photos with dimensions showing that the parts do not fit, I finally get a response on July 10 that the RMA for return will be issued within 2 or 3 days. - I wait for a few a days with no RMA and person #2 starts asking the same questions and asks for the same info and pictures. So I sent them to him again - wait again for a few days and on July 23 rd. a 3rd person shows up and starts asking the same questions again. - on July 24th a fourth person sends me an email that they are shipping the sensors! That I already had to buy from ***. - I tell them that I don't need sensors and I need the RMA for the pads and disks and as of today no response! - I am out of pocket $750 and a set of useless parts And on top of that a game that is being played by Tdot for over a month and a half. Of course all this communication is through email as they don't answer their phones due to covid

On December 28 i was browsing on the internet and stumbled upon tdot performance .ca website. I was looking treat myself with a *** - Street Series Performance Cat-back exhaust system upgrade for my vehicle for Christmas/New Year. Initial cost of the product without tax is $1434.25, but since there was a "***" 20% discount, I managed to bring it down to $1296.56 tax included. At the time, I couldn't pay off the whole amount so I decided to checkout and borrowed loan with '***' or 'easy financial'. With the total cost of $1594.87 interest of 29.90% included. The transaction went through and has been approved followed by email receipt for both tdot performance and ***. Fast forward, two after on December 30 at 15:15 hours I received an update from tdot performance that my order will be delayed of 35-40 business days and will placed on "Special Order" and had given me either if I will confirm it or not. I decided to cancel my order. After submitting "cancel then submit' I was brought to a home page stating that my "order had been already confirmed by you and placed with the manufacturer" which I clearly stated to cancel it before i sent submit. I sent a request email form for refund at 'tdot performance' website' and yet to have received any response. I have also attempted to contact their phone number "***" but the hotline was not available. I even contacted '***' or 'easy financial' loan company that I requested to cancel my order, but the only response i got from them was "You have to get a hold of them. We cannot refund it without their request". From this point on, I am stuck with nothing. The first payment from the loan company will start on January 15 and I am trying to avoid it that is why I am attempting to do everything possible. Any help would be appreciated. I am currently in the process of trying to return parts that I didn't need, I realized the day they came that I ordered the wrong parts and I contacted Tdot the day of the parts arival or the day immediately after they arrived which was August/19 The parts were never used and never even taken out of the box expect to send a picture back to Tdot which is what they requested to authorize a return. So the trouble started where somehow they messed up my initial return claim and it took 3 WEEKS to finally get them to send me the return shipping address and authorization(sept 7) I shipped the parts back to them 2 days later(sept 9) and I made sure to track that package because at that point it had taken me 3.5 weeks to get any progress out of them so the trust was already failing. 6 days later I got the notification that the parts arrived at the return address (Sept 15), so I assumed I would be getting a refund confirmation within the week right? Nope 2 weeks later I had heard nothing from them so then I send them yet another email on October 4 asking where my refund was and what they said was "we'll have to get the warehouse to confirm it arrived" which seemed odd that they didn't even bother to take note that these parts arrived so how many other people have they done this to? So I get a reply 2 days later and we exchange another 1-2 emails where the final one from Tdot was on October 11 (exactly 1 week ago from today) and what they said was that " our warehouse will confirm the parts are there the next business day and you'll receive confirmation of your refund"... we are now 7 days and 4 business days later and I have sent them 2 more emails since and I still have not get ten a reply. They currently owe me $1355.25+Tax (cad) for the parts that have been returned The order number is #XXXXXXXXX And the part is *** I have continually tied to get in contact with them and we are now coming up on 3 months since the day I requested the return (aug/20) and the initial purchase date was (June 29)

On July 25th I ordered front (EBC) and rear (Centric) brake kits for my 2015 ***. The following day a received an email from them asking for confirmation of my order, stating the part (EBC_Brakes-***) would only fit the *** Build, and asked me to confirm if was the right part. I looked at other options for brakes fitting my car trying to find something suggesting there were different options and found nothing. I made an assumption based on knowing *** is a Japanese car manufacturer, that I had a 2l engine, and that the part number they gave listed the one I intended to order, must mean that it was correct for my car. They never asked about the rear brakes. Come August 6th I received the front brakes from my order, and realized while installing them that they were the wrong pads. I reached out to Tdot via their websites returns page to find out what went wrong and get a return or exchange, By the morning of the 12th I had not received a reply. August 12th I reached out to Tdot via the email thread in which I was asked to confirm fitment because I had now received my rear brakes and learned they also did not fit. I was able to get in contact quickly, and they informed me I needed the parts for the (Mexico Build) model and not the (Japan Build) model of the car, but only gave me a price of 8.50 plus my shipping cost to exchange fronts, and did not mention the rear brakes. Through some back and forth, I was able to determine it would be an additional 34.50 to return the rear pads, and he had to push the issue higher up to see if the pads could be returned without the rotors they came with. On the 14th I was told they were contacting EBC who makes the front brake kit I ordered to see if this was possible. Again forgetting the rear brakes. Over the weekend, I had time to think on the situation and emailed them saying I can just exchange the front pads, and am okay with having to pay 8.50 for the exchange, as I did confirm the order. (I did ask for a discounted price as I am only returning half the order ie. pads not rotors, and the 8.50 was to reimburse their cost to ship me the original item, but that was ignored). I still wanted to return the rear brakes as I can no longer wait to change them on my vehicle. In the product listing for vehicle fitment, there is no mention of the Japan vs Mexico builds, and how these parts are specific to those factors. Since I was never told information other than what was on the website for the rear brakes, this should fall under their own return policy which states "on the other hand, TDot Performance will take full responsibility for any incorrect information on the website regarding vehicle-specific fitment and replace the item free of charge". So I believe I should not have the pay the 34.50 to return the rear brake pads they asked me for on the 12th due to the misinformation on their website. In fact there are 63 options for 2015 *** brake kits, all lacking the "specific vehicle fitment" of if that part is for the Mexico build or Japan build version of the *** in there vehicle fitment charts. Today the 18th email I received a response, simply saying I had confirmed my order. Provided the emails in which I mistakenly only confirmed the front brakes, and asked if I wanted to exchange them without mention, for the 3rd time, of the rear brake pads. This was all information I was not trying to refute, and had accepted. Yet I feel it was an attempt to make me accept the entire purchase was my fault as I am sure they know they are responsible for me ordering the wrong rear pads due to the lack of information. With responses getting slower, little progress being made and the overwhelming lack of proper fitment details this never should have happened, and should be resolved by now. The constant overlooking of the rears also needing to be returned, and expecting me to pay 34.50 + the price to ship for a part i can pick up for 50$ is absurd.
