I won a aution for $1800 that called for highend TV"s and microwaves along with cell phone cases, cables and other smaller items. I was to recieve 3 pallets from fedex. After the TWO pallets was delieved I knew items were missing because of the pallets sizes and the items on the pallets, all I recieved wa sthe cbles and cases I contacted tech liquidators to complain about my missing items. I was told the manifest I was bidding on was only just that a manifest. I may or maynot recieve those items. this is clearly a rip off. They got bidders bidding high on items that has a great value for resale and then turn around and not shipped them. After I was told they would not refund any of my money back. Do not buy from the auction you will only get burned in the long run.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Dear Miguel,
We are sorry for the inconvenience you have had with your recent purchase with TechLiquidators.
However, we issued you a partial refund for the order. We hope we can earn your business back.
Our experienced customers will tell you that in the long run, buying on TechLiquidators does pay off, despite the risk involved in "as-is" lots and the occasional bad load. In fact, in another complaint thread on this forum, one of our customers spoke up in our defense saying just that.
If there is anything else we can do to further resolve the issues you have encountered with this purchase, please contact customer care at [protected].
Sincerely,
TechLiquidators Customer Care

This happens all the time with techliquidators. Every item and I mean every single item that is on those pallets has a barcode sticker applied to it, why then can they not keep track of whats on the pallets vs manifest? Watch out too for loads that show thousands of prepaid phone cards with values in the 10's of thousands, they are junk, just plastic, so why would they be advertising them with their retail value on the manifests? I received a load recently advertised as used/returns however they so nicely included a manifest sheet with the items, oddly the sheet indicates that it is a "salvage lot". Thanks TL for your awesomeness.
Hello ToughLuck,
We are truly sorry for the negative experience you have had. It is a great frustration for us when our customers do not have their expectations met. If you haven't attempted to receive a partial refund for the phone cards, please do contact us. We almost always issue a partial refund for these errors.
TechLiquidators is a liquidation channel that creates an efficient way for Best Buy to move secondary inventory out of the warehouse, while meeting a demand for wholesalers. We are completely transparent about product condition and the risk involved, but what may work for one buyer may not work for another, so we have to rely on our buyers to use cautious judgement in buying on TechLiquidators.
Because liquidation lots are huge and mixed, they are more prone to error. If you would like to continue to pursue a resolution, please contact Customer Care and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation for you.
Thank you,
TechLiquidators Customer Care

I purchased a lot of laptop HDD, they claimed to be customer return, Onec i received the lot, about 2/3 of the lot, filled with broken HDD. and the rest of the lot, is working but with warning from the manufacture that it is going to fail soon. So I cannot use this lot and i just have to deal with it because it is as is. DO NOT BUY FROM TECH LIQUIDATOR EVER AGAIN !
