a "livep. d." t-shirt, that I returned, have not gotten my "full refund"!

I ordered a t-shirt about 3-4 weeks ago...& I didn't like the way it looked, so I sent multiple e-mail to "teespring's" help contact... Letting them know that, i've sent my order back to them & want a "full refund" of $29.04.
Two weeks have passed, I still have not gotten my refund. I'vealso been sending numerous e-mails to "teesprings", asking about my refund & have not been hearing back, from anyone!
I would greatly appreciate it, if someone from the "teespring's corporate headquarters, would please call me back, let me know" when ", i'll be getting my" full refund ".
I STILL have NOT gotten my " FULL REFUND " yet, as of OCT. 02nd! And, Teespring's...NEVER gave me an " ORDER #!

never received product
Ordered a shirt as a gift. I received notification that shirt was printed and would be shipped. Months pass, nothing. Contacted customer support and was advised order was not completed because payment was not made. Submitted proof of payment, and proof they received payment. Crickets! No product, no refund. Filed a dispute with PayPal. Teespring advised no refund unless I withdraw dispute. Fat chance! Elevated to a claim. Paypal found on my behalf and refunded my money. Teespring Customer Service full of apologies and polite messages but no action. I will never purchase from them again and strongly suggest others avoid dealing with them as well.

Teespring is an absolutely terrible company, with awful customer service. At the end of May, I ordered the Aphmau wolf plush for my daughter, who begged me for days to buy it for her. It took me a while, considering it was a $30 stuffed animal, but I finally gave in. On June 5th, 2018, I received an email stating that my order had been processed and it would be shipped soon. I was given an estimated arrival date of June 22nd - June 26th. However, after weeks of waiting, and my daughter asking me repeatedly where her plush was, we still had not received our package. The payment showed up on my credit card statement, though, so I assumed it was on its way and maybe it just needed a bit more time.
However, a month out from the ETA date, and we still saw no sign of the plush. On July 20th, 2018, I got fed up and decided to email Teespring regarding my order. The email I got back from a girl named Taryn, was very short-handed, and only said, "It looks like your order was canceled because we ran out of stock. Im sorry!" (yes, there was no apostrophe in the word "I'm"). I emailed back and asked exactly WHY I was not notified and WHY the money had been taken out of my account and not refunded back to me with no communication whatsoever? I then made it clear that I expect a full refund - as my total order came to around $33.00 with shipping charges. As of this evening, I have not heard back.
It seems as though they planned on just taking my money, not sending me the product I paid for, and hoping I just somehow forgot about it.
Please, please, PLEASE do your research before buying from Teespring! I honestly wish I would have looked them up before giving in to my daughters' plea. I see now this is a common occurrence with this company. She was heartbroken when I told her, after nearly two months of anticipation.
breach of contract / false advertising
Alright, so here is my problem with TeeSpring. They have run 1 or more campaigns where they advertise the item as being a "limited edition collectible" - only available to purchase during a limited window of time, only the amount purchased during that window of time would be produced, and no others would be produced ever.
Based on the above, I purchased one of these products, knowing that it would have/maintain/or possibly even increase a bit in inherit value,
Unfortunately, TeeSpring did not end the campaign on the advertised date and allowed orders for at least a day or two past this date. This, in turn, devalued my item and everyone else who participated in this campaign and, in all likelihood, other campaigns as well.
I contacted TeeSpring to advise them that this is a problem as it is a Breach of Contract and also False Advertising under one or more of the following California Codes:
California Business and Professions Code § 17200, § 17500
California Civil Code § 1770
Unfortunately, TeeSpring was neither interesting in resolving this matter with me nor did they seem interested in hearing the above advising that "management is aware of all campaigns".
This statement made matters worse - not only am I now a victim of the aforementioned contract breach and false advertising, but now I have been intentionally defrauded by TeeSpring management who was aware that the campaign did not shut down when promised and allowed it to happen anyway.
I have since contacted the FTC (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/) and the California District Attorney's Office (https://oag.ca.gov/contact/consumer-complaint-against-business-or-company) to file a complaint against TeeSpring for their fraudulent, deceptive, and illegal business pratices. Additionally, I have received a response from the DA's office advising that they take note of patterns with businesses to explore further and press charges if necessary.

I worked as independent artist on the site teespring. Suddenly, after upload some designs they closed my account, then I sent a message asking for the reasons according my rights as autor of those desings, but they don't want to reopen it, also gave me zero explanations... For their acting.
That's ok but...
Oh! Suprise! Teespring still having my products on sale without my permission. I tried to contact without success, they don't answer my mails.

Our brand new alumni association wanted to get our first piece of apparel and had some success with the campaign. I see where the payout was done, but have not received it. I have been trying to reach someone about a $200 payout since january with no response. Even when I called the number listed.. It's automated and offered no support.

vietnam tee shirt
I have sent numerous complaints on these shirts. Will contact the BBB on them. Three of the 4 the print was smudged and the last one you can not even read what is suppose to be on it.
I asked them to at least replace the Vietnam Vet shirt and they didn't even feel it necessary to reply.
I paid good money for the shirts and expected a better product but after reading all the comments I guess I was wrong.
credit card charges one year after later!
I placed an order in a campaign one year ago! Apparently there weren't enough orders to process the payment and complete the order. I just discovered the payment had been been processed on 12/5/2017.
There was no notice give to me that was happening. I am not happy with the situation. With such a great time lapse, some sort of reminder would have been nice!
After an entire year, I had forgotten about the shirt and the charges to be made.

custom shirt
I ordered a shirt with a color graphic and the printing is so bad I can't even tell what the graphic is supposed to be. I'm also pretty sure the shirt will not make it through one washing.
The shirt was supposed to show a person in a whitewater kayak but because it was printed on a gray shirt and used dark colors it looks just like a Rosarch test. The paint on the shirt seems to be flaking off already, that's why I don't think it will make it through a washing machine.

The quality of shirts leaves much to be desired. I ordered several times and there were problems each time. So I know what I am talking about.
The sizing charts are not true either.
One of the issues I had was connected with sizing. I got a too small t-shirt, I have no friends who would wear so big shirts, what was I supposed to do with this crap? Nothing. Sending this back to them is more like a headache. At my expense. Even though it is their fault which is really unfair.
I know for sure that I want my money.

I have emailed and emailed and emailed no one has gotta back with me about the wrong case they sent me twice I'm emailing them to tell them and let them know that I want the right case for my phone because I paid for it and no one is helping me with this issue and it's frustrating and aggravating because that's my money and they will not send me the right case I been trying to get a contact number to contact customer service but the number they have when you type it in is no help.

A Strange thing has happened. I have never been among their customers, moreover, I had no idea that this store existed, but one day I got a confirmation email from them stating when my order was supposed to be shipped and delivered. Wait. What order? I live alone, so nobody could make any orders, but me. Well, I was surprised but decided that they confused something and didn't pay much attention to it. But then I noticed they charged me for something I didn't buy! I solved this issue thanks to my bank. BUT what the hell was it? They are surely scammers!
I purchased once then another item I did not authorize was charged to my CC card. It was later cancelled but I contacted Teespring to delete my account due to fraud. Still getting the run around as you cannot delete your own account. Unacceptable.
tank top I created
I had a race coming up so I decided to order tank tops for my team. The tanks I got were not even close to the colors that were represented online when I created them! You could hardly read the writing and they also sent me two of the same shirts instead of the other one I ordered. I sent a picture showing the obvious difference and Laura's response was ...that was what I ordered and she could print new ones on a different color tank for a discount! She won't let me return them and has not addressed the fact that I am still missing a shirt! I won't have shirts for the race now. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I was a seller
I sold t-shirts on their website and was supposed to receive a payout by August 18th, it is now the 30th and still have not yet received it. I have contacted their company on several occasions and they are doing nothing to fix this matter. They should be ashamed of themselves as the t-shirts were for a group of bereaved parents and the funds were to go into memorials for these children. The payout as for $445.21 and I received an email on August 14th stating that I would receive it by August 18th, almost September and the company is doing nothing to make this matter right.

I still have not received my order and every time when I contact Teespring they only say that I need to be more patient. It is now two months since I made my order and no news or updates.
Last time when I contacted Teespring their support told me that things like that sometimes happened, but they did not explain what was the actual reason why delivery was taking so long.
I am very disappointed and I will never buy from them again and of course I will not recommend them to anyone!

I bought a shirt from Teespring and a was waiting patiently, but time passed and nothing arrived. At first they said that there was nothing to worry about, but then one day I received a notification stating that my order got lost and they asked me to contact their office as soon as possible.
They promised to ship a replacement and said that it could take some period of time but I didn't mind waiting a bit longer. They did everything to look good in my eyes, and I actually believed everything they said.
But the whole thing took forever and I finally decided to ask for a refund, and as soon as I asked for my money back they stopped communicating with me! Red flag! Beware of this company and don't buy from them!
ridiculous size, t-shirts were too small
Ordered two t-shirts from Teespring website and both arrived fast but I was very disappointed when I saw how small they were. Sizing was ridiculous and t-shirts looked like they were made for children. I contacted Teespring and they assured me I received the correct size. Yes on the tag it was written medium but in reality everything was very small. They refused to accept them back so I gave those shirts to my good neighbors (they have a 13 year old daughter and shirts fit perfectly).
