I am writing this email with a lot of grief because I have been made a fool by Telkom and clearly no one is willing to hear and assist me with my complaint which I have been having for the past 2 months.

On the 15th of September after I realized that my line was suspended, and I got to speak to a consultant that assured me that my line would be open and that he sees the money that was reflecting from me. The line was still suspended and never recovered. I then stayed an entire week without my line working which forced me to make Telkom an ultimatum. On the 20th of September 2023 I then made a payment of R 3500 which was even way more than what I usually pay all doing this in the name of trying to push the contract. I then had m y lines restored for just a few hours and later around 3pm they were suspended again. I was so furious, and this called Telkom and as always all I got was an apology and reassurance that they would escalate the matter and have my line restored in 5 hours. I waited and still nothing happened. I waited and waited and still my line was never restored. On the 22nd, Friday they then decided to restore my line however that too was only for a few hours and my line was suspended again. I called out of frustration as I knew they won't open, and I would get an excuse that its long weekend and that my line will be restored Tuesday only. Indeed, I calked and spoke to a guy names Thamokhuru who said, after an hour of speaking to him that he was very sorry and doesn't know why Telkom would do this to me. He further said he sees the money and is going to escalate the matter to the department that deals with unsuspending. I told him I am going to miss calls and lose out on business because of this ordeal. I also explained that this is a bridge of contract. I have paid for a service that I am not receiving. I then requested that on my next pay date, it would be unfair that Telkom debits anything from my account after so much ab use, I have endured from them, I said this bearing in mind that the next debit order was now set for the 25th which was Monday and still a public holiday. I really saw this as being unfair and I am now losing money which I should be, making to pay the very account. This is messing up my credit score which I am working on so that I can build a better life for my children and I have now reached the peak with not knowing how to deal with Telkom. As we speak my line is suspended again and it's been a week. I called sometime last week and spoke to Zakhele Mhlongo who assured me that this matter would be escalated to his team leader and manager, I was CCd on the email and till date, no response or communication has been received by me. I feel this is really a disappointment from a reputable company like Telkom. I am still suspended and losing business. I will then be expected to pay the very account they suspend whenever they feel like. It is unfair. I opted to cancel the very contract, but I was told id be charged... how? when this contract was never bridged by me... I am still waiting for my account to be unsuspended and a communication of how Telkom plans to reimburse me for the time I have lost whenever they feel like suspending my account. This is abuse that I am enduring. This is really unfair and now I am kept waiting without a solution while my account is suspended. I also requested that my line of [protected] is my number that I have always had which is not affiliated with this contract, the number affiliated with this contract ICCID NO IS [protected]

PUK [protected]. I don't want any of this having a bad name on my credit as this is your fault. I was told payments take long to reflect... whose fault is that? I paid and the consultants saw the payments reflecting.

I need a response asap before the end of the day ad I have waited for far too long for nothing. Telkom has proven to be useless and does nothing with integrity. I am very disappointed at the service I received till thus far. Clearly Telkom operates on lies and lures people with false misrepresentation. I don't want anything to do with Telkom.

Desired outcome: UNSUSPEND MY ACCOUNT. ADJUST MY CREDIT SCORE ACCORDINGLY AND REIMBURSE ME FOR ALL THE TORTURE
