In March 2017 I took a cellphone and Router on contract. For 24 Months. They started debiting from my account on April 2017 until now. In May 2019 they called me and informed me that my contract is due for upgrade, I told them that I don't want to upgrade. Following month they started to debit from my account. I went to the branch to Enquire about their unauthorized debit orders they told me that I have to pay first so that they'll be able to cancel it. I refused to pay for the service that I didn't receive and the contract that I don't know. Since then every time they debit I reverse the debit order and the bank is charging me for that and it also ruins my credit record. They sent me an SMS last month informing me that they'll blacklist me. They always try to debit in my account anytime and it bounce, they keep on changing references.
I would like Telkom to pay back all unauthorized debit orders that I didn't reverse, pay for the costs of bounced and reversed debit orders, and also compensate me for ruining my credit record.
