My wife and I both thought a termite control plan was a good insurance policy. The technician did a pretty thorough job of looking all through and around the house. However finding nothing thats it. I expected something proactive such as a preventive spray. This program is a reactive plan where after the problem then they work on the resolve. I am of the nature to prevent NOT wait until after it exists. Sorry

We were quite impressed and comfortable in signing up with Termio for our termite and long-term pest service. Later for our first pest treatment, Conlan again treated our home extensively, followed-up with what & when the next treatment would be, & answered all of our questions.

Great service. Our service tech provided us with a detailed update of what he used, what was done, what we can expect. He answered all my questions. He took the time to do a detailed job. Not just a quick spray and go as we had in the past. I appreciate the attention to a thorough job well done.
Moved here in April. Have had several new services for maintenance of house. None compared to the excellent service and coverage provided by Termio. The technician was absolutely awesome providing knowledge and explanation of process. *** from call center to follow up, Outstanding.Highly recommend.

I got a warranty notice in the mail after purchasing my home. What a great business idea. Win-Win. After that, I decided to start a pest service with Termio which included keeping the termite warranty active. I am so glad I did because 2 years later we ended up with termites and they treated it, 100% covered. I didn't pay a dime extra. *** is wonderful. All of my experiences were positive in dealing with them. I highly recommend.

It's all good! Technician identified the infestation in my bathroom as flying termites. Which were coming through a very small crack between my medicine cabinet and the wall for days by the hundreds. I purchased this home in October and received the termite protection plan with the purchase. I can't imagine how this home could have such a infestation while having a termite protection plan for so long.

However, I do suggest that the holes made indoors are closer to the baseboards or hidden well afterward.I showed the technician more places where there is a lot of wood rot due to the termites, however, I was told to send another request for that. This is possibly the third visit and the termites keep coming back. The entire house needs termite treatment, including the roof.

The tech was great and efficient! He found some scorpions and spiders so he pointed them out for me and told me about their scorpion prevention program that was better than Blue Skye. He was very professional and I felt safe around him. He is good with dogs and was thorough so I ended up buying the bug plan w/them as well. I also like how they remind you of their annual inspections and schedule for you! Very user friendly. Sometimes it is hard to reach someone on their phone lines but that is the only complaint I have.

We made another appointment and this time the Termio person was here in the allotted time. Inspection was done and he told us about a cheaper service to handle roof rats, which we took. We have had your company for almost 5 years and the resident of this house before we purchased had your company. I truly hope that good service continues.

Termio came out & did a full termite inspection of the interior/exterior and then walked me through their termite warranty as well as their pest control services. I signed up immediately because I thought the quote was too good to be true for what services they offered. The technician, Conlan was very knowledgeable, professional and took his time & did a very thorough inspection. I signed up with the company for the simple fact that they did not try to bind me to a contract. I AM able to cancel at any time.

I am very happy with Termio's attention to my home. My brother referred me to Termio in September when we moved to Arizona. My brother is very happy with his tech, Andrew. I called and made the appointment to come to my new home. I was very happy that Andrew was assigned! He is very thorough and answers any "bug" question I have. We live in a rural area and I was concerned about Scorpions and spiders. I have only come across ONE with my blacklight and it was dead! I like Termio's attention to individual customer needs. The comfort I feel knowing that if I have an issue I can call and they will come out before their next visit made an impact in my comfort with this company.

Their website is terrible, they don't care to fix it. I have tried for weeks to renew my warranty online but their website will never allow me. For weeks after not providing a payment option, it would give me error message that I hadn't entered a correct payment method. I've retried for weeks, same website problem. Now on my last day, last opportunity before it expires, I try one more time. And again, their website isn't working. I get this message this time: "Account information could not be matched. Resubmit corrected entries or click "Contact" so that a representative can help you get covered." I've wasted too much time with these people, I'm not going to beg them for termite warranty.

Pest control service is good but the treatment for cockroaches and technician knowledge is terrible
The pest control service is commendable, but their approach to eradicating cockroaches and the technicians' expertise is lacking. Despite promises to reduce cockroach presence, no progress was made during a two-month contract. The service manager's home evaluation offered no insights, only stating uncertainty about the infestation source, despite my reports of them emerging from the walls. With only three years in the industry, the company has much to learn about pest management. Avoid entering a contract with them; they impose cancellation fees, unlike other firms. If you're seeking a program that merely maintains pest levels rather than eliminating them, this company might suit you.

I have been in my newly built home for 18 months and have received two letters from Termio saying that my termite warranty with them will expire and that it costs $137 to renew. I DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY WITH THEM AND THE WARRANTY I GOT FROM MY BUILDER DOESN'T EXPIRE UNTIL 2024. When I called Termio to ask them about my so-called warranty, they said they give everyone a free warranty for 6 months. So basically, they are putting a warranty on your house when you don't even know they are doing it even though it is covered by another company. This is underhanded and deceptive. I wonder how many people pay them to "continue their warranty" when they are already covered by some other company. Shame on Termio.

I sold my previous home in July
I sold my previous home in July. Come August I received an email from my real estate agent stating that the purchasing party received a letter claiming that I had treated the home for termites and that I had failed to disclose that information in the sale of the home. I read over the letter and it states that there was recently an ownership change in the property. The home is currently under warranty and information is needed to transfer the warranty to the new owner. I did not have termites, did not have warranty, and did not authorize Termio to even imply that I used them for services. The phrasing on the letter directly implies that I, as previous owner, had termite warranty on the property. I don't care if they contact people offering warranties but it is fraudulent to do so by implying that previous owners already had warranty. This sounds like there was either previous damage or suspected damage. DO NOT INVOLVE PREVIOUS OWNERS.

Well guys hate to do this review, hopefully it's a one off. Waited over 2 weeks for return visit to take care of back of home because tech for some reason couldn't do the same job every other tech had done in the past. She did keep us informed, as did the office. Tech did show as scheduled later. Problems are: (As I described to your office once that day, again 3 days later after not hearing back from Termio or supervisor, then to a manager I was connected to on the 3 day later call back) first noticed the terrace drain screen kicked off which I replaced, that lead me to note our 2 foot tall lantana *** on a stake we've had for the 3+ years we've lived here was broken off it's root, tech must've known because the *** with stake was re-stuck in ground about 3 feet over! That was the destruction, I also noted a stick trap completely full not replaced, then where there used to be 2 other sticky trap leading to door were just gone and not replaced. I described this visit to each of you as the apparent angry tech visit. Since I called the 2nd time yesterday still nothing in return. We'll see what happens today because I was told the supervisor had just returned from trip and was in meetings. I took pictures.

Termio came to our house when we moved to AZ in June . They only came once. They've been charging us $117 every year for doing NOTHING. We didn't sign any contracts. They gave us back $117, but they still owe us $117 for 2020.
Termino Pest Control is a SCAM
Termino Pest Control is a SCAM. They send you a letter saying you have termite coverage through them, but you never signed up with them before. They just "start" the coverage on your behalf without your permission. This is a scam. They are trying to trick you into signing up with them for termite service. This is NOT how a business should be run. I never talked with them about pest control, nor did the previous owners of the house. I have termite service through my closing from the previous owners with proper receipt and documentation. There are 4 other complaints on ComplaintsBoard.com against this company for this mailing scam and they're still doing it. I will keep working to bring light to their scam. I have time.
