The Blow I booked a haircut and color with The Blow Co

I booked a haircut and color with The Blow Co. Salon online for 11/13 at 4pm. They charged me $40 on 11/3. But on 11/13 at 2:15pm, the owner called me to cancel due to a stylist's family emergency. She said she'd call me back to reschedule. I waited until 5:30pm before calling them for a refund. They said it'd take *** hours to hit my account. I called again on Tuesday, but they told me to wait another day and call after 5pm. I called on Friday after 5pm, but still no refund or call. I want my $40 back since they cancelled on me.

The Blow I moved to a new place and used The Blow Co while living in *** from 11/19-6/22

I moved to a new place and used The Blow Co while living in *** from 11/19-6/22. I had a $99/month subscription to use their services. I cancelled my subscription in July because my husband has Alzheimers and needs my attention. But the owner, ***, continued to charge my credit card $99mo for 10 months (7/21-4/22) for a total of $990. I talked to *** and she said she couldn't do anything because it was done through her third party billing system. We had a three way call with the billing company, *** and myself, but the billing company said it would have to be resolved through ***. *** then told me it was her policy to only refund one month. I told her that the policy didn't apply to me because I had cancelled my subscription and stopped using her salon, but she continued to charge my credit card for 10 months. I tried to contact her to resolve the issue, but she usually refused to take or return my calls. She never apologized or admitted any mistake. She finally refunded $99 to my credit card in 5/22, but I asked for a letter from her indicating that my credit card info and personal info had been removed from her system, which I never received. I still get texts/offers from her salon, so I don't think she has done this. I worked with my credit card company and they reversed 4 months ($396) of the fraudulent charges. I asked *** to credit my card for the remaining 5 months ($495) of fraudulent charges, but she has refused to respond or do so. So I am turning to the ComplaintsBoard.com to help me get the remaining refund of $495. Thanks for any help you can give me.
