Beware of The Chennai Mobiles: Overpriced Local Brand Accessories
I wouldn't recommend purchasing any accessories from The Chennai Mobiles. They only sell local brand products and they tend to overprice them with their own MRP stickers. I recently bought a tempered glass for my S7 Edge and they gave me one from the "In Base" company, which is a local product that can be found for a cheaper price in the local market.
They charged me 1200/- Rs for it, which is definitely not worth it. The tempered glass doesn't stick properly to my phone and the touch quality has become worse. I have to press hard to use the touch screen. So, in my opinion, spending 1200 Rs on this was an absolute waste. It seems like all the accessories they sell are local products. I advise you to be cautious and avoid buying any accessories from them.
Excellent Service and Fast Shipping from thechennaimobiles.com
I had a really good experience with thechennaimobiles.com. The phone I bought from them was super cheap, and the shipping was lightning fast. Plus, they made sure to protect the goods really well, so everything arrived in great condition. Whenever me or my family needs a new phone, we always turn to thechennaimobiles.com because they're the best.
One thing I really like about this website is that they offer a way to compare products. It makes it so easy to select and order the phone that suits our needs. The site itself is really user-friendly too, which is a big plus. Overall, my experience with this website has been really positive. I highly recommend it!
Ordering from thechennaimobiles.com is a breeze. It's so easy to navigate through the site and find what you're looking for. And the service is top-notch. The best part is that the delivery is super fast and it's absolutely FREE. The phones arrive in perfect condition, all factory sealed. It's like getting a brand new phone straight from the factory.
The customer support team at thechennaimobiles.com is really amazing. They have great communication with their customers and are always ready to help. It's really nice to know that they're there to assist if any issues arise.
All in all, I'm really happy with my experience with thechennaimobiles.com. I can't thank them enough for their great service.
Disappointing Experience at The Chennai Mobiles: Lack of Courtesy and Customer Service
I went to The Chennai Mobiles two nights ago at around 9:50 pm, near Phoenix Mall. The showroom was still open when I arrived, but as soon as I entered, the staff turned off the lights and told me that the showroom was closed. I was really disappointed because I had almost made up my mind to buy the LG K7. I had come with my wife, and the staff at The Chennai Mobiles didn't even show basic courtesy. It was my first time visiting The Chennai Mobiles, and it left a bad impression on me.
So, we decided to go to Phoenix Mall and entered Poorvika instead. The guy at Poorvika greeted us warmly and when we asked about the LG K7, he showed us a variety of models and their specifications. Finally, we ended up purchasing the LG K10 from Poorvika because of the way he treated us. We were really impressed with the customer service at Poorvika.
Anyway, I want to thank the staff at The Chennai Mobiles for their "customer handling."
Beware of The Chennai Mobiles: Poor Quality, No Invoice, Cash Only
So, I recently went to this place called The Chennai Mobiles, which is located near the K4 police station in Anna Nagar. My purpose was to buy a skin and screen guard for my phone. Now, let me tell you, these guys have a pretty interesting strategy. They actually apply the skin and screen guard on your phone before they even give you the bill. Sounds convenient, right? Well, not really.
The thing is, the products they offer are of extremely poor quality. I mean, they are from some unknown brands and yet they have the audacity to charge exorbitant prices for them. It's quite baffling, to be honest. And here's the kicker - they only accept cash payments. Can you believe it? They don't even allow card payments because, wait for it, their machine is broken. Yeah, I know, it's ridiculous.
But that's not all. They won't provide you with an invoice either. Why, you ask? Well, you guessed it, their machine is broken. So, instead, they'll ask for your WhatsApp number and promise to send you the invoice that way. But let me tell you, my friend, they never actually send it. It's just a way to avoid giving you any proper documentation.
Now, let me give you a piece of advice - stay away from this shop. Any shop that doesn't provide you with an invoice or accept card payments is most likely involved in some shady business. It's a clear sign of fraud, my friend. So, save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable place to buy your phone accessories. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
Horrible Experience with Tirunelveli Showroom at The Chennai Mobiles - Stay Away!
I had a really bad experience with the Tirunelveli showroom at The Chennai Mobiles. They totally cheated me as a customer. I bought a brand new phone, but it turned out to have multiple problems. When I gave it for service, their response was absolutely terrible. They kept asking me to wait for 2 hours, then 3 hours. It's been 5 days now and I'm still struggling to get my phone back.
Finally, I decided to ask them to deliver my new phone to the nearby branch. Yesterday, I called them to inquire about when I could get my mobile. They told me to go to the nearby branch and that they had already spoken to them. So, we went there, but guess what? They asked us to wait for another 3 hours! What the hell are they thinking? We don't have all the time in the world! I wasted so much of my time and money just to buy one phone. Do they think we are jobless people?
I'm warning all my friends not to go to The Chennai Mobiles. It was such a terrible experience that I've never had before. Don't ever buy a product from The Chennai Mobiles, or else you'll be fooled just like I was.
The Chennai Mobiles: Poor Customer Service, Lack of Interconnection, and Misleading Sales Tactics
The Chennai Mobiles - a series of stores (or say a brandname) for retail mobiles, tablets, and accessories business in Tamilnadu, India. Their customer service is very poor. They have stores on almost every corner of the streets in all populated cities, but there is no interconnection. You can't get service at other branches except for the one where you bought your item. When they sell goods, they do not properly disclose the pros and cons of any model. Instead, they push for some selected brands. They often advertise offers to stock off cheap Chinese items and entice people to purchase products from them. Their after-sales service is very poor. It is possible that they may deny to identify you, and you have to be a passing ball of many salespeople who are disguised as very busy and doing you a favor by spending a few minutes with you.
Suggestion: If you have other options, avoid these stores. Don't be greedy for offers, as you will surely get a better price elsewhere.
Disappointed with Vivo Phone and Samsung Level U: A Plea for Honesty and Integrity in Sales
I recently purchased a Vivo phone and Samsung Level U from The Chennai Mobiles. I was disappointed to find that the phone does not have a headphone jack, you know, the little hole where you plug in your headphones. I mean, seriously, why would they give you a pair of headphones with a phone that doesn't even have a headphone jack? It's just not right, you know?
And let me tell you about the Level U. When I play songs on it, it sounds like the music is coming from a distance, even when I turn up the volume all the way. It's so frustrating! The guy who sold me this phone kept going on and on about how great it is, but honestly, I'm not impressed.
At first, I was actually thinking of buying a OnePlus phone. But this guy convinced me to go for this Vivo phone instead. He said he needed to activate the warranty, so he opened the box and put the SIM card inside the phone. Then he took a sticker from the box and stuck it on something else. I don't know what that was all about, but it just made me feel uneasy.
I'm just so tired of being taken advantage of by people who sell me electronics and other products. They always seem to push things that are either out of style or overpriced or just plain scams. It's not fair, you know? We work hard for our money and we should be able to spend it on things that actually work and are worth the price.
I just want to say to all the sellers out there, please have some compassion. Treat your customers with honesty and integrity. Don't try to fool us or take advantage of us. We deserve better than that. Let's all work together to create a world where people can trust the products they buy and feel good about their purchases.
Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Products at The Chennai Mobiles
Please don't buy the product from The Chennai Mobiles, guys. I bought a headset for Rs 600.00 and within just 45 days, the speaker stopped working. When I went to the Chennai Mobiles in Koyambedu, there was this really rude guy named Arul (Phone # ***000) who said it was physical damage. Can you believe it? They sell products that can't handle our environment, what a joke! They totally take advantage of customers and claim it's physical damage, not covered under warranty. I tried contacting their customer service at ***345 and they promised to call me back within 30 minutes. But guess what? No response at all! These people at the showroom just shrugged and said they can't do anything. They even had the audacity to tell me that I have to prove I didn't cause any damage. Seriously, I swear to God, I didn't do anything to damage it! If you try to argue with them, they'll threaten you. It's better to avoid this place, guys. Tomorrow, they'll probably give arrogant answers and continue their terrible customer service. Find another shop for your own good, trust me.
By the way, I'd actually be happy if they filed a case against me.
Take care,
G Saravanan

Disappointing Customer Service and Product Quality: A Review of Ivon Earphones
My invoice No. CH23/2021/673
INVOICE DATE: 06. 6. 2020.
I bought an Ivon earphone on the 6th of June 2020, which came with a 6-month warranty. I trusted the product and gifted it to someone. However, they encountered some issues with the handfree feature. There were problems with connectivity and a lot of disturbing noise. The person who received the gift lives in Hyderabad, so they returned it to me for further inspection.
Upon checking the earphone, I realized that it indeed had the same issues. Whenever I made a call, it would either be put on hold or disconnected. The noise it created was unbearable and gave me a terrible headache. I decided to return the product since it was still within the 6-month warranty period.
Unfortunately, I received a very disappointing response from your sales team and manager. Customer satisfaction seemed to be of no importance to them. They even forced me to take back the faulty product, despite its poor condition. It was disheartening to see that there were no business ethics in place.
After a lengthy conversation, your team finally acknowledged that there was a problem with the earphones. They informed me that it would take 7 days to replace the product. However, they later changed their statement and said it could be done in 2 days. Today, I received a call from your team asking me to come and collect the product around 4:30 p.m.
I requested them to check the new product before I collected it and asked them to inform me of any issues. They called me again and informed me that I should come and collect the same product that I had returned. They claimed that there was no defect without even sending it to the Ivon customer care. I am unsure how to handle this situation. It's not just about the money, but also about the responsibility of delivering a good product.
Please show respect to your customers and prioritize their satisfaction.
Unfair Pricing and Poor Customer Service at The Chennai Mobiles: A Warning to Online Shoppers
I bought this product from The Chennai Mobiles and the price on the invoice was MRP 2499/=. When I got home, I wanted to check its features online because the text on the box was too small for me to read. To my surprise, I found that the price online on many websites was 1499/=.
I called the store and they told me to contact customer care and gave me their number. I called customer care and explained the issue, but they hung up on me. I tried calling them 7 or 8 times after that, but no one answered. This all happened between 3.30 and 5 pm.
Today, I went to the store to return the product. At first, the store employee said they would take it back and checked to make sure everything was intact. But then they spoke to someone and said they could give me a discount of 500. When I refused, they told me to speak to customer care again. I talked to them and they spoke to the store employee. They asked me to wait, and I ended up waiting for almost an hour. When I insisted on getting my refund, the store employee abruptly refused and said they could only give me a refund of 500 as per their senior's instructions.
I agreed and asked for a copy of the bill so that I could file a complaint online. The store employee immediately said they couldn't provide a new invoice or cash, but suggested I take any product worth 500 instead. They claimed it would have a negative impact on the brand if they gave me a refund.
I was shocked and surprised that these guys knowingly overcharge compared to the market and get away with it. I don't know if I can take legal action against them since the MRP printed on the box is 2499/=. However, I urge everyone to check the price online before making any purchases. Paying an extra Rs. 1000/= for a product worth 1500 is excessively high, and that's what I'm against.

Disappointing Experience at The Chennai Mobiles in West Mambalam
I went to The Chennai Mobiles store on Govindhan road, West Mambalam, and I must say, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff there didn't seem to understand what I was looking for and ended up suggesting the wrong phone to me. It was clear that their main focus was just to make a sale, rather than actually helping the customers. This was really frustrating and left me feeling very unsatisfied. Overall, I would not recommend The Chennai Mobiles based on my experience at their West Mambalam branch.
Disappointing Experience with The Chennai Mobiles: Wrong Commitment and Substitution of Reno 8 Pro with Vivo V25 Pro
I recently had a really bad experience with The Chennai Mobiles. I was extremely disappointed with the shop and the behavior of the promoter, Avinash. He made a wrong commitment to me, which was really frustrating. I specifically told him that I needed the Reno 8 Pro, but he conveniently gave me the Vivo V25 Pro instead. It was a complete letdown.
Great Staff, No Discounts: My Experience with The Chennai Mobiles' vivo v27 Purchase
I recently bought the vivo v27 mobile from The Chennai Mobiles. I was a bit disappointed because there was no discount available for the mobile. However, I must say that the staff at the store were really good. I liked how they communicated with me, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions.

Disappointing Experience with Prebooking at The Chennai Mobiles Porur Branch
I had a plan to buy the redmi note7 pro from the porur branch of The Chennai Mobiles. They said that if I prebooked, I would receive the mobile within 2 days. I patiently waited for over a week, but unfortunately, I still haven't received the mobile.
Disappointing Experience with The Chennai Mobiles: Poor Customer Support and False Claims
I recently had an experience with The Chennai Mobiles website (thechennaimobiles.com) and I must say, it was quite disappointing. When I was making a purchase, they mentioned that they have a daily app that can protect your phone from physical damage and such. However, this mobile store turned out to be one of the worst I have ever come across when it comes to customer support.
Poor Customer Service and Low-Quality Tempered Glass at The Chennai Mobiles
The Chennai Mobiles is not the best when it comes to customer service. They really need to work on their relationship with customers. The tempered glass they provide for mobile phones is of very low quality. It is the worst when it comes to fixing it on the phone. The quality of the tempered glass is not up to the standard that one would expect. I made a big mistake by purchasing my mobile from The Chennai Mobiles.
Beware of The Chennai Mobiles: Overpriced Sim Cutting and iPhone 5S Panel
The Chennai Mobiles is a total fraud, I tell ya! They charge a whopping 100 R.S just to cut a nano sim. Can you believe that? And that's not all, folks. They also have the audacity to charge a mind-boggling 900 R.S for an iPhone 5S panel. But guess what? You can find the same panel for a mere 199 R.S at other stores. And to top it all off, those other stores offer sim cutting for free. Can you believe the nerve of these guys? It's downright outrageous, I tell ya. So, folks, steer clear of The Chennai Mobiles if you don't want to get ripped off.
Disappointing Experience with The Chennai Mobiles: Unprofessional Service and Lack of Customer Satisfaction
I recently purchased the Honner 9 Lite from The Chennai Mobiles website. They advertised that the mobile could be purchased on EMI with an additional cost of 3000 rupees. However, the whole experience was quite unprofessional.
To begin with, they included a temper glass worth 500 rupees and some other mobile temper without my consent. When I questioned them about it, they simply brushed it off and said that it would be like that. It seems like they just want you to make the purchase and then disappear, without any regard for customer satisfaction.
My overall experience with The Chennai Mobiles in Medavakkam was very disappointing. The lack of professionalism and the way they handle customer queries is quite frustrating.
Disappointing Experience with The Chennai Mobiles: Refusal to Replace Faulty Headphone
I bought a headphone from The Chennai Mobiles, located in Vettuvankeni, Chennai, for Rs. 600. Unfortunately, it stopped working after just 3 months. I was quite disappointed with this, so I decided to take it back to the store and ask for a replacement. However, to my dismay, they flat out refused to provide me with a replacement, even though the product was still under warranty. I must say, these people are nothing but a bunch of cheats. I strongly advise against visiting this place, even if you're just looking to purchase a small accessory worth Rs. 100. I wish there was an option to rate them with a negative one star or even lower, but sadly, that's not possible.
Poor Customer Service and Irresponsible Salesperson at Chennai Mobiles
I visited the Dindigul branch of The Chennai Mobiles on January 3, 3017. The person who assisted me lacked basic knowledge about the Lenovo K6 Note. He didn't properly explain the terms and conditions to me. Nevertheless, I still purchased my phone. Unfortunately, the phone had a sensor problem. I approached them to discuss the issue, but the salesperson treated me poorly. He gave me irresponsible answers and told me that it was my responsibility to read the terms and conditions before signing the bill copy. Personally, I had a very negative experience with them. I kindly request that you refrain from purchasing at Chennai Mobiles unless the salespeople change their attitude towards customers.
