constant run-around
ordered strobe lights for a police vehicle january 6, of 2022. after waiting for 5-6 weeks, tried repeatedly to get the order cancelled, but they would not. I was advised by email, to send an e-mail to accounting with all the information of the order, and refunds were automatic. this was not the case at all. they finally shipped the lights on april 11th. see below email.

sent them a message asking for a partial refund. they refused and put an order in for the parts to be sent from their warehouse. so, again I have to wait for parts before I can use the lights. Told them to forget it, I was not waiting any more and used velcro.
Absolute worst company to order from or do business with.
I certainly took the pandemic into consideration but this was just poor business.

They make themselves look big, but in reality they are a small little store with no employees or inventory. Nothing is in stock and they just charge your credit card and disappear. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Try it yourself, call them before placing an order, and no one will answer the phone. If you do place an order, wait a few days and you will get an automated email stating item is on back order, etc etc etc. It happened to me and I will make sure to spread this message to all my fellow firefighters!
What should you do once you get scammed by this company,
Here is what I did.
Step 1, call your credit card company or paypal and dispute the charge immeditely, if you do get any shipment from these clowns, make sure to refuse the shipment. Who wants to deal with a company and warranty if they can't even get the sale right?
Step 2, call the florida attorney general, as they are creating a file to keep track of their practices.
Out of state customers call 850-414-3990
Florida residents call 866-966-7226 its very important we call and get them shut down, so they don't keep ripping us off.
Step 3, call the owner on his cell phone and make sure he refunds you, (561) 339-1071
Step 4, send the owner a letter directly to his home, his address is 10640 151st ln n
Jupiter, fl 33478-6874
Step 5, spread my message, let everyone on social media know about them and not to order from them so we all don't get ripped off.
Step 6, file your own scam report.

I ordered a light bar on 12/19/18. My order confirmation stated that the item would be shipped within 3-5 business days. My credit card was charged immediately.
10 days later I did not receive my item, nor did I hear anything from customer service about an updated shipping date. I tried to contact the company and finally spoke to a representative. The person on the phone was very rude and lectured me that the item was on backorder and will be shipped "soon".
On 01/03/19 I tried to contact the company again for an update as I have not received the item or updated information yet. I could not get a hold of somebody via phone or chat, so I sent an email.
I received a response two days later that the item is in customs and is expected to be released "soon". Until today I have not received the shipment nor an update. I finally contacted the company again, spoke to a very rude representative who interrupted and lectured me constantly in a rude way and who cancelled my order on her own. This is poor business and worse customer service.
On a side note, I placed another order which included a free flashlight. I received my items after 10 days, the flashlight was on the packing list, but not in the package. When asking a customer service representative about it (same call when inquiring for my other order), I was told that the item is no longer manufactured and she is sorry about that. I never experienced such poor customer service and unprofessional business. Stay away from that company if you want to spare yourself a lot of trouble!

Today is December 14th 2018. I placed an order October 21 2018 and only received half my order. The Elemental 3 tir are on backorder and ETD wont answer any calls or reply to any emails about when i will receive my order. Luckly I found an email with Aspires email. On may 23, 2018 I placed an order (# 100856) for a mirage 12" tir mini light bar for my son's 21st birthday. He is a volunteer fire fighter and needed lights for his vehicle. The website claims that your order will be shipped 1-5 business days.. I waited 7 days and still had no shipping information. I called and called to try and contact customer service. Their phone system says it is connecting you to customer service but bounces around from we have no one available so send an email to leave a message and we will call you back.. I have emailed twice with no answer and left a message. I was able to get a customer service rep once through their on line chat. I was told my order was on back order and they offered to sub a cheaper light bar.. I declined that offer.. After several minutes they told me my item was in port but had no idea when it could ship. The item is now listed as available on their website and I still have no shipping confirmation and no product.. I have requested a refund via email and no response.. They took the money out of my bank account the day I placed the order and have provided me with nothing.. I ordered on 3/20/18 and the total was $76.91. I still have not received my products and I have asked for a refund several times now also. Many Professional consumers have filed many legitimate complaints against this company, and rightfully so. However, you are not filing you complaints to the right Legal sources-Quit preaching to the choir. File your legitimate complaints to the proper Authorities/agencies. Stop this blatant act of Consumer Bad Faith action by this company. Please Review carefully and thoroughly, these documents of AVC Agreement and FDUPTA investigative complaints by Dept. of Legal Affairs; and see if you find that: Aspire Sales, LLC, d/b/a Extreme Tactical Dynamics, and its principal, Christopher Dallmann, (collectively hereinafter referred to as, "Respondents"), have violated any of their AVC agreements by continuing to commit deceptive and unfair trade practices from June 12, 2017 thru to current.
The Respondents have a past, current and present history of incessant consumer complaints-for bad faith practices. These are facts and are a matter of public record. FDUPTA violations by any company need be REPORTED-Immediately.
In my opinion- as a professional, and consumer who has experienced and is currently experiencing most all of the complaints combined; This company is causing harm, injury and insult to the consumer of Good Faith, by a company of BAD Faith. Look at the Legal Documents and behavior. By Legal definition, these acts would be Tantamount to consumer fraud.
This would have to be decided by the Attorney General Office-Dept. Of Justice in the relevant State; Consumer Protection Division-Agency; Federal Trade Commission -FTC; OIG; and/or any agency that investigate Consumer Fraud and Acts.
Consumers have a Legal Right & Obligation to File Legal and Legitimate complaints.
This will Make and Keep America Great Again. Truth and Facts prevail.

I placed my order on 12/23/2017, six weeks ago. I got a confirmation email stating it would ship in 5-7 business days. When that didn't happen after about 14 days I sent another email and was told on a Friday that it would ship on Monday or Tuesday. Again, that didn't happen. Several weeks later, several emails later, messages later and several phone calls later, none of which has been answered, and still nothing. All I'm asking for is the equipment that I ordered and paid for. If not, refund my money so I can purchase from a reputable company.
I actually went on the live chat, and tols them i was interested in a product...and someone answered, come to find out my order was on back order. So instead of the red/white light, they are rending me a red one and they already sent me tracking info an hr later.
The orders always appear to be on back order. Funny how that works. I asked for a comparably priced item that I picked out and they ended up sending me that one. When I originally placed my order I was also supposed to get a free gift. Low and behold that is also on back order, so needless to say I won’t ever receive that. During this entire process I actually ordered another item from a different company. Also had problems with them but after some back and forth they sent me a much better item along with a couple of free lights thrown in for compensation for the wait.
I am dealing with the same situation!

i have ordered the same light, and email said 1-5 days i would receive a shipping #, its been 2 weeks haven't gotten another email and i cannot get in contact with anyone, the customer service here is horrible and will not be recommending them to anyone, and will be disputing the charges with my bank.
product was not as described on website, did not get the extras I paid, for will not return requests for contact.
my order #88917 Ranger split LED deck light, ordered on 11-15-17 received on 11-21-17 I ordered linear lenses at a $20.00 extra cost and when product arrived the order paper that was with it had a line drawn through Linear lenses, which to me meant I did not get Linear lenses. I also ordered waterproofing ant an extra $10.00 cost, there is nothing waterproof about these lights. the item description described and pictured the power switch and momentary switck in a plastic switch box which was what I wanted, It actually came with a cig lighter plug with the switches in the end which I did not want. there was suppose to be a 6 ft connecting cord between the two lights, it is actually about 5 ft. It was suppose to have a 10 ft power cord and it is less than 10 ft. I reached out to ETD via message on their webpage on 11-26-18 and no response, I called numerous times 11-26, 11-27 and 11-28 could not get through to customer service., I sent and e-mail regarding the issues on 11-27-18 and have not gotten a response. I also messaged them on Facebook on 11-28-17 and they have not responded to that either. The only thing that is correct with the order is the color combo.
