I went to the Tim Hortons on Far Hills in Dayton Ohio around 11 am on my lunch break two weeks ago. What I saw was honestly strange, but I didn't think anything of it. The RGM named Gabe who was very snarky from the get go (which I just brushed off because maybe he was having a bad day or whatever) but I saw him do something that I'm not sure is okay, but it hasn't sat well with me. After serving me, he proceeded to open up the children donation jars with his key and take money out of them and PUT THE MONEY IN HIS CASH REGISTERS! As someone who donated my very own change in there it shocked me. My wife saw it and said something to him about it, and all he said was he was keeping the money safe in there! My wife and I didn't buy it one but. I don't know if he stole money and used the donations to cover it up or what but it's very wrong and I will not be back at this location anymore! Gabe is a crook! The store number on my receipt was 10860 I believe...

I am very disappointed with the lack of service that I received at your Beausejour location I waited for a significant amount of time for some one to take my order. Everyone seemed to be busy except one lady (I believe her name was Stella) she was asked to take my order but walked away. Then another lady put down what she was doing and took my order as Stella watched over her shoulder and followed her as the other girl made my ice coffee, then I had to wait some more for my wrap and the store was almost empty. My wrap was barely grilled. Actually cold. Stella also did not have a hat like the others that were working.
lack of recycling
It's very upsetting that Tim Horton's doesn't recycle anything except what they can get a refund from.
With a chain as huge as Tim Horton's, and the sheer volume of product that is sold there that's recyclable, and that everyone else is encouraged to recycle, and does, even Starbucks, to keep unnecessary garbage from going into our landfills.
WHY does Tim Horton's seem to think they should not be accountable to do the same ?
I myself, and my husband, have bought reusable cups that we take each time.

I was at the Tim Hortons in Prince George BC located at 880 Victoria St yesterday afternoon Saturday July 14th 2018, where I saw an employee discriminate a new mother breastfeeding her baby. This customer was publically discriminated by this employee named Elizabeth. This woman should not work in customer service as her attitude is disgusting!
The new mother was sitting at a booth with her back turned to the serving counter; she had her baby under a blanket feeding. Which no one in the restaurant had an issue with, including myself ( or I assumed anyways ) Elizabeth at the 880 Victoria st location in Prince George Bc Canada, yelled at this young mother whom was also a paying customer from the serving counter over the entire restaurant ( employees and customers ) " YOUR NOT ALLOWED do that in HERE!" This poor customer is a new mother with a two month old baby, who's only source of food is breast milk. They come to your establishment because it's a family restaurant.. am I right ? This is why all us customers go there. But yesterday did not feel family oriented at all. Elizabeth discriminates not only the co workers she works with, but the customers as well. Yesterday was the most disgusting display of customer service I've ever seen and I have worked in customer service for 20 years; I now work for the government of Canada. I was a regular at this location for 10 years, and now I refuse to go back to this location until this Elizabeth employee is fired for discriminating paying customers whom are also human beings. The management at this location is very poor as Elizabeth didn't get any punishment what so ever from the store manager, and if this were my location, and my employee doing public discrimination to customers or other employees she would be fired. This is bad for your business and can result in a lawsuit if this young mother were to step forward and take legal action.
Another incident on gay pride day at this same location with the same employee Elizabeth, I was in the restaurant waiting in line behind a gentleman whom was clearly homosexual, and celebrating his pride (as he should!) . He was dressed up for the parade and in high heels waiting to order a drink and a food item, Elizabeth at this location gave this man the worst looks I've ever seen, she refused to serve this man because of how he was dressed and his obvious sexual orientation, this made the gentleman very uncomfortable and he got quite upset. Nothing was done by management for this incident either. Another staff employee happily served this gentleman with excellent customer service skills as Elizabeth stood back and stared at him making awful faces at him.
These are not the types of people you need working for such a proud accepting family establishment. She has a very obtuse and discriminatory behaviour towards multiple customers and other employees. And the one about the newborn mother gets to me a great deal.. this mother should not be treated like this from this store locations employees and the management at this location needs to take things like this far more seriously. I reported the incident from gay pride day, but I see nothing was done about it as she had to audacity to do what she did yesterday afternoon. I would like my complaint to go to a corporate representative whom will deal with this matter and employee accordingly, as she should not get away with such behaviour.

I just moved to Thompson, Manitoba: for the past 4 days I have been trying to buy my beloved Rasin Bran muffins (I buy 1/2 or 1 dozens). Every visit there is none. I thought if they are always sold out, should that not raise a flag to increase the stock? I asked the cashier when is the best time of day to come in and purchase, he/she have no idea. What gets me really mad in going in the drive through and told there is none. I try calling sometimes but no one answers. Tim Horton is my all time favourite coffee store, with best muffins, moving here seems to have the worst franchise!
cleanliness of the stores
This complaint is directed at many of the Tim Horton's across the GTA. We frequently go to have breakfast, lunch or just a coffee and increasingly we have noticed how dirty the tables, washrooms and floors are. Often there is no one walking around who is regularly keeping an eye out for dirty tables, no soap in the washrooms and floors that are beyond filthy and sticky! Steeles, East of Kennedy Road, attached to the Wendy's was so dirty just a few days ago and I was without my phone so I couldn't take a photo. Same with the Tim's @ Dufferin and Steeles. This is a problem that is getting increasingly worse with time and there really is no excuse why a customer has to sit at a dirty table and chairs, have our shoes sticking to the floors and a bathroom not fit for using. Please look into this with your stores as it has become a BIG problem that many customers are not happy with

Friday, July 13, 2018. First the language barrier, 3 workers were unable to take my order. How hard is 3 large double double and a ham and cheddar sandwich I ask you? When they finally figured it out and gave me my order I went home. The coffee had no sugar and the sandwich had no mayo/sauce. I took the sandwich back (I forgot the coffee because I was frustrated). I drove back where I told the worker there was no mayo, she said she would have to verify with a supervisor whether or not it actually came with mayo/sauce... so I said never mind I'll just speak to a manager. She sent Jade, a 'supervisor', when I asked for the manager Jade the supervisor told me quite frankly and with tons of attitude that the manager is not going to get out of his chair to talk to me, he has more important things to do. She absolutely refused to get the manager. Meanwhile her little friends (staff) are starting to gather around to hear/see this so she just got more bold. I told her about the coffee as well but that I didn't bring it because the sandwich. She said, no seriously, that if I wasn't going to co-operate she couldn't do anything about the coffee. She grabbed the sandwich from me and THREW it in the garbage and walked off. I started making calls, can't get a manager to save your life it seems. I waited 25 mins to get my sandwich (lo and behold it does come with sauce!). I literally had to go to the sandwich counter amd say 'hey I've been waiting 25 mins for my sandwich.'. I went back to the other counter because there were other people actually being served at the sandwich counter. 'Jade" picked up the sandwich and from across the room, held it up for me to see and put it down on the farthest counter for me to go get. In the meantime, there's a gaggle of teens blocking an aisle to the counter and, when asked politely, refuse to clear a path. Love this timmy's branch. They also all smoke pot (staff included at night) right outside the main door, like 1 foot in front of the door which makes it disgusting and almost impossible to actually get inside. So contact with any manager at this tim horton's is virtually impossible. Staff attitude is disgusting and unprofessional. Lack of service in english is pretty much a requirement to work there and as I'm told many times, I'm in quebec they don't have to speak to me in english (yes they say that). Product is mediocre. Every day I get coffee and every day it's a guessing game, will they put the sugar in or ... anyway I digress. I humbly request a formal complaint be made against Jade, supervisor. Her behaviour and attitude is detrimental to the 'leading' of her subordinates, horrible for this customer and reflects very poorly on this franchise. Her staff were gawking and giggling as this went on. These are not the actions of a competent supervisor or leader in any capacity. the poutine
I order a poutine from your Ville Emard store and I counted about 12 potato wedges for $4.39 I did expect more than that. I will never again buy that and just might stop buying coffee also which I buy at least 3 largest a day. I did take a picture of it and will send it to you to show you if you want me to. I also keep the receipt. Also might just post it on the internet so others won't get fooled in buying the poutine for that price then you can get a bigger one at any restaurant for a cheaper price.

icecap with a dirty coin at the bottom
I was finishing my Icedcap when at the bottom of the cup I noticed something moving around when I shook the cup to get the remnants of the drink. It was a dirty coin..a dime. I would have preferred a bug. Coins are well known to carry millions of bacteria and germs from handling. I do not have the strongest immune system plus, I have stomach and colon disease. I am terrified of what I ingested because of that filthy coin in my drink. I am consulting a lawyer friend of my family to see what my rights are.
at lunchtime not 1 cream soup available
I understand that there might be times that a particular item may not be available. But i believe its not too much to ask for at least one cream soup would be available. Such as cream of potato, brocolli, mushroom, etc. We have been to this tim hortons and there, s been no jellied doughnuts, one time i went and they were out of chicken, for there wraps. I think i should be at least giving the courtesy of an email.

Two times I have stopped at this store and have received the same thing on 2 for $4 special. The muffin hasn't been toasted and it has been cold I also always order my coffee the same when I go there. The order is large coffee black with six sugar and a double shot of espresso. Twice I have not received my espresso. I've reported it to management and he doesn't seem to care. Now I work nights and my breakfast time is 3:00 p.m. I late in the day but I've gone to other stores and not had problems.

hot drinks
for the longest time ever i have always ask for a 2nd cup as i drink black coffee. of course it is hot. well now ive been to tim hortons at moncton nb hospital where my hubby is getting chemo. so the young lady server rudely days WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE OUT A 2ND CUP. 1 other place i stopped said the same thing as it is owned by same person. But in miramichi nb an surrounding area i request an i get. why is this owner being like that. the sleeves are not thuck enough an it still burns my hand.

unable to ring up my order
I ordered a coffee and bagel this morning. This Tim Horton's location were unable to use the balance on my Tim Horton's app and did not make an effort to use the money I had on there. Though I had money left on my balance, I had to purchase my items through another means. No one seems to know how to use the app. Please educate the employees on how to use the app! Thanks

it's about getting served at the drive-thru. boston cream donut with no cream inside.
Dear Tim Hortons I bought a dozen donuts for the office and five of them were Boston creams. And to our disappointment none of them had cream in them. I am shocked and very disappointed because I paid extra for them but they didn't have cream inside. I emailed customer service but they were not very helpful. I would really appreciate a reimbursement for my disappointing purchase.

This Tim Hortons is at, 4595 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L4W 1J9. There is a supervisor named Thiva that works at this location. I as a customer seen her treating the other employees very badly in front of all customers standing there waiting to place their order. She would shout and yell that we are unable to place the order. She made one of the employee cry. This is not the first time Thiva has done this she has been constantly bullying the employees, over and over again. On top of that Thiva has been rude to me as well. The manager named Nash does not care how this employees are being treated. Complains has been made to him but he has not taken any action against Thiva. She is a rude supervisor and needs to be fired now. She has destroyed the reputation of this Tim Hortons at this location. She's a bully and very disrespectful. She never apologized to me. But she has given this employees difficult times that they cannot function properly, like taking order correctly. I demand to action taking place as soon as possible

I went into the restaurant Ajax 245 Salem Rd South Friday July 6th at 11:30 pm. The staff that served my food Akanksha on her name tag, honestly had really bad body odour, I think that is a serious problem that needs to be addressed or maybe she should't handle food and she didn't seem pleasant when handling my order. I really think management should take this girl off shift unless she can fix her bo problem. I could't eat my food.

I wad at the minden location and i parked beside the garbage area and drive thru. As i was getting my kids out of my car i smelled a strong odour of pot coming from the garbage bins. Am employee then came out in a black shirt! The name on the nametag was audrina. Whrn i entered she was im the store and was visibly impared. Are these the kind of people you employ? And that run other people? I hope you take this seriously

My 70 year old mother was at the 225 betts ave tim hortons location inside of Walmart with my son when my son got sick while enjoying his meal. The location had a tone of flies flying around which grossed my son out. My mother was forced to clean up the mess with her hands by the workers there. The Philippino lady working there was very insistent that my mother cleaned it up. My mother requested to use a mop or dustpan to clean up the mess and the lady refused. She further discussed with complete disgust that my mother asked to use the dustpan and mop to the other ladies. Nobody made an effort to help or offer to clean up but instead they watched and made commentaries. DISGUSTING. When my mother fishished cleaning up most of it she was then further called back to continue cleaning for the second time. It's disgusting how you treat your customers and your elderly. It was as if they have never experienced kids being sick which is sad since this tim hortons is connected to a dr office too. My son is now traumatized and no longer wishes to eat at tim hortons and my mother is very disgusted with how she was treated. My son is now embarrassed since he could understand all the commentaries that were being said about him and it is saddening. #disgustedwithhowyoutreat customers#shameontimhortons
