service/incorrect orders
Lambertville Michigan
I am very disappointed with this location. This used to be my favorite place. Our order has been messed up more than 5 times in the last 6 months. Went today to get replacement, manager acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. Jules/Julie looked at the receipt and saw the time/date recorded when I talked to her and then said ok I will fix this. She made the order wrong, then proceeded to throw the 3 sandwiches out and start making them again. She offered to replace order when I called then left out 2 hashbrown sticks. While I was waiting I ordered 3 large iced coffees, 2 cream/2 sugar in all 3, only 1 of 3 had sugar. I am very disappointed with service and attitude at this location. It's time the general or regional manager stays at this location and fixes the attitude problem and inaccurate orders.
3 hairs found on four cheese bagel!!
This morning (October 10th, 2017) at approximately 5:30 a.m., I went through the drive-thru in Whitby, Ontario located at 4051 Thickson Road North, and I ordered a four cheese bagel lightly toasted with four pieces of cheddar cheese. I ordered this in a combo with a peanut butter cookie and an extra large triple triple with a shot of espresso. This location along with another location on Simcoe Street North in Oshawa, Ontario constantly charge me for four slices of cheddar cheese and I only get two. This happens on a daily basis, so today I asked the lady at the window to confirm that there were four slices of cheese on the bagel and she said she would. I open my Bagel one I got to work and noticed that there were not only one but three pieces of black hair on my bagel... One long strand on one half, and one medium length strand along with one short strand of hair on the second half! This was absolutely disgusting! I have bleach blonde hair and these were bright black hairs ( picture attached). I am currently 7 months pregnant and obviously need to eat breakfast and this morning i was not able to do so because of this. I am simply appalled! I contacted the location mentioned above and they offered to replace or refund my order so I am going in tomorrow morning, like I do every morning, to have my back over placed but I do not think this is enough. I have been getting the wrong order for weeks now and I don't mention it because I'm in a rush every morning and don't have the time two way because everyone is so slow at that time anyways.
I hope to hear from someone about this as soon as possible. This is not acceptable and is most certainly not up to the standards of the Tim Hortons franchise.
large french vanilla
My wife and get out regular morning refreshments at our local Tim's. But time after time I'm getting tired of paying for a large French Vanilla and only receiving a medium size drink in a large cup. Now I understand it's the foam or so they say, but I believe the employees should take a little time to make sure it's full or the order is correct. It's not just with drinks, at times they can't even get 20 Tim Bits right. If I'm paying 260 for a large then I feel I should get a large fit that price not a medium. I guess I'll have to go back to asking them to make sure it's full and check my order before I leave. Even though I shouldn't have to do any of this. I know things get missed at times but this is a regular occurrence
steeped tea
At 1807 restaurant in Windsor ON. They always pull out the steeped tea early or hold the cup directly under it to fill the cup as its brewing. I have asked multiple times for them not to do this because it makes the tea taste like metal. I have talked to an assistant manager and many employees already. The same people continue doing it and act like its funny. I watched another assistant manager do it today, so clearly noone cares about customer service or the quality of the products they are selling. This has happened over 20 times so nothing is being said or done about it. I just won't go there anymore and I'll tell everyone else not to and what they do. If they brew steeped tea that way, I imagine many other products are also being prepared or brewed wrong and they just don't care. It's one thing if the employees don't know but they know. Noone cares there. I won't waste my money anymore.
bagel
I ordered everything bagel toasted with butter and peanut butter and small icecap
And they give me wrong way toast bagel and just butter inside not tost but not hot I told them I want peanut butter inside I don’t say on the side they tell me hear not aloud also they tost wrong way that’s why top side is burn. Plz take a step
I before work Tim Hortons 4 year as a supervisor in Toronto
greek yogurt
I purchased a yogourt for my lunch at 5:45 am on Oct 8 2017 at the Guelph location on Woolwich St. going through the drive thru.
Now I realize I did bit take a good look at it at the time however when I went to eat it there was no granolala, very few berries, and only a little yogourt. Not very satisfying or worth the price paid. I know that tgere are standards and formulas for making various items at Tim Hortons and I think there needs to be a review. This is not acceptable. There has been several mix ups at this location as of late.
unethical behaviour
On October 8, 2017 at approximately 6:28 am. I bought a combo #2. At 1615 Ellesmere Road, store # 2951. I was asking the cashier what kind of egg is it? She answered with a rude tone to me and saying " have you not buy sandwich from tim hortons?" I told her that I am asking you a question don't answer me a question. She keep talking and talking.
I told her that I am going to report her and I want her name. She does not want to give her name and she has no name tag. She said she had the right not to give her name. At the same time she is making my sandwich, she is also handling the cashier. Which is against your policy. As a customer I have the right to ask a question on the food that I am buying.
I would appreciate if you will respond ony letter.
Thank you

markville mall - tim hortons restaurant
I am Double Double Visa card holder enjoying free weekends. It's not the first time I have trouble to get my offer at Tim Hortons at Markville Mall. Staff there may be new/part timers not familiar how to scan and serve.
1st time, I was told to buy coffee in order to get these. 2nd time said they said they could not offer rewards and sent us to other Tim Restaurant...
Today at 8:30am Saturday, a new male staff scanned my codes twice and said invalid so he seek help from an experience co-worker. She said my code is for regular muffin only not pumpkin spice muffin. She requested to look at my phone. After that they scanned again and said that my code was scanned, used and declined. That early in the morning where can I use it except they themselves. I don't mind to lose one free muffin but really frustrated to deal with non-sense. This is the only Tim Horton restaurant I always find troubles with. Other restaurant I visit always good.
They really need training on electronic devices like bar code, scanner and customer service.
unethical behaviour
So, I asked for an order of: 1 green tea double cream, double sweetner and a plain crousant. The screen at drive thru showed only large green tea with double cream, and nothing else added. So, I repeated my order that I want medium green tea with 2 cream, 2 sweetner, and a plain crousant. At this moment, the sever (Indian Nation) push her tone of voice up and say "I know" in such a rude way. As I drove up at the door, now she asked me that "Am I order a large regular?" (and her attitude is just unacceptable). Then, I said No, I ordered a medium green tea with 2 cream 2 sweeter with a plain croussant. She said "We make it now" (with a smerge on her face), and without appologize. I've been a favorite customer of Tims in years. But this young Indian lady is one of the sever that should be trained better in order to have the right manner toward customer. I hope my complain will support your company improve your customer service at Tims. Cheers!
customer service
Just left your store on cobequid road in Lower Sackville had to tell them 4 times what I wanted and got to the window only ro tell me there was no decaf ready and I would have to wait 5 mins so I told them to forget the coffee and give my money back I asked for the supervisors name and she said she was the supervisor... not sure how she got the job being as stupid as she was. This happened today... friday oct 6th 2017. I will never return to your store ever again perhaps you should give IQ test before hiring because every store is the same slow [censor] service. If I dont get a reply and something is not done to train that supervisor I will go to the media. the time of day was 5:10 pm so you m8ght want to see who the little girl supervisor was on this day
why is your regular small size portion chili the same size for the large size?
I ordered the large chili for the extra $2.00 to go on more than one occasion and to find the regular or the smaller size and the large are the same size. I paid the extra $2.00 to get a bigger portion size and the employees can’t explain to me why that is or is perhaps the franchise owners want to rip off their loyal customers. Please fix this problem before I start to spread it all over social media. The 2 locations that I experienced this are Rutherford and Jane Street, and Rutherford and Melville in Vaughan.
Thanks,
Phil
ice capp I received with a piece of wire while drinking it
I usually go to tim hortons a lot, because it's fast and convenient. Well I just recently went there yesterday, and while drinking my iced capp in class I felt something in my mouth. I ended up casually taking it out, and realized it was a piece of wire, looked like from one of those green scrubby cleaners. Not sure how or why this would be in my drink, very disappointed and grossed out. Not sure how it even got in there. The picture added is the piece of wire on my page of notes in class. This easily could've been a choking hazard if I would've swallowed it.
coffee
i ordered two french vanillas both were half filled (have picture to show if needed) i also ordered a stepped tea and was givin a coffee. when i asked them why it was only half filled they said that’s what the machine gives you and they couldn’t do anything about it. absolutely ridiculous i’m paying $5 for the amount of one large coffee and also getting my order wrong
driveway attendant
I order an ice cup vanilla in a drive thru, the lady who answer the line is kind of sarcastic. The conversation was,
I had been served always with warm welcome by derive attendance. She was very rude from very start, when I ordered she was not giving right answer for my order for ice capachino. She was diverting with different answer, which I didn't asked. I need to request again and again and explain to her. She seemed to be so frusted locking person.
When I reached on drive thru counter, she started argument with me rather asking nicely. She makes me frustrated and boil me so much and force me to say her that you are acting like stupid person.
She said that she will get my car plate number and she's going call police. Two of them now are trying to threatening me & she said that she shaking with anger. Please check your video recording in order to verify her action towards which was really disappointed appointing me someone who representing the timhortons this way. Looking forward to hear from you on this issue.

scheduling and management of location
I am the parent of an employee at the Maple Ridge location at 23181 Dewdney Trunk Road. I have been hearing many of our child's fellow workers complain about this store scheduling outside of availability. Many are working the shifts (which include early mornings, evenings and graveyard) outside their availability because they are afraid of retaliation or lack of shifts for speaking up. Many of my child's associates are thinking about leaving due to this issue. They have school or transportation issues that make working theses shifts difficult and dangerous. Many having to walk long distances in the dark as there is either no public transportation or limited buses running. I would love someone to look into this. The loss of staff who actually love their jobs due to such an easy and correctable problem is sad. I too work for a large global company where I regularly perform scheduling and I understand the difficulties associated with young adults and school schedules but minimum availability requirements protects both sides as long as managers and staff abide by the rules.
lack of acknowledging about meal
Back in sept 2016 when I first visited Timhortons I asked if chilli is vegeterian dish as I knew at many place it has ground beef. But employee there assured that it is complete veg. And then I after I kept on adding chilli on potato wedges. But today I asked about other dish if it was veggie and then employee infromed it is not. Then i ordered loaded wedges and then she said if i m vegeterian then y i m ordering chilli! Today after more than year I got to know that chilli has beef. I am pure vegeterian and this was shock. Either employees in 2016 lied about chilli beung veggie or you guys have changed recipie recently( which I highly doubt not the case). If you could just put little paper having list of veg option in tim it would help a lot. Aint saying to put it on digital board but just on piece of paper and it will help a lot.

Dear Sir/Madam:
The store at 81 Street & 167 Avenue in Edmonton Alberta needs to get its [censor] together. Today I bought an extra large coffee and one pack of hockey cards i gave the attendant four dollars and got no change. I told her the cards are 99 cents with a coffee. She told me no they are 1.50 plus tax ? Earlier this week at the same location i ordered an extra coffee with one cream. When ingot home the coffee was a double double.
I am tgroughly pissed off with this as training seems to lack knowledge by its employees. I am not impressed and i doubt i will ever go back as they dont know crap at that location and is a poor customer service location.
cashier
I went to the tim hortons today morning of sept. 29, 2017. I asked to the lady for a coffee and at the time of billing she refused to accept my cash because i have changes only. She told me that "i m not accepting your cash because i already have lots of change". This is just ridicules because i was went there in between from my class and didn't bring my wallet. I could not went back to my class and stay again in que for waste my time. I will never go this same store for have anything.
very unprofessional and rude customer service
Hi
I went to Tim Hortons at 7018 Islington ave Woodbridge Ontario Canada, today Sep 28 at 1.10pm. I was in rush and I used the drive through and ordering via microphone. So I ordered one medium honey lemon tea and one medium double cream and sugar on side.
So when I was ordering I was confused and mistakenly mentioned medium steeped tea honey lemon & medium double double and sugar on side. And I didn't realize that I made mistake. and I was keep saying it and the lady Saima with rude tone commanding me but not correcting me. She mentioned very rudely 'don't say double double when you need 2 cream' then was laughing with her colleagues. I was so shocked with her reply, that I expressed my feelings by saying 'wow' and she mocked me by saying 'wow' and then laughing again.
Then I reached out to window and asked her why she was laughing when I was ordering, she was rudely blaming me that I made wrong order and if I get wrong item then it will be on them. I told her that 'yeh may be I may did not realize that i was doing wrong but what kind of behaviour is this?. What kind of customer service is this?'. and she was keep arguing with me and never apologize. then she was handing over the tray and realized I didn't pay yet, she snatched the tray out from my hand and saying 'do you want this or not?' I was so shocked by these that I told her I am going to complaint about her, she showed her gesture by hand which meant do whatever you want to do she doesn't car, and close the window.
I have been customer in this location for years and never had this kind of incident in my life, I am so depressed, brutally hurt and now I can't work because I can't think straight. On the top of it, she gave me wrong item, I asked for honey lemon steeped tea, found its black steeped tea.
I believe Tim Horton take their service seriously and that is why they call them they are in our neighborhood to serve better. If so I want an apology letter from this store by mentioning that this will never happened and they will give proper training on customer serving and ensure they treat their every customer very well.
I would look forward to your reply.
Thank you!

coffee container
This past weekend I visited the Tim hortons in northville michigan. While there, I purchased a container of Tim hortons coffee (has the resealable red plastic lid). The plastic lid has a split on it. I have continuously called the store to get a resolution only to be brushed off.
Me and my family live in Alabama and the store is in northville michigan. Driving twelve hours to make a return is cost prohibitive so I suggested to whom ever I speak with at the northville location that I simply mail it back with the original receipt to receive a refund. Each time I speak with someone, they will say, "let me take your name and phone number and I'll have my manager call you back". This (being the phone calls) has taken place multiple times which is why I am reaching out to someone at a corporate level.
PLEASE HELP.
Respectfully,
Neil Gutowski
