Tim Hortons Bad service and some compliments.

Went to the Tim Horton's 7288 King George Hwy Surrey at 5:AM Sat. was surprised to find the doors locked and the restaurant empty the drive thru was open. Went to the Tim Horton's at the Esso at the corner 72 Ave. and KGH the cashier gave good service the one small Indo girl at the Tim Horton's counter did her job. The other Indo girl insulted me then told me she didn't care about her job and that I could report her to head office. The 3 sandwiches plant based were good. This all should be checkable by the video security tape.

The place out front is no longer a gathering place for addicts and the homeless the washroom improvements are great. "Walked by the Esso at 72 Ave. and KGH some brown skinned guy with lousy clothes was urinating in the bushes by the car wash but instead of facing towards the car wash he was facing the sidewalk and KGH his wang clearly visible he was being watched by a brown skin with a green shirt with some horse design the whole time and they walked away together. I told them there was a washroom inside the Esso they could use it is clean and modern. Yesterday at Tim Horton's the one by the District 3 cop shop just after 12 pm saw 3 Indos fighting in the drive thru. Didn't see how it started young Indo guy with black Champions t-shirt and grey sweat pants was losing he was thrown onto the parking lot asphalt then punched into a bush nearby biggest Indo maybe 30 wearing a red baseball type hat which I sometimes see the gang not tough guys wearing at Kelly's Pub across the parking lot got into the drivers seat of a light blue vehicle van type FH7-80P Oct. 2022 green ICBC tag. He was agitated, upset but did not interact with the 3 of us watching from inside the Tim Horton's the other Indo got into the passengers side and they drove thru the drive thru and away. No injuries that I could see to anyone. The guy who lost the scrap ended up talking to a tall Indo Tim Horton's employee and in a bit a squat Asian uniformed RCMP officer pretty quick GRC response time don't know who made the call but it wasn't me. I remember some racist putting up posters calling for a boycott of Timmies I mailed it to the manager.

Tim Hortons Service and Order

I go to the Tim Hortons by my house almost every morning. ITs usually a wonderful location - However today there were new staff on (As I have never seen them before)

And the customer service was horrible. They screwed up my order not once, but twice. I mentioned the first time it was incorrect, the second time the outcome was worse.

I was there at 5:30 AM this morning I ordered a large decafe orange pekoe tea, 3 almond milks and 2 sugar, and a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with butter.

What I received the first time, was a large steep tea and the cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. I kindly mentioned that this was not correct and explained my order again. One employee started arguing with me and then that employee and another employee started having an actual screaming match with each other in front of me about the order.

They re did my order all while arguing and yelling at each other, and this time I received a coffee with two regular orange pekoe tea bags and another cream cheese bagel.

No matter what I said they were not listening to me. They were wrapped up yelling at each other. Its unfortunate that the order was so screwed up because unfit staff. I have never in my life experienced this kind of behavior in a customer service/ restaurant environment.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of the order at the very least

Tim Hortons Orange Pekoe Tea

It was early in the morning On a weekday and I was at my local Tim Hortons at Greenwood and Danforth in the Esso gas station. I had ordered an orange pico extra large tea with three milk and three sugars. The employee had used hot tap water to fill my cup. And she is friends with the cleaner at the Esso gas station. I didn’t expect this kind of treatment from her. I was a paying customer. I was disgusted by Tim Hortons staff. I just left my tea on the street corner.

Tim Hortons opening door

Just visited a tim horton. (Aug/25/22) appox. 7:45pm .As i upon arriving at the door. i use my body part to open with wheelchair access button. An employee (taking out the trash) saw me do this. Argued with me about " i should have not use my body part to open door". i Asked " this that button clean and if he know that there is a virus ( COVID) going around". Employee did not like that comment. So i cancel my order and left.

Desired outcome: Train your employees on Etiquette and show some respect on their customers.(Dont forget i pay there Salaries.)

Tim Hortons Tim Hortons Rewards System

The Tim Hortons points system is the absolute worst I have ever come across. Tim Hortons need to be fully transparent and disclose every "rule" they have associated with the points system. Despite earning the points from purchases...they make it almost impossible to use. For example, you are only allowed to use points towards one item (and even that is not guaranteed) and this was never advertised anywhere! If you earned the points, you should be allowed to use them in any way that you want (multiple items in one visit). They have a bagel belt listed for 220 points. Have tried to redeem the points for this and was not allowed too because it was the MAPLE bacon and not REGULAR bacon. Yet this isn't advertised anywhere! Next time, will not be purchasing the item if this occurs again! Once I do get through the points already saved, will not be returning to Tim Hortons.

Also, you are never offered a receipt so cannot do a feedback survey as it requires a receipt number. I have posted my review online also.

Desired outcome: Be allowed to use the accumulated points for multiple items in one order and for all items since I had earned them through purchases already.

Tim Hortons Tim hortons Canned Soup Cream of Broccoli

I recently purchased a tim hortons brand cream of broccoli can of soup from Food Basics on Eramosa Rd in Guelph, I ate it the other day and got food poisoning from it , i would like to complain about this , i have attached 3 separate photos of the can hopefully you can get all the info you need, I feel that i should not have gotten food poisoning from soup so I believe you should reach out to apologize and offer me something To show how sorry you are [protected]@gmail.com

August 21, 2022 at 7:15 pm went into the Tim Horton's in Berwick Nova Scotia. Server was waiting on one customer and talking to her co worker at the same time. Co worker was going on her break. Server took some time to make the customers drinks, this was fine except for the fact that at the same time she was talking to some of her friend setting at a table...

Tim Hortons Employees

At around 2:30 p.m on the dot today 8/20/22 i decided to get a coffee from Tim Horton. As i drove in to the drive through i noticed a group or people outside in the customer area hanging out feet up just enjoying life. I think nothing much of it. As i stop to place my order im greeted by silence, again i think not to much of it,the coffee is worth the wait... after all ive not had my coffee all day. I wait for a good 5 -6 minutes and finally im annoyed. I decided to leave and get my cup of coffee somewhere else. As i drive out i noticed the group of ppl were all wearing Tim Horton shirts(THEY WERE ALL EMPLOYEES)... i made solid eye contact with all three at the same time as i feel the lack of coffee in my body weakening very drive to muster the question... so... instead i continued driving to the next Tim Horton all hot and bothered thinking to my self... I WILL HAVE VENGANCE!

Desired outcome: Id love for the reps to chose different break times allowing coverage for customers such as my self to get their much needed coffee.

How hard is chili?

It's pre prepared. You scoop it in a cup.

Nope ... was all over the cup,. over priced water

1/2 a bun... really cause a whole bun will break the

profit bank ?

The guy behind the counter FORGOT that 1/2 and

proudly advised this was his third chili of the day and

none of them got buns.

Ya I am re thinking this as my lunch place.

I counted 8 staff behind the counter and it took 3 of them

to make my order.

Really ?

Tim Hortons Tim Hortons Paspébiac

Door were open 5 minutes ago, made my mobile order and now can’t get in they locked the door. doors are always closed. Not allowed to make mobile order, they scream and say go through the drive through like everyone else! Bad service. Very long wait, drive through always over 45 minute wait.

Please do something about this, they are getting worst and worst. What is the point in having a Tim Hortons in the area if their always mean and never let us do our orders.

Desired outcome: Have a meeting with the staff how to interact with clients and at least if the doors are locked let us make mobile orders (smallIce capp sometimes 2 ice capps). Thank you so much.

Tim Hortons Incorrect order RUDE employees

I ordered a caramel ice cap and was sent espresso with a drop of cream and ice. DISGUSTING.

I called and was rudely told to call the delivery driver, have him come back pick up my drink and deliver the correct one. I called and was laughed at.

I called back and spoke to yet another rude employee. I was "put on the list", but was definitely made to feel like a liar.

This is the second time in a row I've not gotten the correct order. Make no mistake, I will NEVER spend my money at Tim Hortons again.

Tim Hortons Paying for a courtesy cup

While ordering my coffee today at a local Tim Hortons. The server informed me that I will have to pay for an extra cup so my husband can split an EXTRA LG while sitting in your store. But the server is not allowed pull apart the two cup that are stuck together. We usually buy 2 EXlgs, one to have in store and the other to have the next morning at breakfast. I understand that you no longer offer ceramic mugs when having coffee in the store.

I already pay 5.11 per visit. Another thing if I buy 2 ex lg coffee separately I pay 4.95, So where does 5.00 come from. We customers are no clueless.

Tim Hortons General operations.

I have been visiting Tim Horton's since the original was opened in Hamilton many years ago. Currently now living in Northern Ontario in town of Lively. Utilizing that facility for drive through or sitting inside it has become clear changes need to be made for my group of friends to continue utilizing this spots facilities. I will list just a few of the concerns we experience on a daily basis:

1. The floors are like a pig sty. No one takes a broom or mop to the floors during the day.

2. During the evening hours there is no set time for open and close. Sometimes 6pm. some times 8 pm depending on staff issues. At 8 they inform us it is time to leave you have 2 minutes to complete your coffee and doors will be locked.

3 The tables are not cleaned and when we ask for a table to be cleaned we are given a rag to complete the task. REALLY

4. With concerns to COVID the soap dispenser has been broken and hanging for at least 2 months. Which makes me concerned again for the cleanliness of the store.

5 At evening hours there are young kids working with no management available. During are sitting for coffee they have loud rap music playing which we have asked to be turned down. The staff are playing tag and carrying on loud conversations with friends sitting at tables.

6. With that in mind the kids a group of 10 have purchased a drink from across the street and sit at 3 or 4 tables so others coming in have to leave or sit at one of the dirty tables. Shouldn't a Manager or Lead hand put a stop to this going on.

7. No management is on duty or providing proper service training to staff. We know this from the signs posted on door outlining the time they are closed on a random basis due to staff issues. Secondly by the carrying on that these kids due during their shift or handling of customers. Certainly the kids cannot be held responsible for these complaints or lack of cleanliness, it is strictly a management issue which needs to be addressed. Cannot imagine leaving an ongoing business running with no management present on nightly basis.

8 Our small group of friends decided to try another Tim Hortons to see if there was a difference. We didn't stay long enough because floors were not swept and tables were sticky and dirty. Along with that a women had diffculty paying because the pay machine was dirty and sticky and had to have an employee wipe it so she enter her pin.

9. I find the service and quality you are providing have diminished greatly over the years. We can blame some of it on COVID but if you have people working behind the counter and they play tag, yell at each other from one end to the other and joke with unpaying friends sitting inside, I would think they have time to clean tables and sweep floors. With that in mind your staff do it strictly because management doesn't instruct or just don't care your franchises are heading on a downward spiral.

I ordered two donuts, one plain old fashioned and one chocolate glaze from the Tim Hortons at 424 Main Street, through delivery service and did not receive them. I am located at 130 South Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo, NY. Order number 9922. Order date was August 8th 2022.

Tim Hortons Steep tea and bagels

I just came to drive Tim Hortons drive thru

I ordered 2 everything bagel DOUBLE toasted with butter and cream cheese and I I also asked for steep tea but I got an expired coffee

How do I know that coffee is expired?

I worked as a manager of Tim Hortons 2 years back That’s why I can differentiate

This poor quality of service is not acceptable

These people have screwed my overnight shift

Desired outcome: I don’t want money I want good service and I want the servers to get a warning

Tim Hortons un-respectful way from working staff

I am leaving near Tim Horton 52-king street, saint john new Brunswick, I used to take my coffee and stay relax after working days. Today, one of the staff asked me to leave the restaurant if I did not order for another order, I am allowed to stay here for only 30 minutes per order, I did ask her, where it is written something like this, I never heard about it, she told me , it is a new rules and will be published soon, and asked me to leave the place, and explain that, I am seating in special chair every time I went there to stair on the working staff ( they me be sick people), you need to make sure about how the staff are trained to deal with customers and how they try to understand them and show more respect to the customers.

Tim Hortons Drive thru

10 Cow Bay Rd, Eastern Passage N.S. This is the location that I have issue with. Today I waited 20 minutes in their drive thru (which is pretty normal) 10 minutes was behind the car at the window. I finally turned my car off & waited. Multiple orders out of this car & 2 drinks & 2 food orders had to be returned & refilled. The truck behind me was able to back up & get out of line to leave but they had already taken his order. I have spoken to the manager before but she comes off very defensive & very rude. Absolutely no people skills. Thank you for your time.

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to go to this drive thru as in other drive thru's in a reasonable time. I am at Tim Hortons on a daily basis & this is the only location with the worst service.

Tim Hortons cleaniess of store

We were in Tim Hortens 45St Wasaga Beach Ont yesterday Aug 4th,2022 at

12:30pm.

There was not a clean table to be found and the garbage was just over flowing and the floors should have been cleaned. I had to clean my own table.

I could understand a little bit better if they were short staffed for it was really busy but that was not the case. They always seem to have the time to stand around and talk. Do I really need to go to another Tim Hortens in the area which I know are always well kept. They should all be clean.

Desired outcome: Make sure the table are clean and there is room in the garbage cans.

Tim Hortons Harvest Breakfast sandwich unavailability

In the last week I have been to four different Tim Hortons in the Toronto surrounding area and your product, harvest breakfast sandwich, has not been available. As a person who likes to eat vegetarian, and loves the other offerings from Tim Hortons, I find this very frustrating Trying to eat more healthy. Again, this is not one specific location but several. Whether it’s lack of demand or too much demand, I find it unfortunate that every time I go to enjoy this very good product, it’s not available. I appreciate the vegetarian options that you are putting forward and want to take it vantage of them.
