eggs, and bottled water
i am a regular customer at tim hortons. while waiting in your usual line ups i often think what is so special about your bottled water that you have the audacity to charge 1.79 a bottle, when a case if 24 bottles can be purchased at say no frills for less than 2.00 dollars. also, an egg costs $1.50 at one tim's and $1.25 at another tim's. i understand business runs on making a profit but the shameful gouging that goes on in today's establishments is just apalling. why does an egg cost one price at one tim's and a different price at another ?
tim gift card
Hello i visited 2155 maissonneuve east TH drive thru and went inside to ask for 7 gift cards totalling 100$ to give to my employees as a gift. After being put to the side by the employees on duty (at least 2) to call the manager for an authorisation (?) the answer that was given to me was : " We would accept one but we my manager doesn't want us to proceed with that order...thank you.
I crossed the street to A and W for a pruchase of 7 gift cards totalling 100$
By the way, my employees took less than an hour after receiving their cards to visit the A and W and spend over 145$...not bad for a monday night
I'm counting on purchasing monthly gift cards for my employees. Tim Hortons WAS my first choice...
Is this a policy for Tim Hortons ?
If not is this a policy left to the managers of the stores ?
After my wifes frustration with you guys sunday for not accepting her point card for having the nerve to purchase a second coffee in less than an hour at two different locations you refuse 100$ of my business the next day *the branches for my spouse were Lachine 1st coffee and Notre dame de l'ile perrot for the second coffee.
Win me back because you are on the point of losing two 365 days a year customers for the last 15 years
rewards program
Good afternoon.. I am a regular Tim Hortons client. I use your wonderful rewards program and enjoy the free coffee after a purchase of 7. His morning at 6:24 am I went to the London Line Tim Hortons in Sarnia, Ontario and I thought for sure I'd get a free coffee as I know that I go daily to Tim Hortons. I bought an XL three cream and a medium double double. I handed in my rewards card and paid $4.05. I later went back around 10:45 am for another coffee, still no reward. I drove off and decided to check my rewards history online when I returned home.
My transaction history showed that I do in fact earn a reward a 6:24 am, however I was not awarded my free coffee. I did call the store as I know a few of the lovely ladies that work there, however they cannot issue me the reward without permission. I do completely understand that. I also complained about the young lady who served me as I am an early riser and she is the same woman who serves me in the drive thru every day.
She truly is not an asset to your organization. she is young, and very rude and abrupt. She is also the won who took my card and never gave me the free coffee and my transaction history says I paid her only $1.71 when in fact I paid her the regular $4.05.
My guess is that she is pocketing the money from unsuspecting reward clients. I am truly disappointed. I get that it is small potatoes in the grand scheme of things, but why offer a program when in fact the reward is not forth coming by dishonest employees. The lady who served me is named Emily.
Truly disappointed.

I wish to bring to your attention that I had purchased an Ice cap. . For a second time I have had a mess in my vehicle not just in the cup holder. The first issue was due to the cup having a slice down the side and it leaked out. Today the lid was not on it correctly and when i went to pick it up from the side the lid came off and went everywhere. I now have to have my car professionally cleaned. The photos are from today.
edmonton international airport - arrival tim horton location
Hello,
It is already 1 week that customers are not able to use Tim Horton Card nor Rewards at that location !
Is it deliberately or negligence on part of management ?
Note says :To our Valued Guest: Tim card system is down .We only accept debit, credit and cash ……
Other note says Dear Guest, Unfortunately we are not participating in the Tim Hortons Reward Program at this time...
This is happening lots (not being able to use Tim 's Card at EIA Tim's there) .
I hope that something can be done about that location :)

very slow customer service and dirty tables not being cleaned
Store # 2770 west lethbridge ab. I am a regular customer of this store, however, the service at the counter has deteriorated to the point where customers are tired of waiting and walk out without being served. Tables are not cleaned in a timely manner and I had to ask for one to be cleaned before sitting down. Seems to be an adequate amount of staff working except at the ordering counter. Limited choices for product as they seem to be continually short or out all together. Some staff members appear to be unable or not trained properly to prepare orders, ie. Toasted cheese sandwhich. Sometimes the cheese isn't even melted, not cut and burned around the edges.
floors and bathroom dirt

Ladies Washroom.
Toilet paper all over the floor. Some with poop. The door handle leaving washroom dirty.
The floor in the restaurant dirty and very sticky. My shoes were sticking to the floor. There were black smear marks from a mop everywhere. The sign for caution, wet floor up.
My strawberry smoothie was disappointing. It was not drinkable. Strawberry flavoured water.
Absolutely disgusting !

bad service
Was at tim hortons at Masonville mall in London Ontario Friday June 8. I placed my order for a small coffee and was told to wait in line for for it. 7 people on a small counter and I waited at the counter for my coffee. 5 people were served their food when I asked about my order. I was standing at the counter when I had to step aside for other customers to be served. No body questioned why I hadn't been served even though I was making eye contact with 3 of the workers and they weren't busy, they were looking me in the eye. Service like that tells me you don't want my service and when I take my family out we will not be going for coffee and donuts at tim hortons, that's for sure. What happened to your service, it used to be decent but now it's unacceptable. Your employees actions at this store go against your mission statement, "quality leader in everything you do"? Definitely not in service and it doesn't matter how good your product is if your service stops the customer from coming in. This Masonville store sure did damage last night because McDonald's makes a good coffee also with better service.
tim hortons customer service
Today we went to this outlet as my son wanted him to buy him a hot chocolate from Tim Hortons. We had some other foods with us. So we planned while he was drinking his hot chocolate we will finish our food. But the cashier lady told us to leave the outlet with our food that we bought from outside even she didn't let my son to drink that hot chocolate that...

I started working for this employer May 21.
At the interview Dawn the manager told me that I was being hired for midnights, she also told me that we share tips in the store. I expressly advised Dawn that as a disabled person who doesn't drive, that I could only work either midnights or afternoons as I rely on buses and I can't get a bus for a 6am or 7am start time.
After I was hired I was told by Dawn that I was being hired for midnights. Both these things turned out to be a lie.
She only had me working day shifts, starting at 7am. I have never gotten my fare share of tips. I got nada, zippo! This was in addition to the nasty behavior of my coworkers Shayna, Bonnie and Hudson.
Bonnie during my first shift by myself She was giving me a hard time about the ice coffee bucket needing to be filled. Instead of asking me nicely to do it, she comes up to me and sarcastically says " usually the person on this side of the counter fills the coffee bucket." According to her I was on had to be solely responsible for filling the ice coffee bucket. Yet I was busy on counter.
Shayna thought it was hilarious to keep deliberately blocking my path and doing these ridiculous jirating dances, and going back and forth across the small walking space so you could'nt get by her. The other people on drive thru thought it was hilarious. When Shayna wasn't dping this, she was bad mouthing you to the other people on drive thru, calling people stupid, idiots etc.
After speaking with Dawn and the general manager Melissa about the issues and getting no help whatsoever.
Went to the owner Mary about the issues on June 6.
All she did was get angry that I had contacted her about it. She told me " I don't appreciate being called about this".
According to Mary you have to be on day shift for a month before going to midnight shift because no one could possibly be fully trained after only 1 week.. Yet my trainer Joel has taught me drive thru, counter etc and he and I were doing drive thru by ourselves quite capably. yet I was still on day shifts.
I explained that . I rely on buses so early morning start times are really hard for me.Every time I have to come in for a 7am start its incredibly challenging as I rely on buses so I end up taking a cab into work. I live on Bridge st over by Martindale Rd.
I don't appreciate being lied to about what shift you were hiring for. I'd like to be put on the shift I agreed too
Supervisor told James to be on counter with me but he chose to go on drive thru. So Hudson was on counter with me. Hudson kept slumping over the till doing exasperated sighs " I'm so tired".
He was no help at all.
The Female baker that day kept giving me a hard time any time I needed dark roast coffee for a customer. According to her I was only allowed to use the carafe on front counter.
According to Joel we normally get an average of $9-$10 a day in tips.
The tip cups were full every day that I worked yet I still got cheated.
redeem of free beverage
I went to redeem my free beverage today and ordered my usual London fog . When it came to redeem she told me it doesn't apply to this drink and charged me. Then my free beverage was lost and it brought me back to one beverage reward out of 7.
I want my free reward back and I don't understand how that location won't redeem London fog when the other location I go too does

Hi
I picked up doughnuts from your outlet. I saw flies in the closed display sitting on the dougnut and complained to the attendant. She conveniently told me its just a fly, charged my card and handed me my doughnuts from the same place. I had to take a picture to complain about this and she also questioned me why I took a picture. Please find attached. It was disgusting. Your standards are very poor. I doubt going back to Tim Hortons again!
constant lack of supplies
This is the 2nd time I've complained about this store. It is not representing your franchise well at all. Literally every other time I come here they are out of something. Today and the last time I came they were out of waffles. Then they didnt have ice in and off for a couple of months. Etc etc etc. I'm tired of my time being wasted and if I were tou I would be mad that the franchise is being represented with such carelessness, especially for customer service. This is in regards to your store in Buffalo on Seneca street near Bailey Ave across from Lenco Lumber. I would appreciate a response. I can be reached at [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com
Thank you,
Laura Shriver-Brown
coffee maker
TIMS you can do better... I bought a coffee maker from you and it is always over flowing and keeps spilling the grinds in the coffee. We went to exchange it we were told we needed to contact Tim Canada and send it back at our COST! it is not even a month old. The Tims in Claresholm basically said NOT THEIR PROBLEM! I have called and email you guys with no response.
keurig coffee pods
I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the last package of coffee pods I purchased when I realized they changed the packaging and ability to recycle the pods. One of the reasons I switched from Starbucks coffee was the same pods you have now switched to. The previous pod style you used were extremely easy to pull apart for recycling and are now almost impossible and extremely messy. I can't believe you wouldn't have a test dept to thoroughly examine this. I am sending this picture because I think it says it all...
I'm afraid I will be switching...
These Tim Hortons pods have forced me to McCafe! The TH pods are impossible to take apart without making a mess and the the netting has to be scrapped out with a knife. Terrible quality control.
straws out of paper
So what idiot figures trying to suck your drinks through paper is a good idea ? You eliminate plastic straws and replace with paper that do not last 5 min in liquid so I can not drink my Ice Cap . So some [censored] thinks they are saving Turtles who snort 8" of straw up their nose, yet we are still given plastic cups and lids to dispose of. No thinking involved there was there ? WE do not have sea turtles first of all and if you think that one video is true better think again, how in hell is it possible for any earth creature to snort a straw, (fake video), and you believe the hype that you are saving the planet cause you stop the use of straws, such stupidity. So now you can glass, steel or plastic line your straws to make them usable
A glass straw, what a wonderful idea. f'n idiot
coffee
Keep getting coffee that lids smell perfume in many of locations

steep tea and homestyle biscuit

Read full review of Tim Hortonshot chilli and butter
When I order chilli from the window service it comes with butter. They always put the butter in with the chilli and despite my asking that this not be done it continues to happen.
My issue with this is that the butter melts and leaks into the bag getting grease all over and on my car upholstery.
I am extremely upset over this as it stains.
