I would like to inform you that I love tim Hortons coffee and and occasional doughnut. But recently Everytime I go I to this Tim Hortons locations at 608 Emily Drive Clarksburg, WV.26301 the doughnut case is disgusting, has ants in it, crawling in the doughnuts. At the self serve station. there is never any coffee made it it is old and taste nasty. I have spoken to the store manager Stacy about it also to the other workers and no one cares. I have also spoken to the BFS employees who are on the other side of the store. nothing is being done about it. The fact is you are losing business because Stacy the store manager says she don't care. And in top of that half the time it isn't even open due to they don't show up on time to do there job. Knowing most of us loyal customers come here everyday between 6-8 am. And there is never anything fresh made the only options left over from the previous day.
products unavailable!
It was 7:30 am & I drove to the Tim Hortons in Sutton Ontario anticipating my usual bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin.
When I ordered at the drive through I was told there was no bacon- ok so I went with sausage. When I actually got to the window to pick up my order I was told there was no bacon OR egg. So now my bacon, egg and cheese could be a double sausage. Yuch!
This is not the first time I've had problems at this location but it is a major problem for Tim Hortons. Running out of bacon and eggs at 7:30 am?
I have also had bad luck with your customer service department not taking complaints seriously so I doubt anyone will see this. In order to confirm that you have received this complaint & let me know what is being done you can contact me at [protected]@shawpercussion.com
tim's rewards
I don't understand why you only allow one reward point per total purchase.
Everyone that buys one item gets a point.
E.g. today I bought 5 coffees, got one point
Why don't you support those of us that buy multiple products.
Even if you gave 2 for purchases of 2 or more.
It seems like it devalues the concept to 15 - 20 purchases to get a free.
Seems unfair, not like the competition.
I guess it may be good because people will just give up on it.
Disapointed
owner
I would like to remain anonymous. Regarding store number 0133, 3370 & 3013
This owner needs to be looked into. I worked there for nearly 2 years and the turn around is just horrible. The owners are rude and disrespectful to employees in front of other employees and customers. In 1 year over 100 employees quit over the 3 restaurants, if not more. They treat people like [censored] and lie. They promised me a pay increase but instead just used me for 2 months to handle the manager position for 13$/h what a joke.
Someone once passed a fake USD 20$ and he made me pay for it. Unbelievable that they treat their staff so poorly. I have no idea how this guy was given keys to run this business. They receive so many complaints and nothing is ever done. I cant believe it.
false advertising
We just had soup at Tim Horton's. The prices were coming up higher at the till than what was advertised on the displays. I mentioned it to the clerk who got the manager to come. "Prices went up" she said, "but we just haven't changed the screen yet". She agreed it was wrong to do that, but just walked away and required us to pay the higher price. There were some policemen that came in after me.. I should've filed something with them since we do have laws against that I thought. Maybe I shouldn't complain about just a 20 cent difference, but if it is just 20 cents... why didn't the snobby manager just refund the 20 pennies?
garden vegetable sandwich
We ordered for two garden vegetables sandwich and medium iced cap. We asked for extra cheddar cheese along with the cream cheese, and the sandwich we got had no cream cheese on it, the veggies were not fresh, specially cucumbers were gone bad. Really unhappy with the food. Worst experience ever had. We will never choose Tim Horton from now. They charge $17 and the food was not at all up to the grade.
simply sausage breakfast sandwich
Went thru drivethru on 5.27.19 at 0700 at Armtrong BC Location. Girl on Drive thru speaker was short and a bit rude. I ordered a simply Sausage breakfast sandwich no egg, slice of cheese and a bottle of coke.
When I got home, the sandwich has no cheese, bagel is burnt. I called and complained.
Every time, and I mean everytime we go thru this drivethru or even into the store, our order is wrong, from coffee, tea and food burnt etc.
How hard is it to put cheese on a bagel and not burn it? Usually we have to go back and get a new one as they always add an egg.
I realize that if the restaurant is busy things can be hectic and mistakes can be made, however the number of times we have not been given what we have ordered is ridiculous.
We want to continue to support our local Tim Hortons but we are frustrated with the lack of service and the mistakes that are made on a regular basis.
When I called in the manager on shift was very professional.
I do hope that you will seriously look at this location and make positive change.
service complaint
I went to come Merivale location in Ottawa ontario. Ordered 2 turkey club meals with ice capp. I was charged for 3 meals $27.65. Than refunded $4.25 which wasn't correct when it was $6.99. So they refunded me again but this time $9.24. As Im half down the parking lot the lady comes running after me saying he refunded to much back, ask for $6.75 back and took $7.00. I will not be going back anytime soon or at all because first they made way to many mistakes on my order I feel I lost money and got ripped off somewhere in all the mistakes let alone they wouldn't even give me my copies of receipts to comfirm everything. I also didn't appreciate the cashier chasing after me in the parking lot because of mistakes they have made. Not pleased at all with the service. As a cashier myself this was all unprofessional. I can understand one mistake but can't understand 4 mistakes and chasing after a customer. Macdonald's isn't even that expensive for two meals.
price info
Why is it that I pay $2 for a large coffee at all Tim hortons I have been to except the one on algonquin rd in sudbury. They have been charging $2.05 for the past month. I thought all Tim hortons were the same price as it is a franchise. When asked they said price went up. Why only there. Are they ripping people off. Just need to know what is happening and why prices are different
manager attitude
Went to the Tim Hortons located at 4920 tomken rd unit 1 in Mississauga.
I did my order in the drive through when paying for my order I said debit and the manger said ok you can tap which I replied sorry no I deactivated that. In that response his whole demeanour changed and started to give me attitude on how it takes time to put in pin and that they're going to change the drive through that it will only be tap soon. If that is so that is very wrong to do on many levels.
With my luck while he was on his rant his machine was not letting me pick my account which I told him and his response was it's your card go speak to your bank in A very rude demeanour, told him again and showed him that it is not letting me pick the account he took the machine tried himself and than started to ask me if this is a pre paid Visa card in which I replied if you look at the card it says interact. He started rambling on and on how my card is the problem I got fed up came into the store and used the machine in the front counter and when it worked he kept asking the girl at the counter if it worked which it did.
At that moment I told him that he needs training on how to speak to customers and needs to change his attitude
He's the manager at that location his name is Rezza.
He cannot speak and act like that towards paying customers and when being in a manger position with such negative demeanour he should know better.
eastwood - terrible service always!

Subject: PLEASE RESPOND ! URGENT!
# 1 I have visited your Tim Horton's Eastwood location on over 23 occasions. It was good when first opened however has gone down hill ever since. I visited the Eastwood store 3 times this week and every time they were out of donuts. How can a donut shop be out of donuts? Someone is not paying attention to what is available in the front of the store. I also ordered bacon/egg biscuit four times the past week (April 1-6) and each time the bacon was not cooked despite asking for same. Well I visited again Saturday morning and asked for two egg/cheese biscuits at 10:20am and they said they cannot make without bacon. TH's web site says they can. Then the attendant says they have no biscuits, muffins and only one bagel. Once again left very disappointed. This place needs proactive management and is losing business to nearby J-Co, Krispy Kreme and six other places that have donuts/breakfast ithin 2 blocks!. Perhaps I need to advise Franchise Management in Canada that their PH stores will close if they continue to mismanage their stores here.! They are probably losing 50% in sales revenue each week!
# 2
Visited Eastwood Tim Hortons May 25 at 6:37pm. Ordered an 'everything' bagel with cream cheese. They said not available. Ordered two chocolate chip cookies and they said not available. Ordered frozen hot chocolate drink and they said not available. Asked for the manager and he said they have ordering issues. NO THEY HAVE LONG STANDING MANAGEMENT ISSUES AND SHOULD CLOSE. This is not the first time it happens always! TERRIBLE!
WHEN WILL SOMEONE RESPOND TO ME?

coffee
Hi,
I regularly visit Tim Hortons located in Castlegar BC since last few months the coffee being served to me always has a burned taste, I have previously worked at Timmies for about a 1.5 year and I know the quality standards. I have seen coffee pots not being timed and being served, a few times I asked them about it but every time they say its Fresh. I'm fed up of complaining to the store manager (Rona) but she says sorry but after one or two days same thing happens again either there won't be enough cream or sugar if its not the coffee. After yesterday's incident I lost it what happened is I bought my everyday coffee was going to work half way down the road the bottom of the cup started dripping which ruined my work shirt and my car seats and cup holder coffee every where in the car, coffee cup comes for 2 dollars 10 cents I had spent 200 bucks to get my car cleaned just day before this incident and now again I have to spend more money to get my seat covers replaced and get it cleaned. Will never buy coffee again from this location.
employe and supervisor
Hi
I am one of regular and loyal customer in timhortons i order three ice cup she open window drive through she was not looking at me she grap money she close window i ask her to take my tim card she said its to late i cancel and re do it plz she refuse to serve me and i try to talk to manager she said to go whatever u want i dont care we work close by all our staff complaining about this branch thanks
asdfg
I would think that someone that is old enough to drive would know how to spell better. I would think that someone old enough to drive would know that she is not refusing to serve you. The transaction is already finished. You should have asked her to take your card BEFORE. Basically you are an adult acting like a five year old child. She has every right to refuse service. You see even the manager does not want you back with your behavior.
service
I was at the Tim Hortons, 120 Queen Street South, Streetsville, Ontario location on Friday, May 24 around 6:45 a.m. As I was standing in line waiting to be served, the Tim Hortons employee behind the counter was at one of the coffee machines and yelled out and demanded to her co-workers loud enough for everyone to hear: "Who put the filter in the machine?" When no one answered, she individually asked her co-worker at the next cash and her co-worker behind the swinging door, in the same demanding tone of voice, if they put the filter in the machine. Each employee sheepishly responded that they did not know. To which the employee asking the question responded: "Okay, I'll just have to check the camera."
I was next in line to be served by this employee and after witnessing this scene, felt I had to say something to her about her behaviour. I told her she shouldn't talk to her co-workers like that in front of customers, to which she responded, "What do you mean, ma'am?" I told her she was berating her co-workers in front of customers to which she responded, "Well, you don't know me". I told her what she did was rude. She was obviously not happy with my feedback and dismissively handed me my order.
I am a frequent customer of Tim Hortons and I'm surprised your organization tolerates this type of bullying behaviour amongst your employees, especially in front of customers. Needless to say, I will no longer attend that particular Tim Hortons.
quality of product
I have ordered a sausage crossaint(bfast) and the buns was burnt, presentation is not good when i open my sandwich looks like just slam in the wrapper so disappointing. Northside Lethbridge branch near Legacy ridge tim hortons location. Pls also teach your order taker how to greet customers right (lady working in the morning shift), her tone is not even friendly
grilled cheese panini
It's not just one location and I've had good ones before but every time I've gone to get them around buffalo they don't melt the cheese and I can completely pull apart the bread from the cheese both sides with no resistance. Like why have paninis if not one location can make the simplest one correctly. I'm providing pictures so you can see and I wish I'd been taking photos for each time I've went I'd hoped that different locations would not stay consistent but they've all been disappointing. Making your drive thru line move faster is not more important than making food properly an extra 30 seconds to melt cheese is worth the money I have to pay for it
drive thru squished broken bagel
At approximately 8:50am May 22, 2019
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a multigrain bagel toasted with cream cheese after I arrived at work and opened my bagel it was completely squished and broken into four pieces I'm absolutely appalled at this terrible service this is not the first time this has happened to me going through your drive-thru throughout the city.
THIS particular drive-thru was on Jefferson Avenue in Windsor Ontario
What happened to quality control this should really pay attention to what they're literally throwing out the window at us
instead of the staff being obsessed with their drive-thru times maybe they should be more obsessed with efficiency first through the drive-through then worry about how fast they should be going
Thank you for your time,

cash register
For many years I have been going to the Tim Hortons at 424 Main Street Buffalo, NY. The last 2 weeks their credit card machine is not working. How can you be on the corner of Main and Court Streets in Buffalo, NY and not have a credit card machine? They have 2 registers. The second register is fully functional, but the never open it up. I am someone who buys a Tim Hortons card. So I am sure to have my money, for a large steep tea, for every day. I can't afford to pay cash after I have already paid for my tea with the card. Isn't it something your company would want to be fixed right away?
hot oatmeal
Tim Hortons # 102877- 3 Road. This is probably the worst set-up, worst run, most incompetently staffed Hortons in the country ! Today I was unable to get HOT OATMEAL - Guess Why? They forgot to make it !Now don't tell me that it is gone from the menu. I order TOASTED-it is not toasted. You can never get PEPPER!The place is usually dirty, a garbage unit that overflows (only one for a restaurant that seats over 100 people !
The place is so loud you would think you were at an airport !
Fix this place up or shut it down! Re-decorate with SOUND ELIMINATING BAFFLES!
Train your staff before they meet the public!

tim hortons whole beans
I bought a bag of Tim Hortons whole beans. Took some beans out of the bag to grind and I found a rock in the bag. I went to the Tim Hortons restaurant and they didn't know who I would call. So I googled. Hopefully this is the right way to do it. I kept the rock still. I've been buying beans for a while and have never had any issues. And I recently bought a new bag and it's been fine so far.
