This tim hortons has to be the slowest one in cape breton island, there are 18 people standing in line, they have two registers however only one is serving actual people in line the other is making orders from the tim hortons app. If you are going to accommodate online customers ahead of actual people you should strongly think about getting a third register just for online, clearly it's busy enough for that. One should not have to take back seat to an online order as i'm sure the workers make nothing from tips with online orders and they surely are not making tips having people in store waiting over 20mins for an order. Absolutely ridiculous... Tim hortons really needs to rethink this stores priorities!
