Tim Hortons review: Not happy with my last visit 326

This is not the first time it happens to me... Always my order soemthing wrong with it... I always order cafe mocha with chocolate whipped cream they charge me for it and nothing on it at the end.. Potato wedges i am sure that its not only 6 pieces in the box.. And tonight i asked for ceaser salad i got garden salad ... William kitchener location.

What happened to Tim Hortons? Coffee was terrible and service was confusing.
Coffee was served mildly warm. Lost a customer. Very dissatisfied 😒.

Hi I'm big time Tim's customer. Specially breakfast. Today morning I went one of Tim Horton at Steels and Tomken I oder breakfast and asked them to open the washroom for use . They told me we don't have a key only open after 6.00 am. I realize they don't want to clean the washroom again. Customer urgently needed. Really bad for Tim's customer

your breakfast wrap seems to be getting smaller and smaller but not the price

I worked at tim hortons for like 3 years and i come to work and do my job to the fullest. Well yesterday october 4th 2017 the owner manan came in to the ecc store and was cussing at me calling me names becuz his little store doesnt have no products and everything is broken.

I bought the coffee all in water inside the cup and they are laugh for my accent

Staff is very rude in serving us. He treat us very badly. His tratment is base on nationality. For us filipino, he is traeting us very badly.

Every time I come to this Tim Hortons The bathroom is always dirty

Went to the Tim's on 10th and Trimble to get a black iced coffee. They didn't have it. How can you be sold out of coffee if you're main advertised product is coffee. Canada's best coffee? They are also constantly out of grilled cheese and have gotten my orders wrong many times.

I found in my cookie a very hard piece of plastic with a very sharp point, I bit in to it and had pull it out of my tooth I am not hurt and no blood BUT it would of HURT an kid or even a adult it was dam pointy

The store at Dewitt and Hwy #8 Stoney Creek is using a lid similar to McDonalds. The lid is raised and has the little flip hole. These lids are not easy to drink from as your lips don't seal around it as well. My recommendation is to please go back to the flat lids. This new style of lid looks nice with the Maple Leaf but doesn't work well at all

I have found the cut off to your milk bag in my coffee cup. How does this happen? Where is your quality control? How will this affect my health? How do I continue to buy my coffee from you knowing that I can be choked at any time by foreign objects?

Please advise ASAP

I was going through the drive through and I could hardly hear the employee at the Mic due to music being played really loud inside the trailer...it was around 11:45 pm...i know it's under construction and it's alot smaller atmosphere but please have respect for your customers

Don't know why they changed the filling inside this muffin. I wait all year round for the Pumpkin Spice and to get greatly disappointed to find the exact same filling as the carrot muffin. Please return it to its original flavor, this idea is disasterous and very unfavorable! So disappointed! ! :(

They failed to provide the proper amount of ordered items on the first day worth 15$ and now failed to provide 34$ worth of paid for food

I come onto my local tim hortons almost every day and I'm sitting here today listening to a employee in front of customers yell about not having anything ready but she has been here just as long I dont think its right people dont need to hear people yelling especially when your at work this employee always seems to have a, problem

This is my drink of choice. Every tim. I go to serves this with whipped cream. When I go to the one on cote deliesse in lachine they want me to pay extra for the garnish. I informed myself as per the recipe and indeed whip cream comes with it.can you please talk to this franchisee. To rectify the problem once and for all. Or I Will go elsewhere.Ty

First denied I made any order, I showed my visa transaction, they still denied. I have reported this to my Visa card and not going to any tim Horton again my life. Good bye.

today i went to order from my tims app as i always do and it wasn't working for me at all no menu was showing up etc. so i signed out and when i went to sign back in all my money was gone (27 something $) just disapeared and checked my tims card and it is empty. WHERE IS MY $ i am very angry and will not be buying at tims until this is resolved!

I was just in the drive thru ordering coffee, and the team member was rude. Was giving attitude and swearing. Upon asking for correcting my order she got upset and started mumbling something and still didn't do anything about it.

Went threw drive thru. The sandwich was flat; raw ; tomato . The Ice cap wasn't blended and you can see the different colours

Such a slow service ever I seen at this Tim Hortons it was big lineup and cashier only one he was doing cash and making food too at same time and other guy he was looking for lineup but not helping out ... I wait for my coffee for 20 mins what is that ?
My opinion they should hire more people

Tim Hortons put the price of a hot chocolate:5, 99$ but they charged us 6, 99$
You are responsible for this mistake? I know other stores's policy are that they can give us the money.

I think it's ridiculous that they don't serve them past 12 pm, even McDonald's does. It's highly unacceptable, please change that immediately. Thanks

The 24 hour store in owosso mi closed at 10. The lights were on and the girls, couldnt even tell us try were closed.
The pa system has been broken, and no matter when i go there always seems to be something they make wrong.

I bought a combo from Tim Hortons. The sandwich was burned and the veggies were soggy. I didn't have time to check my food at tims so when I came to the office and looked at it, I was disappointed. I have a few pictures from the food... if you want I can send them to you.

Can someone please explain why the garbage cans are all removed from the Westmount location in Edmonton? Curb appeal is key to a successful business and I'm sure you know this, however it's not showing right now and I hope it changes. People will stop coming to Tim's if you guys are going to cheap out on garbage cans.

You should be ashamed to have such snide, rude and insensitive employees. The Tim Hortons in St Cloud MN. should all have to undergo training on how to treat their customers. Commenting on a customers weight and what they order is not their place. And for a Manager to be saying such things should be fired.

I paid for a medium French Vanilla, and I got a small by the looks of it..
It was only 1.5 inches from the top.

tried to use another tim horton website and it is messed up. stopped in the drive thru to get a sandwich and ice coffee and was told they had dumped their ice machine and couldn't make ice coffee so i just left. i had been to mcdonalds (next door) to get an iced coffee there and they said they didn't have it and the girl was nuts.

I would like to know why Tim Hortons has removed recycle centers from their drive-thur? All Tim Hortons with this policy look like a garbage dump. The Tim's I frequent is at the corner of Major Mackenzie and Jane, and it looks disgusting. Please put back your garbage centers I don't appreciate my neighborhood looking like a slum.

Tim Hortons in Piqua, Ohio has a problem with it's employee's smoking week and abusing drugs on the job. When these issues are brought to the owner, Ryan Holand's attention, he ignores the problem and allows this to continue.

I was at the tim hortons on division st north which is located at the ultramar gas station and I said hi to will who is a regular employee and there was a transport tims drivers truck there too and some woman who was about 60 years old with glasses told me that she hoped that my exwife gets half my financial assets in the future druing my divorce

I visited this store and had two iced capp mocha, the quality is so bad tht i was not able to drink it and i throw it away.Its the first time that i got something really bad. I am a regular customer of Tim hortan, so i feel like to complain about it.

The tim Hortons closed to 403 on artesian dr... The management is very poor.. The manager of the location need to refresh his training. I was waiting for break first an they were run of egg...an the manager went inside an got an egg an throw inside the micro wave...without wearing gloves.. Plz take in to consideration.

I use to love tim's but since the communist government got rid of the penny none of you useless/thieving coffee shops have brought your prices into order, what's this, 2.29 crap? Stealing, how low can you go, never again, lost my business and their will be more.
