As i'm a regular customer at tim hortons everyday. I'm not happy with my last visit at the store on malden road in lasalle. Wednesday jan 30th at 2:45 I was on my way to work and stopped for a large coffee and a couple of donuts. When I got to the window I had asked the girl (blond hair no name tag) if I could please have the donuts in two separate bags and she said no problem, as she took my money she told the other girl (name tag said britt) that I needed the donuts in two bag and britts remark was oh my god your kinding me two bags! The blond hair girl knew that I had heard what was said so as she handed me my coffee and donuts she apologized to me for the wait. I really don't know how long your going to have customers when get treated like that. I felt like I need to pay for the second bag of even explain why I need two bags. I have now enjoyed my coffee at the other tim hortons in the area. I really hope you can fix this problem as you already have lost one good costumer.

And this is acceptable from TIM HORTONS Managers in Penhold AB! Please see photos on how a Manager in Penhold responded to an innocent post 10 weeks after another staff member resigned due to a hostile work environment.

I have gone to the Tim Hortons in Murrayville and for the third time in a row I have gotten the wrong drink. Let me tell you it's very frustrating to have gotten home and taken all the kids out of the van only to find out I was given a tea instead of coffee. How can you make this better? How do the staff manage to get this wrong all the time?

So every time there is a long lineup in Tim Hortons (Rogers Brampton location), employees do not allow me to pay with my gift card arguing that the machine is not working. It is interesting that behavior only happens when there is a long line up.

If Tim Hortons is not planning to accept Gift Cards, better stop selling them.

I ask for dark roast and they say no more. Then I ask for ice cap same thing. The reason because they were closing in 45 mins. The Tim I was referring is Gatineau Quebec at the les promenade shopping mall.

Hello! This is a great place for Coffee and wonderful employees. One thing i could not able to find in the place which i have visited is WiFi. It would be great if there is WiFi connection in every Tim's.

It took us almost 30 minutes to served us our order of 2 cold drinks what a horrible experience. Will not order again to tim horton or atleast to this branch. Employee seems to not care about costumer satisfaction and should be replaces or educated how to provide proper service.

Just recently the cups are collapsing when grasp from the top. This is the same method the server is using and I used for many years. I think the cups are loosing integrity are heating up.

I saw your latest commercial in Canada about the man who scrapes off his car to go to Tim Horton's. He only scrapes off enough to see in front of him. That has to be the most irresponsible commercial, when it is the law that all your windows need to be cleared off. Please change this.

Jan 3, 2017 i order a turkey bacon club meal an a turkey sausage meal. I did not receive all of my food. She claimed i did not pay for a meal an would not give me the rest of my order .We waited over 10 min to get my receipt.Customer service was very bad

I've been buying your 300g packets of fine grind coffee for yrs, today i opened a new pack and the flawed seem tore through and created a hole in the bag. The flat wire reseal also came off on its own so i am forced to transfer the coffee into a lock/lock container. I hope you can replace this flawed pack for me. I live in China.

Tim Hortons discriminates against those Off Gluten.

They offer no gluten free food options.

Very few staff members know what gluten is, where it is found and whether or not their products are gluten free.

I ordered a bagel and a meal and the pretzel bagel I received was tiny tiny tiny compared to my other bagel and there was little to no salt on it! On my tiny bagel there was only cream cheese on half of it and not a lot of it.

I have had very poor service at a few of your locations here in Nova Scotia. There have been multiple servers behind the counter talking & laughing. I waited 17 minutes for a coffee and donut! It is totally unacceptable to wait so long while servers are talking and laughing behind the counter! Improve your customer service & make an express lane.

About 1100 am on Thursday march 14 2019 came in need the bathroom before i purchased anything then the manager n a boy eas giving me a hard time saying we had to make a purchases i told before i was going to order but need the washroom here and im native and a white guy comes in and the didn't say nothing to him the opened the door right away

The iced cappuccino machine has been down for at least a month or more. Are they going to fix this? Seems like Starbucks is going to get some more business if this is going to continue to not be resolved.

Every morning I stop for a steeped tea at 530 and there is never any ready at this time. I have to wait for more than 10 minutes to get my order. This has happened fir more than 2 weeks now.

i order some coffee pods and when ordering it said med blend when i received the coffee it said light med blend are these 2 different blends or the same

Each time I've gone to pickup cookies in St. John's, NL (Avalon Mall Apr 20) I need to take them home and finishing baking them. Not good for products that are you are spending money on.

Two purchases with my Tom Hortons reward card are missing from my reward card #PG1VWY6WXD2K.
I have called and emailed several times, had no response. Calls to the company have long waits . Very disappointed with lack of customer service from this company.

This is not a big deal but I tried to use a ROll up the Rim coffee reward today and the associate said it was invalid and had to be used only during the promo period.

You may wish to inform customers of this beyond the fine print.

The chicken sandwich is the worst I have ever had, the chicken was like flubber, spongy texture, no taste, no spice, little bit of mayo, and nothing was hot, cold lettuce. Never again.

Ordered 3 dozen donuts and the lady that was working was very rude. Told me they needed donuts too! She was rude on the speaker and at the window. Not very proffesional!

I have 3 free coffees and 3 free donuts and when I presented one yesterday I was told they are nolonger good?
How can that be if I bought the product how can there be a time limit on them? Why does the complaint have to be at least 390

Second time in as many weeks that they have no iced coffee.
I ask why. Staff said its very popular. I said its only 10 am, there should be lots.
Something about it has to be made then frozen, etc.
I told her that i would go to McDonalds.

Not only once but this is the second time with the rewards card i should have gotten the free coffee. Yet I was charged for the 2 coffees. This rewards program is not up to its standards like McDonalds and Stsrbucks rewards. Very Disappointed in this system.

I ordered at the drive thru bagel with cream cheese and received a bagel with egg, sausage and cheese. Due to religious reasons I can not eat sausage/pork. I also don't know how they could have confused cream cheese for egg sausage and cheese. Very frustrating.

Worst coffee lids in the world! Another trip home to change my shirt after leaky Tim Hirtons coffee cup! This has been an issue for years! Why can't a big outfit like TH fix this problem? Even the local gas station has some lids that don't leak...unbelieveable

I when to four Tim hortons stores in Hamburg New York 14075 all day breakfast and I'm a frist responder and work over night and I had to drive to a different town to get a breakfast sandwich I feel when they say all day that it should be available all day and not stop at anytime makes me want to start going to a different business to eat

I buy tim hortons brand and pay quite a bit of money every time and got a bag yesterday at food basics in port colborne Ontario and paid over 8 bucks and bag was half full. Which is wrong due to the amount for the bag u should fill bag to top never had this problem before until yesterday
