We visit Tim Hortons at 183 Exmouth St. in Sarnia Ontario regularly. We also get the same employee regularly. This employee is not a happy person and shows it with her her customer service through her voice and facial expression. Although I understand we the people are going through hard times in today's world customer service should prevail. For example, today when I asked for 12 bags to put my smile cookies in for my 12 grandchildren. Not only did she hand them to me she pushed them into my hand with enough force that she pushed my arm back toward myself
Desired outcome: She needs to smile, be friendly, polite, kind and every other positive words to the customers of her owners franchise!
