TireMart Review: Great Service, But Coupon Issue for Disabled Marine Vet
I gotta say, TireMart is pretty darn good. They're real professional-like, ya know? But lemme tell ya, I'm a disabled marine corps vet, and I asked one of their chat room folks if they had any coupons or specials for folks like me. And she said they did! She even asked me to send a picture of my disability card with my VA ID number, which I did. I thanked her real nice, 'cause it meant a lot to me. But when I tried to use the coupon, it didn't work. Said there wasn't no coupon for that item. Now, I wasn't asking for a discount on a specific item, mind you. I was asking for a discount 'cause I'm a disabled marine who got hurt protectin' all y'all.
Now, don't get me wrong, I still think TireMart is pretty great. Their site is real slick and easy to use, and their prices are real good. I just wish they coulda made that coupon work for me. But hey, I'll still come back and shop with 'em again. I just hope the stuff I get is as good as they say it is. Semper Fi, y'all.
Oh, and hey, if TireMart wants to make things right with me, they know how to reach me.
Disappointing Experience with TireMart: Delayed Order and Questionable Business Practices
I had an order a few weeks ago that I messed up and put the wrong tire size. So, I had to ship them back. I called TireMart and told them I needed to ship them back, but there was another tire I wanted that was available on the site with 9/32 tread like new for a pair of Goodyear tires. They told me they were out on layaway for me and once they received my old tires, they would send the new ones. I paid $50 to ship them back and then once they received them, I got an email stating that the "tires didn't pass inspection." I know that's not the case, and I know they must have sold them from under me, which is bad business. Because if they were already listed on the site for sale, then I know they already passed the so-called inspection process. So now, I had to order another set of tires, and my customer is not happy. It looks bad on me and the business because he had to wait over three weeks for two tires. It's a bit frustrating.
I was disappointed with my experience with TireMart. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size tires, so I had to send them back. I found another pair of tires on their website that I wanted, but they were out on layaway. I was told that once they received my old tires, they would send me the new ones. I paid $50 to ship them back, but when they received them, I got an email saying that the tires didn't pass inspection. I know that's not true because they were already listed for sale on their website. I think they sold them from under me, which is not good business.
I had to order another set of tires, and it took over three weeks for them to arrive. My customer was not happy, and it made me look bad. I wish TireMart had been more upfront with me about the availability of the tires I wanted. It was frustrating to have to wait so long for my order to be fulfilled. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with TireMart
I was really stoked to find TireMart as a new place to buy tires from. I ordered a set of tires and paid extra for "next day" shipping to my house, which is only 30 miles away from the shipping location. But, can you believe it, I didn't get my tires until 5 days later! I was getting pretty antsy and decided to contact TireMart to see what was going on. They told me that FedEx lost the tires. I mean, come on, how does that even happen? But, I guess I didn't really need the tires that fast anyway, so I let it slide.
Fast forward 2 weeks later and I still only had 2 tires. I was getting pretty frustrated at this point and decided to contact TireMart again. They promised me that they would send me 2 identical tires the next day. But, can you believe it, 3 days later and still no tires! TireMart emailed me and told me that the tires were not available to ship. I was so annoyed at this point. I mean, how hard is it to get me the tires that I ordered?
To make matters worse, TireMart offered me 2 different tires instead of the ones I ordered. But, here's the kicker, my car is AWD and I need 4 matching tires. TireMart told me that I would have to pay the difference for the next comparable set of tires. I mean, are you kidding me? That's just terrible customer service. They had the chance to keep me as a customer, but instead they just made me even more angry.
Overall, I would definitely NOT recommend TireMart. Their customer service is just plain awful and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else for your tire needs.
TireMart Review: Competitive Prices, Disappointing Customer Service and Shipping Delays
So, I decided to give TireMart a try and ordered some tires from their website. I was really excited because they promised same-day shipping if I ordered before 1pm. I checked out a couple of other websites that had the same tires I wanted, but they were all priced pretty similarly, so I went with TireMart because of their speedy shipping.
But, let me tell you, things did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. I called their customer service number and was put on hold for what felt like forever. The queue kept fluctuating between 11 and 13 people ahead of me, and I waited for almost an hour before giving up. I tried calling again later in the day, but had the same experience.
I decided to try their live chat feature instead, but that was also a bust. I waited for 20 minutes before someone finally answered, even though the queue said there were 0 people ahead of me. And even then, they weren't able to help me with my order.
The next day, I tried the live chat again and waited for a while before giving up and running some errands. When I came back, the queue still said 0 people ahead of me and I was still waiting. Frustrated, I called their customer service number again, but had the same experience with the queue fluctuating between 11 and 13 people ahead of me.
To make matters worse, my order still said "awaiting shipping" and I needed the tires before next Monday because I was leaving the state on Tuesday. I was starting to get really worried that I wouldn't receive my tires in time.
Overall, my experience with TireMart was pretty disappointing. While their prices were competitive and their same-day shipping promise was enticing, their customer service left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve their communication and response times in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same frustration that I did.
Affordable and Reliable: My Experience with Best Used Tires
So, I've been driving my Jeep Grand Cherokee for over seven years now and it's been a real trooper. But, as you can imagine, with over 200,000 miles on the odometer, it's starting to show its age. The tires, in particular, have seen better days. I knew I needed to replace them, but I didn't want to spend a fortune on new ones. That's when I remembered Best Used Tires.
I had used Best Used Tires before when I first got the Jeep and needed a set of Goodyear tires. They had a great selection and I was able to find the exact same tires that came on the Jeep. They lasted me for years and I was really happy with them. So, when it came time to replace my current set of tires, I knew exactly where to go.
This time around, I decided to try out a different brand of tire. I found a set of four Yokohama tires that were practically new and at a fraction of the cost of new tires. I've used Yokohama tires in the past and have always been satisfied with their performance, so I figured these would work out just fine.
I placed my order and the tires arrived just two days later. They were in great shape and looked like they had hardly been used. I haven't installed them yet, but I'm confident they will perform well and last me for a long time.
Overall, I'm really happy with my experience with Best Used Tires. They have a great selection of tires at affordable prices and their shipping is fast and reliable. If you're looking for a good deal on tires, I would definitely recommend checking them out.
Terrible Experience with TireMart: Faulty Tire and Poor Customer Service
I had a terrible experience with TireMart. I purchased a tire from their website and it only lasted me 3 days and 75 miles before it busted with 5 holes and dents on the inner part of the tire wall while driving on a smooth road. I contacted the company and they accused me of hitting a curb or pothole, even though I had no damage to my rims or sidewall of the tire. I filed a claim with PayPal, but they sided with the seller and said that I altered or repaired the tire. How could I possibly alter a tire and repair it with 5 holes in it?
Finally, on October 2nd, I was able to get the tire off at a tire shop. The owner was shocked when he saw the inside of the tire. Half of it had deteriorated into rubber crumbs. When I contacted TireMart about this, they responded by saying that the tire was purchased 6 months ago, even though I had only purchased it in late April and filed the claim in late August, which was only 4 months later. I had a long hold up on receiving the car until late August, which is why I didn't file the claim sooner.
What's even worse is that TireMart never even saw the tire in person, only pictures that I took after the blowout. The tire clearly had only 3 days of thread usage as seen in the pictures, with only 75 miles of usage before it combusted. I am extremely disappointed with TireMart's lack of customer service and their refusal to take responsibility for their faulty product. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
TireMart: Fraudulent Behavior and Threats - A Warning to All Buyers
So, I ordered some tires from TireMart and paid for them. But guess what? I never got my tires! And when I tried to contact the company, they didn't respond at all. What a rip off! I asked for a refund, but still nothing. This is fraudulent behavior, and I had to use my credit card company to get my money back. Let me tell you, you need to be warned about this company.
After waiting for over two weeks and not hearing anything from TireMart about my paid order, I finally got a refund of $158. But that's not all - FedEx said they delivered only half of my order, with no signature or anything. And TireMart's response? "O'well." Can you believe it? So, I opened a dispute with my credit card company and even called law enforcement. But TireMart had the nerve to threaten me! Can you imagine?
There was a purchase made, but nothing was delivered. And now, we have to believe FedEx's word that they lost half of the shipment? I don't think so. I have the legal right to call "BU!SH!" and question the honesty of TireMart. Do you trust them? I sure don't. You need to question this before you buy from TireMart. In fact, look up reviews from other sites - they paint a totally different picture of TireMart. Funny how TireMart's own site has them at a 5-star rating, but other sites are much, much lower.
Mixed Experience with TireMart: Great Layout, Shipping Delay, and Quality Control Issues
TireMart has some really great pictures and a layout that makes it easy to find the right tires for your vehicle. However, I did have some trouble with the "Compare" section not working properly. It would be nice if they could fix that so I can compare different tire options more easily.
One thing I really wish they would include is a posted tread grade rating. It would be helpful to know the rating, such as 600AA, so I can make a more informed decision about which tires to purchase.
I did receive my tires via FedEx Freight one week after ordering them, which was a bit disappointing since they were scheduled to arrive on Friday but didn't show up until Saturday afternoon. However, it wasn't a deal breaker for me.
When I took the tires to my local tire shop to have them mounted, balanced, and installed, I discovered that one of the tires had a very visible leak and clear signs of a puncture. The tire shop was great about trying to patch and repair it, but I'm still waiting to see if the patch will hold up since it's so close to the sidewall.
I was somewhat disappointed that TireMart's "rigorous inspection process" didn't catch this issue before shipping the tires to me. I want to be able to shop with confidence, knowing that the tires I'm ordering and having shipped are in the best possible working condition.
This experience has me second guessing my next online tire purchase, but I will be following up with customer service in hopes of getting a $20 patch credit. Overall, while I had some issues with my purchase, I appreciate the selection and ease of use of TireMart's website.
TireMart Sold Me the Wrong Tires - Putting My Life in Danger!
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with TireMart. I thought I was doing the right thing by using their online tool to buy some run flat tires for my BMW a few months back. I put in all the info about my car and everything, and the tool gave me a list of tires that were supposed to be specifically for my vehicle. So I bought two of 'em.
Fast forward to this week, when I went to return my lease BMW to the dealership. Turns out they don't wanna accept my car as is because the tires I put on weren't the right ones - they weren't run flat like they were supposed to be. Now I'm stuck with some hefty fees or I gotta buy new tires all over again. I was so mad, 'cause I thought I did everything right by buying from TireMart.
So I called 'em up to complain, and the supervisor told me that BMWs come standard with run flat tires and there's no spare tire in the car. He admitted that the tires I bought weren't run flat, but he said that's not their fault. Apparently, some manufacturers don't put that info in the description, and even though I put in all my car info on their website, I shouldn't have relied on the online tool to give me the right tires. And since it's been more than 90 days since I bought the tires, they don't have any obligation to help me out.
I mean, come on. How is this not fraud? They knew I needed run flat tires for my car, but they sold me the wrong ones anyway. And now they're putting my life in danger on the road, and they don't even care. It's pretty despicable if you ask me. I thought TireMart was a family-owned business that cared about its customers, but I guess I was wrong.
Mixed Experience with TireMart: A Detailed Review of My Purchase and Installation Process
I recently tried out TireMart for the first time and I have to say, it was a bit of a hassle. While they did stand behind their guarantee, I had to deal with a lot of problems along the way. Here's what happened:
I ordered four used tires, but when they arrived, one of them had lower tread than advertised. I contacted TireMart with pictures and they agreed to partially refund me for the difference. However, I also found another tire on their site that would better match the other three, so I ordered a fifth tire.
After having the four tires installed, I discovered that the right front tire was flat the next day. When I took it back to the tire shop, they found two leaks - one in the tread area and one in the sidewall area - making the tire unusable. I had to use the fifth tire I had ordered instead.
But then, that tire also went flat that same evening. I found an un-repaired puncture in the tread area and had to get it professionally repaired with a patch plug at a tire shop.
I sent TireMart an email with pictures of all the problems I had encountered and they were quick to reimburse me for the extra mounting and repair costs, as well as refunding the defective tire.
Overall, I did end up getting a good set of premium tires at a discounted price, but it did take a lot of time and effort. It seems like the tires were not fully checked before being shipped out, despite what they claim. Two out of the five tires I ordered were not fully repaired and one of them was unusable. If you do decide to order from TireMart, be prepared to document any problems you have in detail and be ready to make a few trips to the tire shop before you have a reliable set of non-leaking tires. It's up to you to decide if the savings are worth the extra time and effort.

Mixed Experience with TireMart: Safety Concerns and Availability Issues
I recently made a purchase from TireMart and was excited to receive my new tires. However, three days after placing my order, I received a call from someone informing me that my order had been cancelled due to some issues. In the chat, I was told that the tires that were supposed to be shipped to me were deemed unsafe for mounting and driving. The representative even went as far as to say that there could have been an accident if they had sent me those tires. I was disappointed to hear this news, but I appreciated their honesty and concern for my safety.
Unfortunately, there were no other tires available in the specific size and type that I had ordered. I was told that there was an unexpected error with the tires that were supposed to be shipped. I was frustrated that I had lost a week waiting for my order, but I understood that safety comes first.
What bothered me the most was that the tires were still being advertised on their website even though they were not available. This made me question the authenticity of their advertisements and whether or not they were actually selling what they claimed to be selling.
Overall, my experience with TireMart was not the best. While I appreciated their concern for my safety, I was disappointed that I had lost time waiting for an order that was ultimately cancelled. I would caution others to be wary of their advertisements and to double-check the availability of their products before making a purchase.
Disappointing Experience with TireMart: High Prices, Wrong Size, and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased some tires from TireMart and I have to say, I was not impressed. The prices were way too high for my liking, but I needed new tires for an upcoming trip so I decided to give them a try. I used their website to determine the right size and ended up paying a whopping $400 for only two tires.
When the tires finally arrived, I was disappointed to find out that they were the wrong size. I've been trying to contact their customer service department all day, but I've been on hold for over an hour and still haven't been able to get through to anyone. It's the middle of the business day and there's no one available to help me with my return.
Honestly, this has been a huge waste of my time and money. I would have been better off going to a local mechanic and having them order the tires for me. Not only would I have saved money, but I also would have received better customer service.
For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better from TireMart. It's frustrating that I can't even attach photos of the wrong tires to my return request because the website isn't working properly. Overall, I would not recommend TireMart to anyone looking for affordable and reliable tires.
Disappointing Experience with TireMart: Lack of Communication and Terrible Customer Service
I gotta say, my experience with TireMart was pretty bad. I ordered some tires on August 2nd from my local spot, thinking they'd be here in a jiffy since I live only 15 miles away from the BestUsedTires location. But nope, turns out they're shipping all the way from California instead of Pennsylvania, and nobody bothered to give me a heads up about that. It's been days and I still haven't received my tires, and they haven't even shipped yet! I tried to cancel my order, but they told me I couldn't. When I asked if the tires had even shipped as of August 5th, they said no. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this kind of lack of communication and terrible customer service is just unacceptable. I won't be doing business with them anymore.

TireMart Review: Shady Business Practices and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with TireMart. I ordered a tire for my daughter's X5, which she drives on sub-zero temp highways at high speeds. I was really worried about safety, so when the tire arrived with a baseball size repair and caramelized tread, I knew I had to return it.
But here's the thing - TireMart REQUIRED me to get an authorized tire expert to confirm my concerns before they would even consider a return. That appointment and work missed would have cost more than the tire itself ($75). I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous.
And to make matters worse, I've been trying to convince them to take the tire back for over a year now. They just won't budge. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
To top it all off, they lie about their reviews. They claim to have 4.8 stars, but when I tried to leave a review on their site, they wouldn't let me. That's just shady.
And if you don't believe me, just check out their "F" rating on BBB.org. Yeah, you read that right - "F"!
Honestly, I wouldn't waste your money with TireMart. There are plenty of other tire shops out there that actually care about their customers and don't try to pull shady stuff like this.
Mixed Experience with TireMart: Easy to Use Website, Smooth Checkout, but Inconvenient Tire Issue
TireMart is a website that is easy to use and navigate. I had no trouble finding the tires I needed and the checkout process was a breeze. I was pleased to find out that I could get my tires installed on the same day they were delivered. However, the next morning, I discovered that one of my tires was flat. This caused my wife to miss work that day, which was very frustrating.
After work, I decided to investigate the issue and found that the tire had a pinhole leak on the sidewall. I was disappointed that I had received a tire with a hole in it and had to pay for the installation of another tire. I contacted customer service and they offered to send me a replacement tire of the same type. While I was happy with their offer, I was still disappointed that I had to pay for another installation when I should have only had to do it once if they had checked their own stuff before sending it out.
Overall, I would say that my experience with TireMart was mixed. While the website was easy to use and the checkout process was smooth, the issue with the tire was a major inconvenience. I appreciate that customer service was willing to help, but I wish that the issue had been caught before the tire was sent out. If you're considering using TireMart, I would recommend double-checking your tires before installation to avoid any potential issues.
Disappointing Experience with TireMart: Defective Tires and No Warranty Coverage
I recently bought some tires from TireMart and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I found these tires on eBay and they were advertised as "like new," but when I got them, they were actually defective. I mean, come on, I thought they were supposed to be tested for leaks, but that was a total lie.
So I took them to a tire shop to get them put on my car, and the very next day, I came out to find that one of the tires was completely flat. I had to change the spare and drive it back up to the shop. They told me that there was a huge hole under the tread, which they filled with some slime. I mean, what kind of tire has a hole in it right after you put it on your car?
But it gets worse. I drove to the gas station to get some gas, and when I looked down at the rear tire, I saw that there was a bulge in the sidewall. I mean, seriously? This was just a few days after I got them installed.
So I took them back to TireMart and asked what was going on. They told me that the tires weren't covered under warranty, which was a total bummer. I had to spend another $75 to order some new tires from a different company.
Overall, I was really unhappy with my experience with TireMart. I mean, I thought I was getting a good deal on some like-new tires, but it turned out to be a total disaster. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
TireMart Review: Easy Ordering, Quality Tire, and Repair Patches Available!
Hey guys, just wanted to give an update on my experience with TireMart. So, I gotta admit, I wasn't able to give a review on the quality of the tire until now. You see, I needed to purchase four new tires originally, and it took me a while to get around to using the one I got from TireMart. But now that I have, I can say that it's been holding up pretty well!
I did have a bit of trouble with a slow leak at first, but I think that was just in the repair area. I ended up using a tireflat sealer and it's been good as new for months now. And hey, if you're worried about getting a tire with a patch, don't be! These tires can totally have repair patches.
Now, I haven't actually used the tire I got from TireMart yet, but I can say that the ordering process online was super easy and quick. And when the tire arrived, it was the correct tread and everything. The only downside was that it had a previously patched hole, so I won't be using it until my current tires need to be replaced.
I actually ordered this tire after getting an unrepairable flat on my AWD SUV, so I'm really hoping it'll come in handy when I need it. I'll definitely try to remember to update my post once I've used it!
Overall, I'd give TireMart a solid four stars based on my experience with ordering and delivery. It was a pretty smooth process, and I'm happy with the tire I received. So if you're in the market for some new tires, I'd definitely recommend giving TireMart a try!
Disappointing Experience with TireMart's Customer Service and Delivery
I had a bit of a rough experience with TireMart, but I'll try to be fair in my review. So, I ordered some tires from their website and was supposed to get them on a Thursday. But, when I checked the tracking number, I saw that the delivery date had been changed to Friday. No big deal, I thought, just one day late.
But, Friday came and went, and still no tires. I waited a few more days, but still nothing. No one from TireMart bothered to contact me to let me know what was going on. So, I decided to call customer service to see if they could help me out.
Unfortunately, the person I spoke to didn't seem to know what had happened to my tires. By this point, I had already missed two appointments with the shop to get my tires replaced. I was pretty frustrated, to say the least.
The customer service rep suggested that I choose a different set of tires and they would ship them to me. However, they insisted that I had to pay the difference between the price of the original tires I ordered and the new ones I was getting. I didn't think that was fair, since it wasn't my fault that the original tires never arrived.
Long story short, it took two weeks and two payments before I finally got my tires. It was a pretty frustrating experience, and I don't think TireMart took responsibility for their own mistake. Their customer service could definitely use some improvement.
Mixed Experience with TireMart: Proper Tire Repair, but Lack of Information on Resulting Appearance
I recently had an experience with TireMart that left me feeling a bit frustrated. I had purchased a tire and took it to American Tire Co. to be installed. However, they refused to take responsibility for the driver's safety when installing the tire. This left me feeling uneasy and unsure about what to do next. In the end, I decided to play it safe and order a new tire from Amazon.
When I visited TireMart's website, I noticed that they had an explanation about how repairing a tire with a "patch/plug" is the only RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association) approved way to repair a tire. I wasn't sure what the result would look like until I received the tire. When it arrived, I noticed that there was indeed a patch in the tire. While I appreciate that they followed the proper guidelines for repairing the tire, I think it would be helpful if they could post photos of the selling tires showing how the result of the "patch/plug" method looks like. This would allow buyers to make an informed decision about whether or not they want to purchase the tire, rather than being confused after receiving it.
Despite my frustration with the situation, I have to say that their customer service representative, Melinda, was very nice and responsive to my emails. Even though there wasn't much she could do to help me in this particular situation, I appreciated her willingness to listen and respond to my concerns. Overall, while I think there are some areas where TireMart could improve, I appreciate their commitment to following industry guidelines and their friendly customer service.
Mixed Experience with TireMart: Good Tires, Bad Quality Control, and Average Customer Service
I recently bought three tires from TireMart and I must say, I was quite satisfied with the first two. However, the third tire had a hole in the sidewall and was completely unusable. I was quite disappointed when my mechanic informed me about the issue while mounting the tire. Thankfully, I had purchased an extended warranty at the time of mounting the tire on my wheel, which helped me to get the tire replaced.
Unfortunately, I was unable to send the bad tire back to TireMart as Discount Tire had already claimed it under the warranty I had just purchased. I explained my situation to the customer service team at TireMart, but they were not willing to refund me for the defective tire. I was quite frustrated as I had spent a total of $217 ($147 for the tire, $30 for mounting, and $40 for the extended warranty) and ended up with a tire that I could not even drive on.
Despite my disappointment, I must say that the customer service team at TireMart was quite helpful in extending my warranty. However, I do feel that they should have been more understanding of my situation and refunded me for the defective tire. I also feel that the tire should have been tested more thoroughly before being sold to me, as the bubbles jetting from the tire should have been a clear indication of the defect.
Overall, I would say that TireMart is a decent place to buy tires from, but they need to improve their quality control and customer service. I hope that they take my feedback into consideration and work towards providing a better experience for their customers in the future.
