Dear Sir/Madam

I am also a victum of TLG Lonas like 1000's of others. They took £ 199.99 from my account for no reason.
I have been told that my loan application has been approved so that they need admin fee to process my application before they sent it out.

I just can't beleive that how they doing this with no fear to 1000's of people who need help when they apply for loans not to be robbed off.

I am really very upset because its a lot of money for any employee who only survive on his wages.
I would like you to help me out with this regards and please help me to have my money back from these cheaters.

Many Thanks

Jamof80

Hi dear, I am suffering with the same problem. They just took £ 199.99 from my acount on 28th April 2009.
Somebody called me and i have been told that my loan has been approved so that they need Admin fee to process the application before they sent out documents to me.I never had any loan before so stupidly i gave them my card details.

I have sent mails to watch dog, fraudhelpline.org.uk.and many other departments.I can't beleive that why no is intersting in taking action against TLG Loans.

I could have live for about 2 weeks on this money.Don't know what to do now.

Hello everybody,

Friday was such a great day for me because my bank (barclays) has recovered my £ 199.99 from TLG Loans and credited into my account. It took exact 3 months to get this money back.I would suggest everybody to report this fraud to your bank and please do tell them that you have not given any authorisation for this payment.

Watchdog never replied but I belive that Govt. departments are involved by now.

Good luck everybody

HELLO ALL TLG USERS

I AM A RELIABLE SOURCE OF INFORMATION.

I USED TO WORK AT TLG LOANS UNTIL VERY RECENTLY, THREE DAYS AGO ACTUALLY. I LEFT BECAUSE I DID NT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH HOW THE COMPANY WAS BEING RUN.

I CAN TELL YOU HONESTLY NOW, I WORKED IN ADMIN AND EVEN THE STAFF WERE LIED TO ABOUT HOW THIS COMPANY WAS RUN.

THE COMPANY HAS JUST BEEN SHUT DOWN. TODAY.

PEOPLE HAVE BEEN ARRESTED AND THE COMPANY IS BEING INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD.

EVERYONE REPORT YOUR CASE TO TRADING STANDARDS AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

THIS COMPANY IS BEING BROUGHT TO JUSTICE I PROMISE.

I have had £299 taken by them, can we not all get together some how and tackle this en-mass? Surley if we approached Watchdog etc as an army, they would take it seriously? I'm not sure how exactly to do it, perhaps a facebook group or something, I would be happy to set one up, unless there is a better plan? Please let me know what you think. Robin

I appatently spoke to a girl called alisha too, i also spoke to someone called Lee! BOTH FROM THE ADMIN DEPT!
I was told that i was recieving a cheque through the post for the £99.99 that they stole out of my bank account in May 2009!
I never authorised this payment to go out of my account and i doubt very much now that any of us will see any of out money back considering the lying B*S*A*D*'s have now been shut down!
I am happy that the thieving ### are being brought to justice but im annoyed that i probably wont see my money again.
Its strange how this reliable source of information left before it all kicked off and got shut down, i think that this person would have still been quite happy to continue taking vunerable peoples money off them if he/she didnt know that this company was going to be shut down! I do find this hard to believe that all of a sudden he/she felt uncomfortable with how this company was being run, surely ALL THE STAFF KNEW THEY WERE COMPLETE CON ARTISTS! These people would have been dealing with thousands all calls per day with hundreds and hundreds of complaints, were they just oblivious to this? I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT!
If this RELIABLE SOURCE OF INFORMATION IS SO GENUINE THEN MAYBE HE/SHE WOULDNT MIND BEING QUITE SO HONEST WITH US ABOUT WHETHER WE ARE GOING TO SEE OUR MONEY AGAIN!
WE SHALL SEE, Fingers crossed everyone...im looking forward to watching this on WATCHDOG!

dear all TLG loans users,
i personaly would like to deeply apologise for the trouble this company has caused for you!
i can cover honesty-is-the-best-policy's back and admit that i also worked for the company,
i was there for 2 months and fully agree with the fact the staff were also lied to about how the company was ran, thought there was something strange about the high priced administration fees but were just told ... ; "this is how a broker works" but u would also be surprised that alot of clients were perfectly happy with even the highest of fees.and it would not surprise you that us too were totaly ripped off at any chance the b******s could get! leaving some of us paid £8000 short and most atleast £1500 short. also we werent even in the tax books, as we found out last month when we realised that everyone of us had the same tax codes yet different wages, after calling HMR and finding out that the tax code was completely FAKE...wonder where the money we have been paing as tax went then.
most of you could probably say that we deserved it but honest to god, i totally agree that the man running this business was a complete theiving ###, and he lied to us about everything, told us what we wanted to know yet twisted everything possible. and in response to sara's and jam's replys, neither me nor honesty-is-the-best-policy had to comment here, jiust tjhough that you all would like to know exactly what has been going on. also we did not know that the company was being closed down on monday when we both left on the friday but was told 3 days later by old colleagues what had happened. your correct, what the company are doing is wrong yet telesales nor admin are to blame for any of this, we just did what we were told to do.
in response to people wanting to know names, i can guarantee that everyone at some point of speaking to anyone at TLG or CARTER & CARTER FINACIAL will have been given a fake name by staff!
which i personaly think is disgusting!
but to be perfectly honest the only man to blame for the majority of this is named
/name removed/
As you also are aware, the company was raided on monday 1st by many police officers and was shut down, so far it is under investigation as "suspicion of fraud" all accounts they had have been frozen so no momey is gettinhg spent and i pray for you all that you will get these ridiculous "admin fees" refunded back to yourselves.
and as warning i have been told that Irfan wil be opening another company under a completely different name as soon as the investigations are over, we were also in the position of being offered our jobs back to us and you can imagine our response, YOUR ON YOUR OWN PAL!

SO IF ANY COMPANY THAT YOU HAVE NEVER HEARD OF OR BEFORE CHECKING THEM OUT FIRST CALLS YOU AND ASKS FOR ANY SORT OF BANK OR ACCOUNT DETAILS. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.
IT COULD BE ANOTHER DODGY BROKER OR... IT COULD BE THE SAME B*****D THAT RIPPED YOU OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE.

i would like to apologise once again for all of your troubles and i wish you all the best of luck in getting your money back!

How many people have you lied to.

Dear Sir,

I have also been a victim of tlg loans. I was introduced to them by a friend and when I called them to apply for a loan it was approved but was asked to give a credit or debit card details which i did. My bank returned all my direct debits which i incur charges upon charges for. When i went to find out why i was told tlg had taken 499.99 from my account.

I have contacted consumer direct, because i can get hold of anyone from tlg loans, please advice me how to get a refund back since i don't want to go ahead with the loan anymore. Thank you

hi everyone, they did same to me months back, £100 ish and barclays refused to do anything saying basically that it was my fault for giving my details over the phone and as such couldn't prove it wasn't authorised by myself, even though after 21/30 days i think it is i still hadn't had anything from tlg loans and they said they would be able to do it as a "non receipt of goods"...AGAIN they have done nothing and won't so i'm out of pocket, TLG loans are going to keep getting away with it even though they are obviously taking thousands off innocent people! watchdog have never replied and to be honest no one helps you im afraid you have to let go and just make sure you don't EVER do anything like it again.. :(

I AM ALSO AN EX EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY (SORT OF). I JOINED THE COMPANY IN MAY AND AFTER A WEEK I REALISED WHAT A BUNCH OF ROBBING SWINES THEY WERE. THE BOSSES WERE ALL COMPLETE ### AND MY TIME AS AN EMPLOYEE THERE WAS SO FRUSTRATING, CONSTANT COMPLAINTS (RIGHTLY SO) AND MANAGERS THAT SIMPLY REFUSED TO DEAL WITH THEM! I WOULD SAY THA TMOST OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE BLAMELESS EXCEPT A SELECT FEW WHO I AM CERTAIN HAD A BIG PART TO PLAY IN STEALING ALL OF YOUR MONEY! IT IS TRUE THAT IF THESE OTHER EMPLOYEES POSTING ON HERE WERE SO UNCOMFROTABLE WORKING IN THE OFFICE THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE LEFT EARLIER, BUT EVERYBODY NEEDS TO MAKE A LIVING, SO GIVE THEM A BREAK, WE WERE ONLY PAWNS IN THEIR GAME.

PAWNS IN THEIR GAME?

what a complete load of ### to be honest! the person trained(as you were) on the end of the phone told me I PROMISE, NO MONEY WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!
But as i was talking to him he had already taken it.
So lying to and stealing from innocent people to make a living is disgusting as far as im concerned !

we all work hard to make a living and when people like you and your so called ex company steal from us you expect us to believe you were innocent in this? as i said you tell people on the phone that you will NOT take money from them, then you DO ! how the hell does that make you an innocent pawn?

if all you ex employees feel so god damn bad for us how about paying BACK the money that whether you like to admit it or not you had part in stealing from us TRUE/HONEST/DECENT folk huh? i doubt it.so save your pathetic sob stories for someone who believes it.Hope you all sleep well in your beds .

I so believe in what goes around comes around and i hope it does BIGTIME ! then you will know how it feels
