I got a new roof in May
I got a new roof in May . There's been an issue with birds getting into the gutters beneath the leaf guard and making nests. The nesting stuff has clogged up the drainage system. When it rains, the gutters and drain pipes overflow onto the mulch below. This causes the mulch and dirt to flood out onto the driveway. I've been calling the company every two weeks since April. Brian came and checked out the problem and said he'd have new end caps in a week to fix it. But I haven't heard anything from them since then, and I keep calling.

Noticed back roof was leaking into living room ceiling on 7/12 and called and left a message for Fritz on 7/14 and again on 7/16 when no return phone call received. A lady called from company on 7/16 (Kathy?) and said Todd would call back on Friday after she confirmed they had done the roof and it is leaking. No call was received on Friday 7/17 as promised. Called and left messages with the answering service (person) on 7/28, 7/31, and 8/5 and still haven't received a call from Fritz to schedule time to inspect my roof and diagnose the issue.

Todd Fritz Inc. did my roof replacement at my rental property in *** on 7/15. They finished the job in October. But then in March , there was some leaking on a flatter part of the roof. Turns out, the roofers put asphalt shingles where they shouldn't have, which goes against what the manufacturers say. In March, this guy named John C (he works for Todd Fritz) sent someone to check the damage. They agreed that the roof was messed up. In April, I tried to get an update, but no one got back to me. Finally, John said Todd Fritz would fix it, but they were waiting for warmer weather. I waited until June and started contacting them again. I've called and emailed so many times, but they're ignoring me. My next move is to hire another contractor to fix it and take Todd Fritz to small claims court for the money.
