My Toro model 21332 lawn mower used only twice failed to start this summer it was run dry and stored in dry location. Purchased last year $440+tax. Took to nearest service rep paid $60 to be told its a fuel problem and repairs are not warranty covered. Huh. Took home, $150 carb cleaning to much money. Did a little research online found this is a common problem with these, I'm quoting, floating carburator's (experienced small engine tech knowledge), i even watched a video of affected carburetor also not starting, disassembled to find no destabilized fuel, reassembled ran fine tech believed something was stuck. This is the real issue with this Toro. Carburator is cheaply made and does not hold up to normal use.
Desired outcome: I would like to get my $60 back my lawnmower repaired properly as many times as needed under Warranty And the Guarantee, service reps do not say you left gas in tank they are surely aware of this issue but support Toro rather than customer.
