I had used my total wireless online account to add data to my phone service. I used 2000 rewards points to get 15 gigs of add on data. In the process of doing this my service was cut off. I first used there chat to resolve the issue but had no success. So I called there technical support and they did the same procedure over and over. They would schedule a call back and never call. I would have to call them back only to do the same procedure that I had done numerous times. This has went on for 2 days so far and my issue is still not resolved. They scheduled a call back tonight for tomorrow evening but I don't know if they will call back or not. Tomorrow will be three days without phone service because of a tech issue with total wireless. I was at work while I was trying to get this issue resolved. I had told my boss I had to make a call to get my service restored but it shouldn't take but a few min. This has been my experience with other providers. So he was told by another employee that I was on the phone for hours for two days so he reviewed the cameras and saw that I had been on the phone for much longer than I had said I would. I ended up getting terminated for my job. Now I'm out of work because of total wireless not knowing how to do there job and fix the issue in a timely manner. This was no fault of mine. I still don't have service. My phone is my life line. I have to have phone service in case my sick mother needs me. I am extremely upset and disappointed in total wireless. I am considering hiring a lawyer for the loss of my job. I feel total wireless is responsible for my termination by not being able to fix issue in a timely manner.
Claimed loss: 3 days of service so far and loss of wages until I gain employment somewhere else.
Desired outcome: I just want service restored and the days I was unable to use my phone be added to my service end date. I would settle for 2500.00 for loss of wages because of this issue.
