We have had Total Wireless for years and been very happy with them until our recent interaction in June 2024. Since then I have spent many many hours on chats and the phone each time being told the issue was fixed... Here is the issue.
On June 13th 2024 we paid our normal 59.46 2 line phone bill. On June 18th (5 days later) we added a new line so the old plan was cancelled and the new one started we paid 83.56. Which was our new 3 line monthly plan supposably...
On July 13th they pulled out 58.95 I called in and they said they corrected it this was for our old 2 line account. They would refund it - ref #[protected] They turned our phones off and never refunded it!
On July 16th they then charged 58.95 saying that's what they needed to get the 3 lines going that the only active one was a 1 line! They then said that the issue was fixed and the 3 lines would now be 124.00 month. Okay what ever at this point Im happy its fixed... Wrong!
Today August 14th they pulled 200.74 out of my account. I called and got a bunch of mumbo jumbo that the system will not let them refund anything and they are sorry for the inconvenience... nothing can be done call 2 days before next renewal and they can fix it!
Claimed loss: 151.52 overcharged and time on the phone is hours and hours and hours. 5 hours one day 3 hours another it just kept going on
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the overcharge, and the 3 line plan to be fixed a the price I was told

You've definitely shown some patience with Total Wireless, but it sounds like they've tested it to the limit. That kind of billing circus is enough to make anyone reconsider their service. Hopefully, they get their act together before your next renewal, but you might want to keep an eye on those charges — sounds like they need more than just a "fix."
