#1 I purchased brand new in 2016. It has been a good, reliable car so far. My complaint pertains to the mice that have invaded my car. I have set traps and after catching 3, I started taking #'d photos of them. I stopped at 11. When I last had my car serviced at a Toyota dealership (Toyota Town, London Ontario), they showed me my cabin filter,(which they had removed) and another dead mouse. I am still catching them in mouse traps. My car wreaks of mouse urine. No, I DO NOT live in the country.
#2 We had lots of rain this Spring. Somehow, some way, this rain has leaked into the car and drips from under the dash board. Every time I drive it, my feet get wet from the water that sloshes around when I turn a corner. I pulled the mats from the car. They were so water logged they dripped! My car is a mould factory. The rain does not affect the glove box entirely, but my owners manual has water damage. I took a drive today, October 3rd, 2023 and it is still leaking water. I took a picture of the front seat passenger side floor and you can see that it is still leaking water, and my feet are still getting wet.
I was encouraged to purchase a Toyota, and so I did. I have owned Ford, Chevy, Volvo and Chryslers, and have NEVER had these kind of issues. I am so discouraged and disappointed with this car.
A Toyota C/S agent called out of the blue and I told her about the mice. Her answer to the mouse problem was, "Go buy some peppermint oil, they don't like it. I use this in my house"

I am the sole owner and sole driver of this car.
Desired outcome: I would like the 'leak' fixed and carpet replaced. I want it 'MOUSE proofed'I do not want to be treated like a fool.
