Traveljigsaw Ltd Full protection

J'ai loué une voiture et pris une assurance Full protection. J'ai eu un pneu crevé durant la location, j'ai réglé les frais au loueur (700 euros). J'ai tous les documents et je veux faire une demande de remboursement à Traveljigsaw mais le site sur lequel ils me demandent de faire la déclaration n'est pas accessible (insurance-traveljigsaw.com/CustomerService. do)

Ci-dessous le message d'erreur que je reçois.
"Si vous n'êtes pas propriétaire de la page
Le propriétaire du site a empêché Bing d'explorer la page. Par conséquent, nous ne pouvons pas afficher de description. Si vous connaissez le propriétaire du site, faites-lui savoir que le fichier robots. txt de son site Web bloque le robot d'indexation Bing et que Bing ne peut pas créer de description utile dans les résultats de recherche"

Traveljigsaw Ltd contact insurance

I bought with Lastminute.com on September 27th a package including a car location in Island in October 2021, find here the number : [protected]
I paid for the "complete protection" when booking the car on internet, specific booking number for Global Rent A car : [protected].
Unfortunately i had an incident during my trip on October 2nd 2021, and i am looking for how to contact the insurance.
Could you please help me to follow the right process to operate and get reimbursed for the 2661 euros paid for the damage (rental car agreement : 20393), I have already tried to send several emails & call different numbers ... with no result.
Thanks in advanced for your help, I really appreciate.

Traveljigsaw Ltd Car rental

On 10th of november we were supposed to pick up a car that we booked under the booking number [protected], at the counter we tried to explain that my husband wallet has been stolen so we couldn't provide a credit card under his name, as his wife same family name they didn't accept my credit card instead, tried to call on every phone number we could find from travejigsaw and emailed on every address but no answer whatsoever, we couldn't change the name of the contract, we couldn't cancel, with a small baby was just incredible annoying and frustrating without being able to solve anything, being so unprofessional it is mandatory to ask to have our already paid whole amount transferred back into my account as soon as possible,

Desired outcome: Money back

Have an ongoing case with them. Yesterday they sent me an email that I need to complete one thing and asked me to do this via email. but their email does not work.

Traveljigsaw Ltd Car rental and full damage reclaim

We rented a car from Avis/Budget car rental in Malta, with full accident protection from Traveljigsaw. We had a crash in the middle of our vacation in June. The company was nice enough to give us a replacement car and charged us 1000€ for the damage excess. We were informed that the money will be returned once the insurance claim comes through. We are waiting till now (November) with little to no contact from Traveljigsaw. Very vague replies to my monthly inquiries about the claim. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Desired outcome: I would like my full insurance claim paid back

I wish to ask for the reimbursement of the invoice charged by Europcar to me, which is supposed to be done through the above mentioned contract;

Please send me a correctct and available adress to send my file.

For your information the phone number for France [protected] is always busy and out of reach

Plese answer preferably in french because I paid to rentalcars in France a price of 110.32 € to be protected.

Traveljigsaw Ltd Reclamación referencia 757001845

Hola,

Hice una reclamación de la referencia 757001845 para un reemborso de 458, 02€. No he recibido respuesta.
-El día 11/08/2021 sobre las 11:55 en el Pàrquing de Ses Salines en Ibiza dando marcha atrás dimos a otro coche que tenía la parte delantera un poco salida (estaba parado).
-Hicimos un parte y para ello informamos a la empresa de alquiler sobre el incidente (ya que el coche que nos dieron no tenía papel de parte y nos tuvieron que traer uno). La empresa de alquiler nos cobró 600€ de franquicia, de los cuales nos ha devuelto 141, 98€.
-No hubo terceros involucrados.
-Del coche de alquiler se dañó la parte trasera a la izquierda y del otro coche la parte izquierda delantera.

Adjunto parte y factura facilitada por HiperRent.
Quedo a la espera de una respuesta por vuestra parte.

Traveljigsaw Ltd Unauthorized credit card charges/unethical behaviour

I rented a vehicle from Karym Rental from 22/02/2019 to 25/02/2019 Business VAT [protected] acct#1108905 Confimation #1852618. I turned the vehicle in and showed the employees the tire/wheel that I had scraped against a curb. I told them that I have purchased coverage from RentalCover.com and they waived me on and said don't worry about it. I was in error by not staying and getting a final receipt. I assumed that they would email me a receipt or get in touch with me if there was a problem. I received my credit car statement and they had charged me 1300 euros or $1477.84 on my credit card. Also this charge was placed on 26/02/2019, there was not enough time to get estimate and repairs by the day after I returned the vehicle. How could they know what the charges would be? I immediately tried to get this settled and could not get in touch with Karym. The person who answered the phone (Gabriel) said that they would credit it back that it was just an oversight but when I asked if I could talk to the office he said they didn't have a phone # but I could email Decno. service@email. it. That email was never answered. I emailed Rentalcars.com and Sammy R. said he would get in touch with Karym and get it worked out. April 4th was my last communication with them. I put in a claim to RentalCover.com policy#COLVY79VP87A Ref# BAT2-JAP1-INS because I then assumed it could have been the tire/wheel scrape. RentalCover said I needed a copy of the estimate and show proof of repair. That was what Sammy R was going to get and now nice Ms. Melissa B. from RentalCover.com is trying to help me but nothing is happening. I have a photo of the damage to the tire/wheel and that is all of the damage to the vehicle if anything else is added that is fraudulent. I also had the car on full when I dropped it off. I cannot believe a scrape on a tire/wheel cover would cost so much. But either way I had bought the coverage and that should be covered. This has been a very frustrating and a painful struggle for my nerves. I believe they are trying to see if I will give up and not pursue this. What was a wonderful trip to Italy has become a real nightmare. I did not authorize or have any notification of this money being charged to my credit card. This is illegal. I have been cooperative and patient. Please help me with this!

Traveljigsaw Ltd Rentalcars

I had to cancel my booking because my husband has died and we suppose to go together on that holiday. As the rental was paid on his card and his bank account was closed long before cancellation, the refunded money bounce back to Rentalcars account. I have contacted them many times- emails, phonecals, dedicated Rentalcars agent on that case, and still no refund! From August until today no money back... booking ref [protected].

Traveljigsaw Ltd Budget

I had prepaid booking via booking. Com for car from Budget to pick from Miami international airport yesterday 12th. I cam on time and denied to get the car as I didn't Cary my hometown driving License, though I carry a valid international one. So please I want complete refund of the car or at least to instruct me for other company to get a car for remaining period

Traveljigsaw Ltd Car rental

I rented a car through Rentalcars.com and was provided booking reference number [protected]. I also purchased your insurance through Rentalcover.com. I arrived at Loreto, Mexico airport as scheduled and went to the MEX counter as indicated on your voucher. The counter person for MEX told me she was out of cars and could not provide me a car. She was extremely rude and closed her counter as I was attempting to deal with the problem saying she could not help me. I had to ask to see her name placard as it was turned around. I wrote her name as Blanca E. Castro Sanchez. Loreto, Mexico has only one commercial flight on Sundays and Thursdays each week and the car rental counter for all rentals closes after the commercial flight's passengers have departed. I attempted to call your number of 646-81-3012 and was placed on hold. I noted that only one person was still at the car rental counter, a Hertz representative named Mr. Caballero so with no other option an with your company not answering the telephone, I rented a Hertz car from him. He was extremely helpful and understood what a horrible experience I had had with Ms. Sanchez and trying to get in contact with Rentalcars.com. From September 23-30, I attempted to call Rentalcars.com without success. Numerous times I was on hold for over 30 minutes with no one answering. Rentalcars.com chat system has been down the entire time I attempted to resolve my issues.

I returned to California today and this morning was able to speak to Paul who answered after a 15 minute hold that I timed. Paul told me he was a "Customer Advisor" for Rentalcars.com and was in Barcelona, Spain. He refused to provide me a contact number or address for your customer service and said a customer service agent would contact me within 48 hours. I noted that your Chat system has been down each time I have gone to your website so the only option is to call the number and be put on hold for enormous periods of time without talking to someone. Your company gave me no opportunity to resolve my issue while I was on vacation in Loreto, Mexico.

Traveljigsaw Ltd Car hire in la rochelle

I hired a car through Rental cars.com when I booked my holiday through Easyjet as Rental cars was offered to me and I thought this would be an easy option and was sorted and out of the way in advance, they actually took the money for the care hire a month in advance, which I was not expecting!
My booking ref is [protected] 6th August -23rd August 2018 with Sixt Car rental at La Rochelle airport. My email address is [protected]@zoelloyd.com. Tel: [protected].

On Saturday 4th August I printed my voucher and realised I needed to take a credit card for the deposit. I called Rental cars.com to explain that I did not have a credit card and need to pay by debit card for the deposit. The operator tried to contact Sixt and said that nothing was open on Saturday or Sunday for me to confirm I could pay by Debit card.
The operator advised me again on Monday the day I was travelling that it was at Sixt's discretion to accept payment for the deposit by debit or credit card and assured me that when I landed and went to Sixt they would be fine. This was not the case and I arrived at La Rochelle airport was stranded there as Sixt would not give me the car and neither would any of the other rental cars at the airport. I had to take a taxi to La Rochelle and try to find another car firm that would rent me a car at 6.30pm in the evening! I called Rental Cars to do this for me and all they could offer me was a car at 9am from La Rochelle airport with Hertz but there was no guarantee that I could use a debit card. This was not good enough I had nowhere to stay and did not want to sleep in the airport until the next morning and then be in the same situation.

Fortunately I found Enterprise cars who accepted my debit card payment and were extremely helpful, why could Rental cars not have found them as they were apparently stationed at La Rochelle airport but did not have a desk. Rental cars should have known this!
I am upset that Rental cars.com left me stranded in La Rochelle in tears and to top it off said that as I had to cancel my booking they would deduct 3 days of my payment and I would not get my money back for 7 days, this is outrageous I feel like I was treated like a dog by Rental cars.com, all they were interested in was taking my money and leaving me to sleep on the street on the first day of my holiday. Why did Rental cars not refund my money when I called on Saturday or help me to find Enterprise cars who are in La Rochelle as this could have been a straightforward exchange and I am appalled that the first day of my holiday was ruined by the greediness of Rental Cars.com wanting to keep my money and fobbing me off for two days when I kept calling to sort this out!

I feel that I should be compensated for the trauma I have suffered and most definitely should not have had 3 days worth of car hire money deducted as this is outrageous and my money should be returned instantly not at Rental cars.com convenience in seven days or more therefore I am going to contact BBC Watchdog to make sure more customers are aware of this happening to them.

Please let me know what your views are on this situation and how it can be resolved as I do not want this to happen to other unsuspecting customers.

I've rented a car via Rentalcars.com and I paid for Insurance which covers cancellation. I had to cancel the booking just three hours after the booking and claimed the insured booking fee. They don't even care. They dont answer the questions. Horrible experience.
