Staff treating guest like [censored], attitude is terrible
Date : 18 May
Room : 6089
On May 18th, I had an incident related to my hotel stay. I had originally checked in on May 14th and had a booking that was supposed to end on May 18th. However, I decided to extend my stay and made another booking from May 18th to May 20th.
During my check-in on May 14th, I specifically informed the staff member handling the process about the two bookings and requested that I wouldn't have to check in again. Unfortunately, it seemed like the staff member didn't take any action regarding the two bookings. Additionally, they misspelled my last name and didn't bother to correct it in the system. They simply instructed me to use my first name and last name as the Wi-Fi password.
On the evening of May 18th, when I returned to my room, I discovered that my key card wasn't working. I went down to the lobby and was informed by a staff member that my room had been marked for a late check-out, for which I was even charged. The staff member helped me extend my stay in the system so that I could remain in the same room.
However, when I received the new key card, it still didn't work. Exhausted and wanting to resolve the issue, I returned to the lobby, which was nearly midnight. I approached a staff member to seek assistance with the key card, but he rudely yelled at me and told me to wait in the queue, despite the fact that I should have been a priority since I was already in line before him. When I asked for his name, he continued to scold me impolitely.
To my disappointment, the manager, who was present, didn't intervene or show any concern about the situation.
I decided to approach another staff member, who finally issued a new key card to me. However, when I went back to my room, I encountered the same problem—the key card still didn't work.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology for the guy and the manager.

I stayed at the Treasure Island from Friday October 9th to Sunday October 11th my room # was ***. For the 2 nights I was there the large group of People next room # *** were making a lot of noice till about 3 in the morning. Saturday morning my husband complained to the front but it seemed that they didn't do anything about it. Because it was the same Saturday night. I'm not saying it's a bad place but this was very disappointed that we couldn't get enough sleep. I have stayed in other hotels on the strip but this is been the worse. I sent Treasure Island 2 complaints but they never responded to any of them. The first one was on Sunday Oct 11 and the second was Wednesday Oct 14. I alto wrote it on their survey I filled out on Monday.

Checked in 9/5-9/7 and paid $225. Around 1am my husband and I hear the door handle jiggling. It sounded like someone was trying to get in to our room. We heard them sliding a card in between the door frame. When he got to the door, we heard the door to the stairway close. The same thing happened an hour later. But, this time my husband was able to go out our door and opened the stairway cautiously. This time, there was a pile of cigarette buds and ashes on the right side of the floor. It happened a third time. Notified management and was told they would notify security & f/u with us. We waited til 5pm and called back. They asked us did we want to move and we said yes. They sent a person up with new key. He looked at the evidence and said it was probably an employee. I showed him how the stairwell was not locked like told and that this was a safety. Second room bathroom sink was clogged. Waited for hrs. No one showed. Called FD and told them not to come as we wanted to get rest.
Hello, I stayed in your hotel from oct 7 to 10. My room, suite *** had a jacuzzi tub that was unusable due to the light fixture above it leaking water into the tub. We also had reserved the adjoining room ***. After unsuccessfully being able to reach the front desk, I finally got through at 3am on Sunday morning because the water trickling was so bad we were kept awake and I was worried about the ceiling caving in due to water damage. The only option given was to remove one day of resort fees to make up for the tub that we payed extra for and could not use. Being middle of the night, I decided to call back later that day to talk about it. After talking to someone going back and forth they agreed to credit us for one night as well as resort fees for the entire stay. Upon receiving my receipt, I noticed a credit for 132.62 which is not the total for one night plus resort fees. I also have video of the ceiling heavily leaking water.
Hi, my husband and I just stayed at treasure island for two nights for our honeymoon
Hi, my husband and I just stayed at treasure island for two nights for our honeymoon. Our experience was absolutely terrible. Our petite sweet that we paid for was disgusting and absolutely nasty. There was dust and mildew and left over dried up colored soup all over the tub and all the Counters and tables were completely grimy. As a immune compromised person we were appalled that this is what we paid for for such a special time. Not to mention when we checked in the front desk told us they were waiving both our early check in and late check out fee. This is what he CLEARLY stated to us and to not worry about it. We were confused to find that when we checked out we were charged; and upon trying to resolve the matter both the guest services and manager were extremely rude and treated us like we were lying and basically Ignored us. We are extremely disappointed and saddened this happened to end our honeymoon. We will not be coming back and would like a full refund.

Experience started with a service product issue and turned into horrible customer service I checked in to treasure island and the person that checked me was Justin and he was not very inviting. I get to my room and it was half clean and I immediately had request more pillows as it was only two on a king sizes bed! Next the WiFi did not work and the WiFi was supposed to be included in my resort fee. I texted the help number for assistance but that did not get it fixed. Next I spoke with the worst manager the property had and his name was Dean. He was rude condescending belittling and not apologetic about my issues. He stated the hotel was working on the TVs and the WiFi was connected to the tv. I explained all the trouble I was having to him and he suggested a tech person come to my room. I informed Dean due to COVID and the pandemic and my privacy I was not comfortable with someone coming in to my room to check out the WiFi. Instead I suggested the resort move me to another room but Dean said the first step had to be someone coming to check out the WiFi and then told me if I was that worried about the pandemic I shouldn't have came to Las Vegas! Wow, I had to remind him that I was here on business and that was not his place to tell me where I should and shouldn't be. Dean was very snappy and short with me and did not offer one single apology. I told Dean I would like to speak with the manager over him. Finally I spoke with Aggie who was very nice but also very unhealthy. I explained everything to her and she offered to move my room but still unwilling to compensate me, none of this is any fault of my own. I asked her to refund my stay and I would check out because of how unpleasant Thor experience was. I paid an extra $7.00 to protect my booking for any cancellation or early check outs to be 100% refunded. I asked Aggie to at least refund my resort fee and she said she could not do that and offered me a $20 discount wow, that's a slap in the face. She said she couldn't refund anything because I booked through a third party, I had the third party contact the resort directly and the hotel denied my request and then lied about denying it. At this point I am being given the run around and I just want my money back. I have a picture of the tv frozen and screenshots of the text messages with the hotel. As I'm checking out the hotel is still giving me the run around about getting a refund this is not right and they are literally ripping people off. Aggie is telling me to contact the travel agency and I've already done that.
I had 2 rooms reserved for June 10-14 at the hotel. Our room was downright nasty especially the bathroom old soap stuck on the corner shelf hairs in the tub and corners I complained they sent the lady up and supervisor it still had the soap stuck afterwards and I had to call 3 times a day they never left washclothes. I also have no clue why we had to pay resort fees when we where told we could waive them for what we didn't use anything. This hotel was not even worth anything this used to be my favorite hotel but not anymore. I am not sure who you hire to clean your rolms but that is a health code problem it wasnt just hair off someones head either.I am asking for a refund for at least the resort fees Iw ould like a refund for the room but if not at least the resort fees for both rooms. I went to *** and bought *** wipes since it was so nasty in the bathroom and dusty in the room to clean

Reserved and PAID for our trip in May for a non-smoking room
Reserved and PAID for our trip in May for a non-smoking room. During check in, the staff person clearly stated he put us in a non-smoking room to which I replied, "yes, non-smoking". When we arrived to our floor, we could smell tobacco smoke faintly. My husband thought it was due to a specific person ignoring the rules. Each day we both felt ill so, I called the front desk this morning and was told we were put on the "smoking-optional" floor. I was referred to a front desk manager. He told me that we were put in "whatever was available" when we checked in and he didn't understand why we were told non-smoking. But, that's not something he could compensate us for because rooms are "first come, first served" so, if non-smoking wasn't available, then we were out of luck. I paid in advance for a non-smoking room. As such, I was first. At the least, he should have compensated us for the $132 additional resort fees we had to pay upon arrival. He offered nothing to rectify this.

Treasure Island llc charged me for a shuttle service to and from Las Vegas airport without providing the service and refuses to refund cost of shuttle I arranged a vacation ( on 07 July )with Treasure Island llc to their hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada which included air fare, shuttle to and from airport and hotel stay ( 11 Aug 2020 thru 16 Aug 2020 ). Shuttle service to and from hotel was not provided had to get a taxi to and from airport. After speaking with the shuttle company directly they informed us Treasure Island llc was notified in March all shuttles were canceled until further notice. After several attempts to reach a manager including being laughed at and told you'll have to find your own way. I was able to speak with Aglyn E assistant hotel manager she refused to show us an itemized bill and their was nothing Treasure Island would do to refund shuttle costs.
This e-mail hopes to serve as a formal complaint
"This e-mail hopes to serve as a formal complaint. First and foremost, I was greeted wonderfully by all of the employees I came across. However, my issue was with the condition of the hotel room I was in. I arrived during the early morning hours of the 29th of July around 12:00AM. The floor upon which we stayed was loud and filthy. The room itself was incredibly dusty, the mattress felt as if there was a hole in it. The bathroom was full of dried watermarks. Leading me to believe it was not even cleaned prior to arrival. The fitted sheet was ripped and old. Something I have never encountered at any other resort on the strip. The remote was hard to use and took a while to respond to the buttons. I didn't say anything because I was so exhausted from the drive. " This was an e-mail I had sent to the resort and received no response to. I just want my resort fees back(no credit), I still stayed in the hotel but considering the conditions my room was in. It was sincerely deplorable.

Here is my experience at treasure island
Here is my experience at treasure island. One of my favorite hotel to gamble and stay well at least till this past weekend!. I checked into the hotel on 03/21 at around 2:20 or so. Lady who checked me in was RUDE! I asked her if she had giving me the suite with the view like I was told I would just had to pay an upgrade fee up on check in. She then said there was nothing she can do and that I have gotten a mountain view instead. I was tired and exsausted from work so I didn't say anything. I got to the room and the room was NOT the one I asked for. I called F.D and they said they were sold out on all other suite's so nothing they can do. I decided to get in the jacuzzi and it did not Work! Called front desk report it and nothing happend. I got a suite to relax. I ended up leaving to the strip and just walk around instead. Came back to my suite and just slept. Not acceptable. Didn't use the jacuzzi or anything just bathroom. PAID $230 for what?! NeedRefund And a free upgrade stay

Went to stay at the hotel for my Anniversary and had a bad experience due to many issues
Went to stay at the hotel for my Anniversary and had a bad experience due to many issues. Hello, My name is ***. My confirmation number is ***. My wife and I booked a hotel room for 6/7-6/8 to celebrate our anniversary. We have stayed here before and the experience has always been great; however, this particular stay wasn't like the others. I understand that with this pandemic happening and the hotels just opening up again, Treasure Island is getting back in the swing of things. With this kept in mind, I still need to express my concerns and issues with your hotel. There was no hot water for most of our stay, with us waiting hours for someone to fix the issue. It seemed that the people next store to us were having trouble as well and were quite loud in the halls complaining about their similar issues. Our air conditioning did not work throughout the night and it got pretty hot. Asking anything at the desk was a hassle and took an hour just to get what we needed. I am not normally a complainer, but I needed to express concern. I wanted to come back in a few weeks for a few days during summer vacation, but after this stay, I am wary. I know Treasure Island usually has great service and prides itself on it, so I would like to think that your company cares about its feedback and customers.
