Tree Hut Design: Not as Earth-Friendly as They Claim - A Disappointing Experience with a Broken Watch Strap
I got this watch from Tree Hut Design 2 years ago and I was pretty happy with it at first. I picked the zebrawood one and it looked really cool. But now, after 2 years, about half of the wooden pieces on the strap are breaking. I was bummed out about it, but I remembered that they sent me a few replacement pieces when I first got the watch. So I swapped out the broken pieces with the new ones, but the part that attaches to the closing clip was different. I reached out to Tree Hut Design to see if I could buy just that one piece to fix my watch.
But then they told me that I could either send the watch in for repair for US$50 (I live in Canada, eh) or get a discount on a new watch. I was pretty disappointed to hear that from a company that says they're all about being Earth-Friendly and Sustainable. I mean, come on, either I have to throw away a perfectly good watch or ship it all the way across the continent and back just to replace one little piece that probably only costs a couple bucks and could easily be shipped in a small envelope.
So it's pretty clear to me that they don't really practice what they preach and all that Earth-Friendly stuff is just a bunch of marketing mumbo jumbo. I can't support a company that doesn't care about the environment like they say they do. So I won't be buying anything from Tree Hut Design anymore.
Disappointing Experience with Tree Hut Design: Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service
I just had an experience with Tree Hut Design and I am quite disappointed with their service. I placed my order and after a few days, the tracking number that they provided showed that only the label was made on May 8th. It took a week before they finally shipped out my order. I had to send them an email to cancel the order because it was taking too long to get shipped.
I got a response from their customer service named Cyndee, and she said that the tracking number wasn't updating in real-time because of the current situation. She also mentioned that it might take 10-20 business days for the item to be delivered to my doorstep. However, I find this explanation a bit odd because if an item has a barcode, it should be scanned and updated into the system. I am not really sure why it is taking so long for them to scan the package amid the pandemic.
I tried to cancel my order again on May 14th, but it was too late as Cyndee said that the item was already shipped. It is quite frustrating when you want to cancel your order, yet they still ship it without your consent.
To put it simply, the label was made for my item but it took several days before it was mailed out. This caused the delay or extended shipping window of 10-14 days. It is very misleading and dishonest on their part. When you ask them about their shipping policies and they cannot give you a straight answer, it makes you wonder if there are other things that they are not telling you.
Overall, my experience with Tree Hut Design was not that great. I hope they improve their customer service and shipping policies in the future.
Tree Hut Design: Sweet-Talking Crooks - My Experience with Their Customer Service
So, I bought a watch from Tree Hut Design and decided to exchange it for another one. I talked to a customer service representative who told me to send the watch back and they would exchange it for me. The new watch I wanted was more expensive, so I had to pay an extra $15.00. No big deal, I paid it right away. Then, I sent the watch back through UPS. After a few weeks, I received a shipping notification from Tree Hut, but it was for the original watch, not the one I wanted to exchange it for. I contacted them and told them they were sending the wrong watch, but they said they were sending it back because I didn't follow their "return protocol". I didn't even know there was a protocol! I paid the $15.00 difference through a link on their website, but apparently, I should have taken a screenshot of it as proof.
I explained that I paid through their website, but they still wouldn't accept it. They sent the original watch back to me, but it got lost in transit. Now, they won't give me a refund without the watch they lost. They asked me to verify the address they used to ship the watch back to me, but it was wrong! They didn't respond to my suggestion that the wrong address might be the reason why the watch got lost. They just kept saying they can't refund me without the watch they lost because they used the wrong address.
Throughout all of our communications, they were very polite, but completely unresponsive to my arguments. I didn't know what to say anymore. I'm not only without a watch, but I'm also without my $100 plus payment. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. They are nothing but sweet-talking crooks.
Deceptive Marketing: My Disappointing Experience with Tree Hut Design Watches
I gotta say, I checked out this Tree Hut Design site, hoping to find a cool gift for my buddy who can't do metal. Found a handful of watches that looked promising, and settled on one with a wood band - seemed like a safe bet, right? The pictures showed some screws on the back, but they looked like no biggie. So I ordered it up and eagerly awaited its arrival.
But when it got to me, I gotta be real: I was bummed out. Turns out, the clasp of the watch was made of that shiny steel stuff I was trying to avoid. So I shot over an email, explaining my disappointment and asking for their help. To their credit, Tree Hut Design responded pretty quick with an offer for a refund in case my friend couldn't wear the watch.
However, I gotta be honest, I'm not feeling super enthusiastic about this site anymore. They go on about how their watches are "all wood" and whatnot, but clearly that's not entirely true. Seems like a shady marketing ploy to me. So yeah, not really feeling like I could recommend this place to anyone else.
Review of Tree Hut Design Watch - Disappointing Product and Customer Service Experience
I recently made a purchase from Tree Hut Design for a watch for my hubby. Unfortunately, my experience has left a lot to be desired. The watch I received was not as it was depicted on the website. When I contacted customer service to address my concern, they informed me that the olive ash wood used in the watch was the issue causing the hour markings to appear lacking in pigmentation.
However, this seems like an excuse to me because the website clearly showcases the hour markings and the brand logo filled in with color/stain. It's quite frustrating because while the overall watch is pleasing, the most critical aspect of the watch - the face - does not meet my expectations.
When I asked for a resolution to this situation, Customer Service did offer me a $10 refund or to return the watch. But, I have reservations about the trusting them to fix the problem and send it back to me in a timely manner. So, I plan to spend more money to have a local watchmaker do it.
Overall, it's disappointing my Tree Hut Design purchase didn't meet my standards, and I will have to spend extra money and time to fix the issue. I've included some photos to show the comparison between what I received and what was presented on their website.
Disappointing Experience with Tree Hut Design - Lost Order and Poor Customer Service
I was pretty excited to surprise my friend with a special engraved gift box, a watch and a spare strap, all from Tree Hut Design. I spent nearly NZ$200 on my order and even decided to pay a little extra for express shipping with DHL. You can imagine my surprise and disappointment when on 17th Dec, well over 2 weeks after I'd placed the order, the tracking information still showed my package stuck in San Francisco. Naturally, I panicked and rushed to fire off an email to customer care to know what's up.
I did receive a response stating that unfortunately, the order was lost in transit and that the team had already begun processing a new order for me. Sweet! But, two days later, I hadn't heard anything about the new order, so I quickly dashed off another email to ask for a status update. The response was the exact same generic email with a tracking number that turned out to be exactly the same as the one from the first order! I was definitely not impressed by that!
I became quite frustrated and sent off a flurry of back-and-forth emails, all of which were met with the same automated reply. My order was lost in shipping. Really, again? By the 24th of Dec, I still hadn't received my order and was out of pocket $200. Talk about being sad and disappointed. I would not recommend Tree Hut to anyone, and I'll definitely think twice before considering buying anything from them again.
Tree Hut Design Watch: Dope AF but Packaging a Let Down
Yo, just got my Tree Hut Design watch and it's dope AF, but the packaging ain't so great, to be honest.
Like, let's start with the gift box - it's freaking huge! I thought it was gonna be tailored for just one watch, but there's this random slot for another one. Plus, the actual watch ain't even fitting in the spot it's supposed to go in!
Then, when I opened the box, the watch was lying all willy-nilly, face down on the little pillow thingie (which also had a tear - not a good start), and there were some janky cards just thrown in there.
Honestly, the watch looked straight-up jank inside the box. I wanted to give it to my boo for our wedding day, but there's no way I'm gonna do that in this busted-up box. It's embarrassing AF and looks like something's missing. And the watch can't even stay right-side-up cuz of how big the box is. Imagine opening your wedding gift from your boo and it's mad crooked!
Overall, I'm feeling kinda let down, y'all.
Unique Natural Wood Watches: My Tree Hut Design Experience and Review
Ordering and shipping my watch from Tree Hut Design was a pretty smooth sailing. It took the usual amount of time for my package to arrive from USA to Canada. However, I did get a bit worried about customs while waiting for it to arrive. So, if you're ordering from this platform, do ensure that you plan and order in advance to avoid shipping and customs issues.
I ordered the watch on July 12th with hopes of getting it before our Anniversary on August 1st, and it arrived with plenty of time to spare! However, I was slapped with a small customs fee of about $20-$25, which wasn't a big deal, to be honest. The watch I got was stunning and worth every single penny I spent. My husband loves it! It even comes with spare links in case you need to beef it up a bit. The kit also comes with the necessary tools to add or remove links from the band.
I also purchased the bamboo box that my watch came in, which is very durable and well-crafted with a good quality hinge. I am very impressed with the workmanship of these guys, and I would definitely purchase from here again.
There's something unique about Tree Hut that I couldn't ignore- the watch is made from natural wood. It's fascinating to see the varying grains and colours on each wooden watch, and mine was no different. It was extremely light too, which we were surprised with! We expected it to be heavy, so it was a pleasant surprise to see how light the timepiece felt.
Overall, I had a great experience ordering from Tree Hut Design. They offer a wide range of watches and accessories, and the natural wooden design is so unique! If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind watch for yourself or a loved one, I'd highly recommend this platform!
Tree Hut Design Goes Above and Beyond for Customer Service
Honestly, I gotta hand it to Tree Hut Design cuz they really hooked me up when my watch was having some issues. The second hand was floatin' around on the watch face and I was like, "Uh oh, this ain't good." So I hit up their customer service lady, Irene, and she gave me the lowdown on how to send it in for repair.
After I sent it in, I got an email from Lorelie who told me they got my watch and gave me an estimate of how long it would take to fix it. Couple days later, I got another email from Lorelie saying my watch was fixed and on its way back to me.
But here's the real kicker: when I got my watch back, not only was the second hand fixed, but they also replaced the face and the leather band! And they didn't charge me a dime! I was blown away by their generosity and their commitment to good service.
So shoutout to all the homies at Tree Hut Design, especially Irene and Lorelie. Ya'll are the real MVPs! If you're lookin' for a dope timepiece, you gotta check out Tree Hut Design. They got some sick designs and the customer service is top notch.
Disappointing Quality of Tree Hut Design Watches, Not Worth the Price
I recently made a purchase from Tree Hut Design for two female watches after returning one that I had bought for my ex. I must say that the customer service was prompt in responding to my request and exchange, which I appreciated. However, I received the watches today, and I feel a little disappointed with the quality.
I paid quite a lot of money for the two watches, and to be honest, the metal holding them together seems to be of low quality. Perhaps, this is because watches are not made like they used to? The metal looks like thin plated aluminum and can bend easily, which is not real quality metal. Additionally, I appreciate the idea of using wood products, but the watches are made of used wood, which is extremely light. I'm afraid that it can dry out and break quickly if exposed to water or if worn for an extended period. Unless I get a mostly metal band on the watch, the watches are purely decorative because of the quality.
One of the watches has a glass cover, while the other one doesn't, and this is quite disappointing because I like to keep it on for as long as possible. Also, the pink marble watch had some dents in the wood straight out of the box, which I am not sure is normal. It's kind of also disappointing because I didn't put those dents there.
The sparkle on the watches is probably not even cubic zirconia, and the aluminum-plated setting in the middle looks less quality than that. I spent just over $200 for both watches, and now I feel like it might not have been a wise purchase. Nonetheless, I will try not to wear them too often, so they don't break.
Tree Hut Design's Dishonest and Slow Customer Service
Honestly, I gotta say, I'm pretty fed up with Tree Hut Design's customer service. It's like, I'd rather go without a watch than ever buy from them again. It's not just that they're slow, it's that they're dishonest too. It's like they think they can pull one over on me and I won't notice. But I did.
So, get this. I ordered a watch for my hubby, right? They said it would come in 8-12 business days. I was cool with that, no biggie. But then, on September 21st, I got a message saying that my package was pending acceptance. I waited and waited, but the status never changed.
Now, I'm not an idiot. I know what the USPS tracker says. And it was saying that the package hadn't been dropped off yet. So, I messaged Tree Hut Design and asked what was up. And, of course, they lied. They said the USPS tracker isn't real-time. Which, let's be real, is just ridiculous.
So, I waited some more. And nothing changed. The tracker still said my package hadn't been dropped off. Finally, the day before I was supposed to get my package, Tree Hut Design messaged me saying that they had shipped it. Uh, what? I thought you said the USPS tracker wasn't real-time. And why did it take so long for you to ship my package?
Long story short, I finally got my package on September 30th. But only after Tree Hut Design had lied to me twice and blamed Covid for their mistakes. Not cool, guys. Not cool at all.
So, if you're thinking about ordering from these guys, think again. Don't expect your package to come on time and don't expect good customer service. It's just not worth it.
Mixed feelings about Tree Hut's North Black Ebony Blue Watch
So, I got myself the north black ebony blue watch from Tree Hut Design, snagging a sweet 20% discount thanks to their "pay what you can" promo during the pandemic situation. It took FOREVER to arrive though, just like what most of the people experienced as well. But when it eventually did, I got to say, I was pretty stoked about the appearance and the uniqueness of the timepiece. I got a bunch of other watches ranging from $200 to $500 from brands like Citizen, but this one from Tree Hut Design was something else. Even though it looked pretty cool, the quality and care for detail was not that great. And to top it off, I found a crack on the acrylic crystal - a real bummer.
Now, I understand that it wasn't their fault, but man, I had to remove some links on the strap and sadly, it just wasn't an absolute fit for me - not too loose, not too snug. Though this isn't a rare thing for linked watches so I wasn't too bothered, but it would have been nice if it had some kind of fine adjustment in that clasp.
Just to cut to the chase, I ended up returning it. And I even put in a request for a repair on the cracked crystal, but to my dismay, they didn't really do anything about it. Heck, I didn't even get a nod of acknowledgement from them for that repair request! But they did get my returned watch on their end, and they said they'd refund me in full within 15 to 20 business days. Well, it's been more than that now and still not even a penny entered my wallet. I threw them another follow-up email and all they said was that an email notification for that refund would be sent to me soon enough. I don't wanna get my hopes up too high, but I'm crossing my fingers.
On the overall, I wasn't too pleased with the quality of the watch nor the customer service. Although you have to give credit where it's due - some of their designs are downright slick, especially the ones going for a higher price. But if you're spending upwards of $200, I'd wager you'd be able to land something from a more trustworthy brand. Besides, wooden watches are pretty much a passing light-hearted trend anyways.

Disappointed with Tree Hut Design's Watch Quality and Customer Service
I got myself a couple of watches from Tree Hut Design for some special events. The watches were really pretty, but the wooden bands on both of them broke just after a year, right after the warranty expired. I tried to get some replacement parts for the bands from Tree Hut, but they told me that they don't sell them. They did offer to repair the watches for me, but it would cost me 50 bucks each. That's a bit steep for a quick 20-minute job, don't you think? I don't think I'll be buying from Tree Hut again.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Tree Hut Design Watch
So, I got this watch from Tree Hut Design and when I opened the box, it was not running. I was pretty bummed out about it. I tried to get in touch with customer support, but it was like they were playing a game of tag with me. They kept running me around in circles and not solving the problem. It was really frustrating. I mean, I just wanted my watch to work, you know?
After a while, I decided that it wasn't worth the hassle and I'm sending it back for a refund. I hope I get my money back, but who knows with these things. It's really disappointing because I've had a Tree Hut watch before and it only lasted about 2 years. I should have learned my lesson from that, but I guess I'm a glutton for punishment.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with the customer service at Tree Hut Design. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I mean, if they did, they would have solved my problem instead of running me around in circles. It's a shame because their watches are really cool, but if they can't stand behind their products, what's the point?

Tree Hut Design Watch Review: Looks Great, But Doesn't Last
So, my wife got me this Tree Hut Design watch as a gift for our wedding, and I gotta say, it looked pretty darn amazing. It was one of those watches that just did all the right things - it looked sleek, it was comfortable to wear, and it made me feel like a million bucks. But, after a few years of not being worn (because, let's be honest, it's not an everyday kind of watch), I started to notice that some of the markers were coming away. And let me tell you, that was a real bummer.
I decided to reach out to Tree Hut Design about it, because I figured they'd want to know that their product wasn't holding up as well as it should be. But, their response was less than satisfactory. They told me that since it had been more than a year since I purchased the watch, they couldn't do anything about it - unless I wanted to pay $50USD to get it repaired. I mean, come on. I have a pocket watch that belonged to my great-great-grandfather, and it still works like a charm. And yet, this fancy-schmancy watch that I got as a wedding gift only comes with a measly 12-month warranty? That just doesn't seem right to me.
Needless to say, I don't wear the watch anymore. It's just not worth it to me to spend money on something that's not going to last. If you're thinking about buying a watch from Tree Hut Design, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Find a company that's going to stand by their product and make sure that it lasts as long as it should. Don't waste your money on something that's going to fall apart after a few years.
Misleading Marketing and Disappointing Customer Support at Tree Hut Design
I gotta say, I've been a customer of Tree Hut Design for a hot minute now, and while their products are still pretty solid, I'm not too thrilled with some of the shenanigans they've been pulling lately. Like, for real, they claim to offer free shipping on orders over $100 worldwide, but that's a straight-up lie. I tried to place an order for over $200 to five different countries, and every single one of them still charged me $65 for shipping. What gives, Tree Hut?
And don't even get me started on their so-called "discounts." I've been keeping an eye on their website for a few months now, and I swear those prices never actually change. It's like they're just slapping a "sale" sticker on everything to make it seem like you're getting a deal. And those countdown timers? Total BS. They act like you only have a limited time to buy something at a discounted price, but I'm pretty sure they just reset the timer every time it runs out.
I tried reaching out to their customer support to get some answers, but they were about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. They couldn't even tell me which countries actually qualify for free shipping, which makes me think that whole thing is just a marketing ploy to get people to spend more money. Honestly, the whole experience has been pretty disappointing.
So yeah, I guess you can draw your own conclusions about Tree Hut Design. Their products are still decent, but their website is hella deceiving and their customer support is either not allowed to help or just doesn't want to. It's a shame, really.
Mixed feelings about Tree Hut Design watches: Beautiful but fragile, poor customer service and high replacement costs
The watches from Tree Hut Design are absolutely stunning, but I must say that the light wood used in their construction is quite fragile. I had a bit of trouble adjusting the bracelet to fit my wrist, and unfortunately, a few links ended up breaking in the process. To make matters worse, the two extra links that came with the watch were not enough to accommodate all men, as the bracelet was quite small.
I reached out to customer service for assistance, and while they were very quick to respond to my messages, I found it nearly impossible to get a straight answer from them. I must have exchanged over 20 emails with them, but it seemed like they weren't even reading my messages or the ones that came before. I even sent them pictures with detailed drawings, but I still couldn't get the information or instructions I needed.
What's more, I was quite disappointed to learn that Tree Hut Design charges customers $10 for a simple link replacement. And if you need a larger link because a part broke, you have to pay for two replacements instead of just one. This seems like a bit of a rip-off, especially considering the price of the watches themselves.
Overall, I must say that I was quite disappointed with my experience with Tree Hut Design. While the watches are undeniably beautiful and the customer service team is quick to respond, the fragility of the light wood and the high cost of replacement parts make it unlikely that I'll ever purchase from them again. I'll give them two stars for the look of the watches and the fast response time, but it's worth noting that you may still be left with unresolved issues even after multiple emails with customer service.
Disappointed with Flimsy Product: Review of [Product]
of the product they sent me. The website looks nice but it doesn't really matter since the product was a disappointment. I thought I was getting something special and unique but it didn't live up to my expectations. The wood felt flimsy and cheap and the design didn't look as good in person as it did online. I was really disappointed with my purchase and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. They need to be more upfront with their policies and improve the quality of their products if they want to keep customers.
Disappointing Experience: Tree Hut Design Failed to Return My Watch After Repairs
I don't know what to do, it's been almost two months and I still haven't gotten my watch back after sending it to Tree Hut Design to add some links. It's so frustrating! I used to think there were still some honest businesses out there, but Tree Hut has definitely disappointed me. I wish I had read some reviews before ordering from them.
Review: Tree Hut Design Custom Engraved Watch and Box - A Mixed Bag of Feelings
. Just received my order from Tree Hut Design and it's a mixed bag of feelings. I got a custom engraved box which looks pretty cool but the engraving was kind of an afterthought. It's tucked away under the tree hut logo that takes up most of the space in the front. I gotta say that was a bit of a bummer.
Moving onto the watch, the face looked a little cloudy which kinda made me think about what other issues I might run into down the line. However, it's not the end of the world and it doesn't look half bad otherwise. It's been a few days since I've been using it and so far, it's been ticking without any problems.
All in all, I'd say it's an average watch that comes with an unexpected twist. The customized box is a nice touch but could've been better executed, and the slight cloudiness on the watch's face is something to keep an eye out for. Might have to try out a few more watches from Tree Hut to see if this is a one-time deal or not.
Tree Hut: False 'No Delay Guarantee' and Disappointing Customer Service
So, I decided to give Tree Hut a try and ordered one of their watches as a gift for my friend. The delivery was supposed to be quick and smooth, but it's been almost a month now and still no sign of the package. I tried to contact customer service, but all they did was blame it on Covid-19 and the shipping carriers. The worst part is that the shipment code seems to be non-existent, which was also confirmed by the carriers. I honestly feel like I'm being ripped off.
The worst part is their customer service team. They barely help at all and seem to be completely indifferent to my concerns. They just told me to "keep waiting" when I asked for a refund or a solution. I mean, seriously? They even advertised a "no delay guarantee" on their website, which is obviously completely false.
All in all, I'm extremely disappointed with Tree Hut and their services. I would never recommend them to anyone and strongly advise you to look elsewhere if you're considering buying something from them.
Tree Hut Design: A Disappointing Customer Service Experience
This TREE HUT DESIGN place is causing me some serious headaches. I've been trying to get a replacement band for my husband's watch for ages now! My son gave him that watch as a gift, so it has sentimental value. And my husband loves it - he wears it all the time.
I've already paid them twice through PAYPAL, and it's been two lenthy months now. Yet, I'm still waiting for them to get their act together and get us the right band! Talk about a bad customer service experience!
They go on and on about peace, love, and understanding, but honestly, just get the freaking band sent to me already! I'm not asking for much, but it's been way too long. If they're going to talk the talk, they need to walk the walk.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend TREE HUT DESIGN to anyone looking for quick and reliable customer service. They need to step up their game and start delivering on their promises.
Beware of False Promotions: My Frustrating Experience with Tree Hut Design's Website
So ya'll, let me tell you about my experience with Tree Hut Design's website. They claim to offer 40% off all store orders, so naturally, I was excited to snag a deal. I wanted to buy these two dope necklaces and some sunglasses, but when I tried to apply the discount, it only worked for their watches. Like, what gives?
So I hit up their customer service, and after some back and forth, they sent me a loyalty coupon for 20% off. But get this, even that didn't work on the items I wanted. When I asked them about it, they straight up told me that the discount was only for watches.
Honestly, this experience left me feeling pretty frustrated. It's like they were straight up lying about their promotions to get people to shop there. And let's be real, false advertising is definitely not a good look for any brand.
In summary, don't believe everything you read on the Tree Hut Design website. You might end up like me, feeling totally misled and unsatisfied with the customer service.
Unique Design, Lacking Quality: A Disappointing Experience with Treehut Watches
a lot to be desired. The design is unique and interesting, but unfortunately, the quality seems to be lacking.
When I received the watch, I was disappointed to find that the shade of blue marble was not as advertised on the website. In fact, the watch face was so cloudy that it was hard to see the time properly. It looked almost defective. I reached out to Treehut to express my concerns and was met with a less than satisfactory response. They offered me a $10 credit or a pair of sunglasses, which I was not interested in receiving.
I was hoping for some kind of resolution or explanation, but instead, I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. It was as if they didn't care about the quality of their product or customer satisfaction.
While the design may be unique, I would caution others before purchasing from this company. The quality may not meet your expectations, and their customer service may not be as helpful as you would hope.
Unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience with Tree Hut Design
I recently made my first purchase at Tree Hut Design and was excited to receive my new watch. The shipping was decent and I received my package within a reasonable amount of time. I was overly thrilled waiting to be able to finally wear my new accessory. Unfortunately, when it arrived, I soon realized that the watch was too big for my wrist! Feeling disappointed, I immediately called customer service to address my issue. To my surprise, the support agent on the other end attempted to persuade me to exchange my watch for something else; however, they did not have anything smaller to offer.
After a brief conversation with the support agent, I was finally told that I would receive an email with instructions to return the watch, as it was clear that an exchange was not possible. Though, somehow their system failed to send me the email with the return label. So, I sent them an email including my full name and order number, hoping that it would be enough information for them to send me a proper label. To my dismay, I received an email back indicating that they needed the order number again and my mailing address. Though, that was not the end of my hassle with this issue. I soon received another email trying to convince me to exchange the watch again, even though they still did not have a smaller size to offer.
Determined to get this resolved, I called customer service a few more times, sent a few more emails, but received no return label. At this point, I decided to pay out of my own pocket to ship the watch back to them instead. The only instruction was that I needed to email them the tracking number so they could process my refund. This was an inconvenience that could have been avoided had they just provided me with a return label in the first place.
In conclusion, my experience with Tree Hut Design was less than satisfactory. Their customer service process is inefficient and customers should not have to go through such a hassle just to return an item. If you decide to do business with them, just be prepared to encounter such issues.
