TideStore.com Have not received my order

Tidebuy.com. I have not received my order since I purchased on dec 10 2016. Same automatic reply email 17track. An it's not been updated since jan3 2017.. An how do u even call this company? I've tryed the odd phone number and it's not real.. I even tryed filing a dispute on there website. It say can't dispute this oreder? Warning don't but from tide buy. Order # 1658030... !. I have emailed countless times, an complainedge on every website I can find to warn others of this scam...

TideStore.com Seems like a fraud, don't trust Tidestore

I have purchased two dresses from this website and was extremely disappointed with the poor quality. Tidestore rep said that I can send them back and get a refund and I agreed. I paid for the return shipping and sent both dresses back and since then heard nothing from Tidestore. They do not reply to my messages and phone calls and I'm starting to get nervous. It is now two weeks since I shipped my order back.
I recommend to say away from Tidestore! They are not to be trusted!

TideStore.com Avoid Tidestore at all costs!

Ordered a shirt from Tidestore website and the one I received was way too small, so I contacted Tidestore customer care service and asked for a replacement. They said that first I have to send it back. They refused to pay for the return shipping so I had to pay for it myself. They said that I'll get a replacement within two weeks and that was the last thing I heard from them. Tried to reach them but they ignored me. Avoid Tidestore at all costs!

TideStore.com Waiting for my refund

Bought several dresses from www.tidestore.com and my card was charged. About two days later I received a message stating my order was cancelled because all the items I've ordered were not in stock. Contacted customer service about my refund and they said I'll get the money in about two weeks.
It now has been over a month and there is still no refund. They stopped replying to my messages and I have no idea what to do now!
This was my first time ordering from Tidestore and definitely the last one!

TideStore.com Fraud

I purchased a dress in early January from TideStore and it is now mid February and still nothing. I have sent numerous messages and asked what was going on and when would I receive what I paid for. I got a reply stating that it was a Chinese New Year so shipping would take a little longer. Since then I have sent countless messages and never received a response. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order something from these thieves. Check all the reviews and you will see how many people were scammed and robbed by TideStore.

TideStore.com Very disappointed

I purchased a number of dresses from TideStore. Several weeks passed and I finally received my order, but two dresses were missing. Dresses I received were of a poor quality, items looked nothing like pictures on their website. So I decided to donate them to charity. This was my worst shopping experience ever. I was very disappointed and I will never order anything from this company again. Things I got were absolutely rubbish and ugly. And I'm still waiting for other two dresses, but I don't expect much.

TideStore.com Very disappointed

I ordered several dresses from Tidestore. Three weeks later I finally received my order, but when I opened the package I was very disappointed since I ordered 6 dresses, but received only 2. I contacted customer service and they told me to be patient. I don't know what to expect, because dresses I received were of a poor quality. Dresses look horrible and ugly, I guess I'll donate those to charity. This is my worst shopping experience ever. I'm still waiting for four other dresses, but I'm not expecting much. If you don't want to be disappointed or waste your money keep away from Tidestore. Their products are absolutely rubbish.

TideStore.com Fraud

Bottom line: I ordered something and never received it. They took my money and sent me nothing in return. They also hire people to create fake profiles and reviews to boost their ratings. Tidestore is as shady as it gets. They will steal from you, I promise. After reading the endless negative reviews that are similar to mine, I can't believe they've been able to get away with this without any consequences. Save yourself the time and stress of trying to get your money back because you won't. Slimy, sleazy, shady company that peddles terrible quality items- not that it matters, since most of us never receive. Someone needs to take them down. Enough is enough.

TideStore.com Horrible customer service

Although this company has cute items for sale, I’m glad I only bought one item, as it was too much of a hassle for them to take care of that! I waited 3+ weeks for my item to arrive, and when it did, it had a tear in it. The normal course of action is to contact customer service about the defect, request an exchange, and that would be that. They requested photos of the tear, or indisputable evidence of the defect, which I provided. They sent me an email the next day saying they have confirmed that there is a defect, but then proceeded to ask me to fix it myself, sew it up or send it to a tailor. WHAT?! If I wanted to buy defective items, then I would have shopped at a goodwill or second hand store. Where in the description of the item does it say, “Fabulous piece – comes with its own tear in the front of the shirt”? NOWHERE. I emailed them back STEAMING from my ears in anger, and told them that they should be held accountable for their products, they should be paying attention to their quality control, they should be looking after their customers and their requests. I requested that if they wanted me to take care of their problem for them (sew it up instead of them sending me the exchanged product), then I should be compensated for the hassle. I have sent them a follow up email, too. They have been ignoring me for 2 weeks now, and I’m sure they have no plans to email back. DO NOT BUY FROM TIDESTORE. I repeat. DO NOT BUY FROM TIDESTORE. They will steal your money. They will ignore your requests. They will send you terrible products. They do not care about customer service. They lack quality control. Overall, this is a horrible company to buy from and they should not be in business at all.

Tidestore was beyond helpful from the start. I was having trouble initially finding the right Party gown and they stayed with me and guided me through the whole process. The designs that they gave me were outstanding. Their prices are the best around as well.

The same thing happened to me paid and the product was not what was in the photographs or the colors or the material these people stole me and I am still waiting for products not sent'm so sorry you have purchased with this company all seem poorly stitched copies seems to do the laundry at the time we bought beautiful photographs realmenente quality but hated buy zero with this company do not recommend to anyone I sent an e-mail till date nothing answered me. A shame a big shame

TideStore.com Not only are they terrible to customers, but the quality of their stuff is horrible

This is the worst store. Customer service is terrible. They keep sending me the same email after email not answering any of my problems. I ordered a dress and it was cheap looking and didnt fit at all. When i asked for return address they told me i wasnt able to return it if it didnt fit or if i didnt like it. When it clearly states that if you are not satisfied just return it within 7 days. Refuse to give me the address. Then before all this i ordered a purse in a different order, 3 weeks went by and still no purse. I emailed them and they said they didnt have the purse any more… after i already paid and they werent even going to tell me! Finally it got sent and the picture shows the purse big and the measurements said it. . I got the purse and it was a joke! It was tiny! So, knowing that if i said i didnt like it or the quality was bad they wouldnt return it…so like it says in the return policy “if you are not satisfied” simply let us know and return it. So i kept it simple and said im not satisfied…i packed it in its original box, wth the receipt and mailing letter it was sent with and item number. . All the requirements and when i asked them for the address they just keep sending me the return policy.

Which doesnt make sense bc the first paragraph states that if you are not satisfied. And i said i am not satisfied. This has been email #3 about the purse that they just keep sending return policy. I just sent a letter tonight giving them one last chance and threatened getting a lawyer. . Which is not like me at all.

Not only are they terrible to customers, but the quality of their stuff is horrible. Cheap and nothing like the pictures! You will most def. Get screwed if you buy from them. Just a warning.

i returned two items and paid £22 postage, for items £77. they did not refund me, nor send my item back, item were for too small and bad bad quality, tried several email to tell them where is my return but no joy, do not trust them still waiting

OmG...I order 2 items, got a notification that the parcel arrived in S.A., now so afraid to collect them, to be faced with the poor quality of even the wrong items . ..hubby won't think it's a joke

I also ordered a pair of shoes and 2 dresses all for about 100$. They were not cheap at all. The shoes cost about 70$! But on the picture they were beautiful both the dresses and the shoes. But when I received the items. They don't look anything like the pictures on their website. They look more like something you pay 5$ for especially the dresses. I want to return the items. But they won't give me the return address. It's horrible. Don't buy anything on that website! It's clearly a fraud website. I am really surprised Paypal are working with them. Kay

I wish I had read this before I ordered from this crappy store...they sent the wrong sunglasses I ordered, nothing like the picture, and the blouse I ordered was the cheapest thing I have ever seen, I literally threw it in the trash can...don't waste your time or money...there are some legit sites to order out of China, but this is not one of them

I bought 5 items from Tidestore, first of all they got delivered in 3 parts which was annoying coz I had to keep going to the post office, The dress was nothing like they had online, the lining is short and the rest is see through, so I cant wear it, the rest of the stuff was of terrible quality, very very poor quality, flea market quality, I definitely will not be buying from them again

I was buying a bowknot non slipp boots and i was picking red. 2 days later i got an email it was out of shock so im like okay i got really disappointing so i might of order too late so i waited for many 1 month and i got my refund back.. so when it become shock again.. i order the boots again and 2 days later AGAIN.. out of shock cause i accidently brought 2 pair of boots and it was an accident so they told me to do a refund. so i got fed up and told them that i wont be shopping with you guys anymore if they do it again but their attitude towards me is disrespectful. im not very happy about this at all. wasted of time and wasted of money!

NOT RELIABLE! THIS SITE IS FRAUDULENT!
I bought clothes here for U.S. $ 115, the quality of clothes is horribly bad and the con trary of what they say on the website DO NOT CHANGE! I am totaly dissatisfied with the purchase, intended to return the items I bought and they answer me that "due to the low value" does not accept the clothes back.
To my amazement, I demanded them to send me the invoice ... sent me an excel by mail with a purchase of $ 20!
I've settled that I lost my money, but either way I will lodge a complaint to Visa.
DO NOT BUY HERE!

This website is run by crooks and thieves... I too am in the same situation as all of you ladies. I am apoplectic and am going to take this further, this sort of illegal trading and false advertising needs to be stopped.
Anybody who reads this..."buyer beware"
thieves, liars and their product is absolutely nothing short of disgraceful. you would find Better from a trash bin.

AVOID this store at all cost!

Extremely poor customer service, I asked some queries but didn't get proper answer. They seem don't understand much English and I received repeated similar answers.

Tracking number didn't work and I had to try all possible courier companies, because they didn't answer me despite I asked for which courier they use. Don't know whether they really have sent the items?! Or if I ever going to get it?!

They only fast in tacking your money but not sending the item as printed on their policy. I have paid my items almost a month, haven't received it yet.

This is very frustrating and the worst online shopping in my life!
