Hi,
I bought my vehicle 6months ago and still i have not received my RC, i already have asked trident hyundai multiple times that collect RC in showroom and for that i had to come all the way from her to Whitefield and had to call multiple times.
More than 2 times a day i am calling and every one is giving unnecessary explanation and no action has been taken.
Really disappointed from the customer service quality.

Looking for response along with research done for my case. I should not explain this issue again and again as i have explained it to more than 5 people in showroom on different calls.
Really frustrated by the customer service process and response. Even after getting assurance from customer service manager there is no action.
I have to travel next month and before that needed RC and for this i have called more than 20 times but no seriousness on customer service. Not sure what to do now.
