As a customer I am utterly pissed off with the service i have received a little while ago.
I have been in arrears and this morning i made a payment of R773 towards my account.
I got a call at 15:44 from [protected] and the lady on the call was rude so i cut the call. She she had the audacity to call me from a private number and tell me that im rude and started using vulgarity on me.
Since when are staff allowed to take customers details for their own use.
I am appalled by this behavior and what make matters worse is that i answered my call on loud speaker and my child had to hear this vulgarity.
Since logging the complaint i have called numerous times to get feedback but kept getting push around. I have the supporting emails that i have sent.
After 2 months i get a stupid and unacceptable email from Dorianne who is the customer service manager.
They are completely ignoring the fact that the agent had taken my cell number and called me from her personal cell. How many other people has this happened to.
I sent 1 more email sayig the feedback is unacceptable on the 21st August 2023 and im yet to get feedback.
